Amazing! Deb showed me all the tricks to fitting a boot properly and then getting it on and off! Love the many styles- great sale boots- and left with my first pair of Old Gringos in a size I never would have ordered online. It’s a great Nashville experience! Highest recommendation- if you’re a woman, don’t go anywhere else! Betty Boots earns its five stars and then some. I’ll be back!

Huge selection of boots. Staff is very experienced at helping you with the proper fit. The staff will fit you in a boot. Handmade boots dont always fit exactly the same so before buying a expensive boot it is a great idea to try it on in person. Ive learned the hard way. Overall great experience and sales staff was not pushy at all.

I loved the staff at Betty Boots! They made me feel amazing, and I left with a 40% boot discount on a very sexy pair of leather red and black fringe ankle boots! The gentleman helping me today was Hunter, and he was very sweet, knowledgeable, hard-working staff member and made the boot shopping experience much more fun! He also let me in on a nice little secret that they get some exclusive boots at their location, so it’s the place to shop if you’re looking for a unique boot, at a fair price, and over-the-top service. I have been a customer for five years and it is the best boot place anywhere. The buyers do a great job of getting unique boots. Even to the point of some designers making them an exclusive style. They are a higher end boot store but have sales throughout the year that are significant. Although high end boots they arent doing overpriced preices and then fake sale as do many boot stores on Broadway. The sales people really know their products and make excellent recommendations on style and fit. They work hard to please the customer but no pressure sales or fake compliments so you buy. Ive had michaela, Sam and just tonight Lauren. All have been great. Enough that i even know their names.

Not sure how they have such a high review on here...Went with my friend to find boots while in town... The staff was extremely rude and didnt seem to want to help us, acted as if we couldnt afford to be shopping on their store... Heard them speaking about other customers rudely right in front of us... The boots my friend purchased were over priced so that when they give their discount it just brings the cost down to the normal price.They were the only store that had the boots wanted so they were purchased there but after visiting all the other boot stores in the area we would definitely recommend going somewhere else .

Buy the boots you want to wear while youre in Nashville at Betty Boots.Okay, service and selection get 5 and 4 stars respectively. If youre looking for a pair of boots to wear TONIGHT, this is your place ladies. Everyone there is very helpful, its not so jammed up that you cant breathe and they have the latest styles (yes, boot companies release new styles almost monthly). The staff really seem to want to help and thats great. You can walk out of there in your new boots and youll have, well, paid about what you should for the bonus of wearing them now.On price, 3 stars... If youre leaving Nashville tomorrow or dont plan to wear the boots until youre home, save yourself some money. The price on the boxes is inflated by about 50% from the manufacturers price (yes, you can buy boots online from the manufacturer) so when they cut the price by 30%, youre still paying more than you would if you bought them online. Thats not to say that youre not getting a good deal if youre wearing them out of the store - YOU ARE GETTING A GOOD DEAL! Youre just paying a little premium for the pleasure of wearing them now.I saw an amazing pair of Old Gringos and tried them on. I wanted them but they were priced at $750 less 30%. We had a dinner reservation so my sister and I put them on hold - and while we waited for our appetizers, I wanted to show and tell with the rest of the table - and thats when I noticed the price difference. We were leaving the next day and probably going back to the hotel pretty much after dinner so I passed on the boots here - and ordered them online instead. I wasnt going to wear them right away - and I could have them in less than a week.Im not saying dont buy your boots here - all the stores downtown likely inflate their prices because most of us dont know what they should cost. Im saying buy the boots you want to wear while youre in Nashville here.

The staff here is friendly and very helpful. Looking at past reviews about the prices, yes these boots are expensive. They do have the 30% off. These boots are genuine boots. Depending on the brand of the boots, you can get a great pair and even a steal. When I originally came to Nashville for my birthday, I knew I wanted some authentic cowboy boots straight from Nashville for a present. I didnt mind paying a little more for the boots because they were right from the heart of downtown. I did check all the stores and this place had great selections! I found a pair that i loved and they didnt have my size. The next pair was in my size. I did a google search for the boots and did not find them drastically cheaper online. I believe maybe a 20 buck difference. Some of the boots like be cheaper online, but that is expected with any downtown retail store in a major vacation city. The lady in here who helped my buy my boots was great. She explained how to wear them, how they will change over time, the type of socks, etc. I would buy more boots from here for sure!

Buyer beware. I always look at Google reviews for in-home services, restaurants, hotels, etc. - dont know why I never thought of doing it for stores in a city Im visiting. Sure wish I had. I dont know how they are getting such good reviews here. If you read Yelp its a different story. The employees there are nice and helpful - I guess I just got caught up in the buying boots in Nashville thing. I purchased a pair that were marked $479, but the store always has 30% off if you buy one item. I had looked in all the stores, and liked the pair here the best so I went for it. I should have stepped outside and checked Zappos. I paid $380+ for the boots, and later DID check Zappos and I could have gotten them for $267. The store has a no returns policy, only exchange, or I would have brought them back. My bad. Dont make the same mistake.

I received the best service here. A range of better quality than elsewhere. It was very hard to choose. I will definitely be visiting Betty Boots again.
