Staff loiter around the front of the store more interested in their phones than helping customers. Seems like no one can be bothered to clean either. The layers of dust on merchandise is unacceptable!

Great experience! The man my family worked with was very knowledgeable and helpful. We found boots for all 3 of my kids and I! Unfortunately, we couldnt find a pair for my fiance for to her high instep. Other than that, the experience was great! I would definitely recommend going here and not the mall!

The staff here is amazing! Unlike a few other stores, the staff was right there ready to help us and was very comical and kept us entertained while our Bride-to-be shopped for boots. Such a great store with great staff!

Come here!When you walk in and all the employees smile and share a warm greeting, you know youre at the right place.They had an outstanding selection and it was hard to make the right pick. I love my boots from Big Time Boots. The staff is super friendly, and helpful.Check out every level . My boots came from a sale on the third floor. They are very unique, can be worn dressy or casual. The price was a fair price plus they honored my Military ID giving me a discount!

What a great store and fantastic experience. This place has three floors and the selection and the quality was outstanding.This was the first place I went and received really unbelievable service from Joshua Higgins. He brought me through how to tell a quality boot, a good fit and overall care. We found a pair that fit, but because this was the first place I went to I asked him to put it on the side and I wanted to see what the other places had. I went to 5 other stores and none of them had the selection, style or the service that Big Time Boots had... especially the stores that have racks of r low quality at inflated prices.Needless to say I went back and not only bought the boots but found a second dress boot that fit perfectly. I almost bought a third as they have some great exotics, but perhaps next visit.If your looking for boots, this is the place to go. Honest, and knowledgeable. Came in to browse the racks for some new exotic skin boots and found the best pair at a fair price and the girl that helped me was fantastic she knew exactly what she was talking about and she gave me some useful information on boots.Over all good experience.

My son and I went to every place on the strip, and ended up back at this place. The staff was great, selection was awesome, and no one hassled us- just very helpful. We tried on a ton of hats! They helped us when we asked questions, and left us alone when we wanted to be. I picked up a really nice Buckskin which Id been searching for, and my son got a new straw. Price was good. Very good overall experience. I will go back next year when I visit Nashville again. Highly recommend this place.

Might see what it takes for Google to update your hours. Says open till 10pm. I Worked with Todd who was great. I told him Id come back by after dinner. 7:53pm you turned me away at the door with customers inside even though I knew exactly what I needed. Not like you need my business but a bad experience is a bad experience. Lets see who is open till 10.

I read about Big Time Boots here on Google. It is true they dont have a website. It is also true that they have the best service on Broadway.The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, assisting me in finding boots with good tread and that fit me, since I am a 12 wide. I highly recommend them for serious or casual customers.

I stumbled upon Big Time Boots while in Nashville in December 2012. From the outside I didnt expect much. But after going in and seeing their two floors of boots I was impressed. They had almost every brand of better-quality boots available.I was looking for Lucchese boots (specifically caiman) and helped by a young lady who was very knowledgeable and actually wearing a pair of Luccheses herself. She was incredibly nice and spent a great deal of time with me trying to find the exact boot I was looking for. Even though I knew my size, she stopped the restocking she was doing to come over and confirm the fit was right. A young man working had just purchases a pair of the caiman boots and gave me some pointers on what to expect when breaking them in. Big Time Boots discounted the boots considerably, making them incredibly competitively priced. This is my third pair of Lucchese boots and I can only say I wish Id found this store earlier to purchase my other pairs there. None of the other places Ive purchased discounted the boots as much - I would have saved hundreds by buying with them. By the way, they have hats and accessories, too.In short, the service was great. Both employees were nice, helpful, knowledgeable and even recommended a few of the honky-tonks to go to nearby when I asked which had the best music. I have only one thing bad to say about Big Time Boots: They have no website. I wish they did, but in the future I will call them to see if they have the boots I want and have them ship to me rather than shopping somewhere else online
