Bootbarn took my wife from country girl to cowgirl for the day! My wife looked great in her new sparkly horseshoe blue jean shorts, her black tank top and her cowboy hat! We had a blast bar hopping in her new duds! Bootbarn is worth at least a look through to see what stuff they got! Every woman needs a little bit a cowgirl gear in her wardrobe!

Great selection of nice boots for men and women.Great clothing selection as well.Bought a pair of Laredo boots and wasnt sure about the fit. Garrett the associate in the mens boots section suggested a great pair of insoles that made them feel like I was walking on clouds. Even let me go and find a pair of jeans to try on as I was in my shorts (It was pretty warm out that day).Thanks for the friendly service.

Shopped for boots today. Stopped at one store and was presented poor quality boots for a high price. Then I went to Boot Barn. Ken went out of his way to make sure I got the boot I wanted with the quality I was expecting at a great price point. He even made sure it was the proper fit because I don’t have a lot of experience with boots. Thanks Ken for being nice and respectful.

I am in Nashville with a few girl friends celebrating our birthdays. We got all dressed up in our best Nashville attire (cowgirl boots and all) and went to spend the day shopping and sight seeing. We walked in boot barn and were instantly singled out for what we were wearing. The worker loudly said “didn’t realize Nashville was a chance to dress like sluts” then proceeded to chat with a customer about how “trashy” we looked and how our mothers shouldn’t of let us leave the house. We are all in our mid 20s. This was the worst experience we’ve had since getting to Nashville, if I could give 0 stars I would.

Definitely recommend visiting while on Broadway. This is one of their flagship stores, so they have a great selection of boots and apparel. The staff member on the second floor helped us pick out some hats.

I fell in love with a dress I found in Boot Barn. When I went to go check out, the cashier told me that if I give my information, I can receive a 10% discount. I was more than happy to save a couple more bucks so I gave her my information. She was very rude when I asked her if I spelled the website correctly.. she goes Yeah you know the store youre in right now. After signing up, she told me I should receive the discount in my email. I never did. Since there was a long line forming behind me, she ended up giving me a military discount worth 10%. It seemed like she lied to me about receiving a discount via email that way she could just grab my information. Never shopping there again.

Great place to get fancy boots you can wear for two hours and then put on a shelf and never wear again.

Walked in to just browse with my wife while we were in Nashville for a day trip and we were greeted by Joleen; she was wicked patient and helpful with this boot rookie...so much so we ended up finding and buying the perfect pair of Ariat boots! I know there’s a ton of boot places, but do yourself a favor and make Boot Barn a stop! It just may end up being the only stop you need to make; it was for us!

Went to this store 3times in 5days.

My wife had bought me a Cody James hat size 7 as a gift a doesnt fit me Ive never worn it and I took it to the store just asked them to exchange it for the correct size and they told me I needed a receipt I could easily show them the transaction from my bank statement on my phone but they wouldnt accept it as far as the stores concerned its a beautiful place but the level of customer service in understanding was not its a brand new hat thats too small for my head and they wouldnt even make the attempt to try to help me . I drive for to ride share companies And Im always being asked for recommendations for Western where I will no longer be recommending boot barn to anyone

Large selection and decent prices but a little disorganized. I was disappointed that they didnt have the one boot that I wanted in my size. The gentleman working there was extremely helpful and even offered to order them and have them shipped to me but not trying them on was out of the question for me.

My wife and I enjoyed this place alot. The people helping gave us great entertainment. We bought a few boots, amazing.

Super friendly staff! The man that helped us upstairs in the mens clothing section was friendly, helpful, and lent to the atmosphere without being fake. He was genuine and we appreciated it. We bought a lovely button shirt for my boyfriend that I felt was reasonably priced. We would have bough a vest as well but they did have limited sizes and didnt offer a way to order the product.

First of all, the male and female associates on the first floor were rude. We overheard them saying not it as customers walked towards them for assistance. I asked the female if they carried a particular kind of hat and she said I dont know, you can look upstairs. The female associate upstairs was very nice and helpful. She should probably be the one greeting customers downstairs.

Horrible experience! Tried to purchase a $299 pair of boots for my girlfriend and I felt Jason made me feel like I should be privileged to shop there. Then went to checkout and they wanted to charge me a dollar for a box to put the boots in. I just left and did not purchase the boots. So they lost a $299 sale over poor customer service and a box.

Just picked up a pair of boots here. Staff seemed friendly and knowledgeable but not too in your face. Stopped in at the other shops along the row and was not as impressed with the selection and pricing. Boot barn has a big selection (I wear a normal width though) and the prices were better than the other local places. Even stopped by the boot country place with buy 1, get 2 free deal. Selection for men was a lot more limited there.

Thanks to our uberdriver we went to this boots store first. We have been to the other stores in passing, but this was our first serious visit.The staff is very friendly and helpful. The selection of boots is awesome. They dont offer a three pairs for the price of one deal like some other stores do, but the prices and service is slightly better. Probably the quality as well, but I didnt try on any boots in the other stores.The store clerk tried to push additional articles to my purchase, but wasnt too disappointed when we refused. All around the world this trick is used, but I would rather they didnt.Overall a pleasant experience! Im really happy with my new pare of boots.

Huge selection in this 2 level store. The staff was friendly. I had 3 of them check in on me while I was there and one of them gave me advice on how to know if the boots are a good fit. Prices were reasonable and varied, so there are options for every budget. They also had hats and clothing too.

Mariah was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with her honesty and her ability to find me exactly what I wanted. Lost a star for the boots-it was very hard to find a pair that wasnt marked up or damaged. I understand that the boots will have natural markings and wear on them, but most of them had human destruction on them, not much, but still there. I finally found a pair with only a little torn leather on the side and a few scratches. I understand in such a busy location its hard to keep the product in order, but they dont have many staff working there at all. I went 1st on the weekend and it was insane and I only saw 1 person helping, so I stayed for a while and helped myself. Ended up leaving because it was too hectic and I felt bad for the employee and didnt want to take her time by asking all kinds of questions. I returned on a week day and thats when Mariah spent quite some time with me finding the right pair, explaining to me how to take care of the shoes, etc. I needed help as I have never owned a pair of cowboy boots before. I think this location really needs to have more staff available for its customers!

Very helpful staff, I know they are paid on commission, but they were super friendly and willing to help. These guys spent an hour with me trying to find the right straw hat! Great selection in an awesome atmosphere.

Great selection of boots! It was a little overwhelming at first seeing how many there were, but Chelsey was awesome at helping me find the right size. Ive never tried Western boots before so I wasnt too sure, but she was super informative about how the boots were meant to fit and not pushy at all when I couldnt decide. I was a little hesitant, but she assured me and told me I had any issues with my purchase to come back and see her and she would take care of me personally.

Employees are very rude!!!!! We have a Boot Barn at home in Texas and we love it so I wanted to checkout the one here in Nashville since our hotel was within walking distance. Checked online to see what time they opened just incase they opened at a different time than the one back home. It said they opened at 8 a.m. We get there about 8:30 and the doors were locked, we double checked the hours they had on the window and it said they opened at 8 a.m. we tried the door again thinking it might just be stuck since the store is in an old building and one of the employees came stomping up to the window and started pointing at it saying they dont open till 9. We told her the sign said 8 and she yanked the door open to tell us (in a very condescending voice) that even though the sign said they opened at 8 they werent going to open till 9. She didnt give a reason she didnt say sorry for the inconvenience, nothing, just got an attitude. If she had been nice about it and hadnt caught an attitude it wouldnt have been a problem. Customer service is obviously not her forte and she needs to find a different kind of job that doesnt involve working with the public.

Terrible experience with the Very unprofessional Manager of this store. She had to ring my order 4 times because she didnt know what she was doing. Store associate told me I could save 15% on my purchase if I applied for a credit card, so I did. Store Manager said I wasnt approved and I only got 10% discount after they told me 15%. I was so frustrated at this point I wanted to walk out of store and leave. The unpleasant store manager proceeded to shove my $400.00 clothing purchase into a bag, unfolded and wrinkled into a ball because she had to scan each item 4 times. I asked her politely if she could kindly fold my items as I had made a large purchase at her store. She did it but there was plenty of attitude. Boot barn needs to train their employees to be kind to their customers. I will not shop there again.!!#

I highly recommend choosing the boot barn to buy legit boots while in Nashville. Staff was attentive and friendly. They helped me find the perfect pair of boots explaining the pros and cons of the many different brands, sole types and materials. I tried on almost every single kind in my size and the guys there were very patient with me the entire time. We left with two pair of boots, leather cleaner/conditioner/protectant and a pair of socks for under $450. Don’t be fooled by the other locations who advertise buy one get two free deals, those locations just mark up their product, many of the exact same brands. Boot Barn is also one of the only places you can find Miranda Lamberts boot brand, Idlewinds.

I feel compelled to leave this review in hopes management will see it and perhaps make changes to how they incentivise its employees. My wife and I were shopping in there on 4/5 for some boots. I spent a little time looking and she did as well. I fell in love with a pair of snakeskin boots and briefly spoke with sales associate #1. I ended up putting them down to go look at (and purchase) a pair of boots she really liked. Still undecided about my own boots I take her back over to the mens side where we are approached by sales associate #2. Through no doing of his or sales associate 1 I decide to buy these $670ish dollar boots. Associate two is in such an insaine rush to close the sale that when he sees me looking at another skin boot he rushes over and gives me a run around about why the original boots I picked were better. It gets way more akward at this point when associate 1 comes back over and makes me feel guilty for now buying the boots from associate two because he showed them to me first. I feel bad for the guy so i tell # 2 that the first guy had show them to me. At this point #2 throws his hands up and storms off. At this point I shouldve just left but wanted the boots. My point is that this behavior on a sales floor is unacceptable. Employees should not make customers feel guilty because they change their mind or put them I the middle of who gets credit for what. Looking back I shouldve just said forget it and left. When you going to drop a lot of cash on something you want to feel good about it, not guilty for who gets the sale.
