Great boot selection. If they didnt have it they checked the warehouse (took 5 minutes for the warehouse to check and then bring them in if they had them). Very patient staff with the little ones. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you for the wonderful boots!

We stopped in here a couple Septembers ago while spending a week having fun in Country Land, USA! This place has boots to fit everybodys liking. We wended up with 3 pairs of fantastic boots, 2 for Doris and 1 for me. Total bill came to $ 584. Great price on 3 super pairs of boots!

Very friendly staff, however the quality of the boots didn’t match the price point. I own high end boots and cheap. These definitely felt cheap. I guess that is why it is buy 1, get 2 free.

The staff were so helpful! We had been to another boot store on Broadway and the salt at was no where near as knowledgeable as the staff at Boot Country. They listen to our needs and were knowledgeable about recommendations for boots for us. People we talked to had said we would spent $600 + for boots there but they were wrong. Extremely pleased with our experience.

Stopped in a few stores yesterday to shop. After seeing 4 digit prices in other shops I was ready to give up on Nashville boots. Stopped in here and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Love the buy 1 get 2 deal. Expected the prices to be terrible, but was able to get the better half 3 pairs of nice, high quality boots for $250 out the door. Will surely stop back if Im ever in these parts again.

A large selection to choose from. They have stuff for kids and adults. I have wide feet and they did have a wide feet collection, however they were not wide enough to fit my foot into. For people with normal feet this is a great place to check out. The staff was super friendly A+

This place was great. The customer service is over the top. However, I was disappointed in the selection. They probably only had 50 or so different pair but had them in a bunch of different sizes so that it appears as if its a huge store.

Grabbed some good boots and went with the promoted 3 pair deal. Daryl helped us and really stayed with us during the whole process. He managed to help my wife and I find exactly what we wanted. He then helped us find a boot for my mother in-law. Ive worn them all Ariat, Cody James, Nocona, and Lucchese. Nothing wrong with going with a good deal like this on a quality pair of boots. Save your money and get an expensive pair later in life with a Stetson to match!

My wife and I visited this place. Friendly staff, great prices I found the boots were fairly priced. Yes you get two free, they don’t charge you tax for the free boots. You can mix and match. My wife got two and I got one.

The store is well stocked with many different boots for women, men, and even children. The staff are very friendly and look the part too, which is a nice touch. The prices can be steep, but it is understandable due to the quality and manufacturing of these boots. This is a good stopping point in Nashville for those looking for some southern attire.

A great place to find a HUGE selection of boots of all designs, colors, styles, sizes, etc...The staff are all friendly and FUNNY, quipping and joking with customers while being helpful and answering any questions you might have. Even when its obvious youre new to the world of cowboy boots, theyre not going to push or up sell you. Theyre happy to let you explore and take your time without pressuring you. Obviously being a leather boot store, it smells wonderful, and you could just sit and absorb the ambiance. An important note though. An iron-clad practice is that you pay for 1 pair of boots, and get 2 pairs free (you pay the price of the most expensive pair.) However each pair is going to run somewhere in the $300-400 range. So youre technically getting three good pairs for around $100-150 each, and theyre of quality that will last years. However they will not let you buy one pair for a third the cost of the sticker, so be prepared to pay a large amount upfront.

It was about 8 years ago I bought three pairs of boots. 2 for me and 1 for my wife. I were mine just about every day, every condition. Now, I have had many boots in my life. These boots are still going strong. I was there today while in Nashville. So impressed by how well these boots have held up I wanted to get another pair. I have a pair from my original purchase, was wearing them but, could not find in my size a pair like them and I really liked these boots.Employees recognized the boots I had on. They actually called and had someone bring over a pair from another location. I have a pair if Dan Post and Laredos that I have not had quite a year and they are about done and I only wear them for work. The ones I purchased at Boot Country, 8 plus years. More then satisfied. Maybe see you in another 8 - 10 years.Dirk

Store is alright. Came in to ask about steel toe work boots since it is a boot store, and felt belittled for asking where the steel toe slip ons were in response with we dont sell those kind of things here.

The selection was a little better than expected for needing an 11W in womens shoes. My disappointment came in with the staff. The only person who didnt act like they were bothered by being there and actually knowledgeable about the boots was Chris. The young lady who helped me most of the time was exasperated by every question and was very vocal about being ready to leave. Part of shopping is the experience. If I had not liked the boots I was picking, I would have walked down the street to one of the other establishments offering similar deals.

Drove from lower Alabama to Boot Country as a 2 day mini vacation. My girls absolutely love the boots and selection. My husband had a problem finding a pair but The boot dr saw his frustration and jumped in found him a perfect pair. Left with 9 pairs.

Alot of cheap knockoff boots thrown into the mix with some more expensive brands the idea is to have you buy a $300-$400 pair pay that price and get 2 other cheap pair for free. The $199 JD Masterson boots are cheap and heavy as they come you will find these boots also online at places like Poshmark for $30-$50. If its to good to be true it probably is just remember.And Oh yes it is true went and bought a pair of Dan Post today at a actual boot store, i go up and ask the employee ever heard of JD Masterson? And you would be right NOPE with a laugh never heard of them he says. I said you should go to Nashville and have these people try to convince you its pretty comical! We had a good laugh!

This happen when I left from there and I was walking to our car and I didnt see the curb thing and tripped and I fell face first on the concrete and I hit the concrete hard as you can tell I hit my head and eye I messed my right knee all up and my left hip looks really bad!!!!!

This place was INSANE on a Saturday so try to avoid the weekend craziness. Its very easy to think the buy 1 get 2 free is a good deal. The price tags are exaggerated and very few name brands. I went ahead and bought some but did some price research on what I bought and probably spent more $$ because I THOUGHT I was getting a good deal. Lesson learned. Also parking in this area is expensive. I spent $21 for 2 hours.
