The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! He was contacted to replace my windshield & rear window on one car, also the rear window on another car. Both services were paid up front, as requested. Both appointments scheduled for one day. He proceeded to reschedule the repair about 3 or 4 times due to either weather or not having the correct parts. After about 3 weeks, I was finally told the window part I needed was on backorder. He said he would give me a partial refund due to the poor service, never received any refund at all! I attempted to contact him numerous times & never received a call back or reply from any text messages! It’s been over a month that I’ve paid the fee in full! The address provided on google for the business DOES NOT belong to the glass repair company. I am COMPLETELY & UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED in the poor service. I feel disrespected, tricked & neglected. Never again.

Their prices won my business. But its their incredible service that made me a lifetime customer. Imo they are excellent communicators, transparent and genuine.

I scheduled for a (last) Wednesday. He came out and claimed he didn’t have the part he needed. He then came out again on Thursday and still claimed he needed another part. He left my side panel off from my door claiming he would be back. Basically making my car incapable of being driven. He then returned Tuesday (today) and after a couple hrs said he was still unable to get it working due to my button being jammed. He, however, in the process stopped all the rest of my buttons from working (when only my drivers side window was stuck) and now my entire panel is not working. Additionally, I cannot get out my drivers side door from the inside anymore. My car is in terrible shape. He even left the speaker out of my door and claimed putting it back wasnt part of my labor. I wish I had NEVER EVER EVER called him. DO NOT GET SERVICE FROM HERE! I cannot even prove that he replaced the regulator because nothing works!! HE IS A SCAMMER!! I have videos and pictures to prove how he left my vehicle.

The ONLY shop that even mentioned a contactless installation where I just unlocked my car and came back out to a new windshield. They asked all the right questions that the other companies didn’t. I spoke to a different company that had no idea what options were even available on my windshield! Couldn’t have asked for a better transaction honestly

Volunteer State Auto Glass did a great job of replacing my windshield! Getting a quote and making an appointment was super easy. The service is mobile and he arrived to my home on time (with ETA updates). Once he arrived he let me know how long the service will take. Once he was finished, he gave me specific instructions of how to protect & care for the new install over the next few days. I would definitely recommend!

I had a bad experience with an auto glass company (feel free to find the review on here) not too long ago and was sort of hesitant allowing someone to come to my house bc I live alone. This company blew me away, they took that bad taste out of mymouth from this industry. My technician (Sid) was super knowledgeable and informative about the whole process. The price was not nearly as bad as I thought it would be and he left my car cleaner than it was when he got there. Two thumbs up!

These guys were excellent, showed up to my house early to complete the job, and made sure to go out of their way to get the appropriate materials to replace my windshield at half the dealers cost. They will do right by you, and this is a real review. They just drove out of my driveway. I am still in disbelief that such a great service is available to come right to your home!

The reviews are false for this business! I called multiple times to get a quote on getting glass installed on my car. The person who answered the phone gave me different prices and I heard him talking to people in the background saying white guy multiple times. Found a better quote and better service at another glass shop down the street! Be very careful with shops like this!

These gentlemen showed up on short notice to do a windshield replacement that another company botched. Im impressed by how you guys hustled to take care of me quickly, while it was also apparent that you take great pride in the quality of your work too! Would definitely recommend to any friends.

Beware the Reviews are False. I called this company within 24 hours reporting the work that they completed. He agreed to come back out and repair the newly installed windshield. He than stated that the windshield was not in stock. After a few days he ignored my calls than when he finally called back he advised that he decided that he would not replace my new defective windshield. No refund was offered and I am stuck with having to purchase another one. This company is not professional. He does not stand behind his work. Be aware

Ive had my windshield chipped or broken about 5 times this year, including one last week. Volunteer State was absolutely the best fix I have had. It was also the cheapest. They have very quick and reliable service, and would I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a glass replacement that wont break the pocket.

Be careful using this company!!!!! They replaced the window on my jeep and I paid them by card. An hour later I received a call requesting a check, with a promise of a refund to my credit card account. This was on December 7th. As of December 20th I still do not have my refund, and the owner of the company is refusing to help me resolve this issue. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

Great price, really courteous staff. The window ended up being an odd size, so they didnt have the right size the first trip out. Sid offered to come out on the 4th of July (I declined, told them that July 5th would be fine) and they were here right on time for the second time. Quick, quality workmanship.
