I called these guys.in the early afternoon, and the owner picked up after one or two rings, asked what I needed, gave me a quote on the spot and said hed be out later in the day. They came out, and because of my own mistake, brought the wrong windshield. They were incredibly understanding and gracious and even managed to get back out the same day to repair my windshield properly! Communicative, professional and beyond reasonable. These guys are stars.

If I could give Delo Auto Glass **6** stars I would. I called yesterday, they answered immediately, gave me an extremely reasonable quote. Then, drove to my house today to replace the windshield today. They not only arrived right when they said they would, but texted to let me know they were on the way. They were extremely kind and professional, and I CANNOT recommend Delo Auto Glass enough. Give them a call for your windshield needs!

I calls the next day letting them know that they left pieces of glass scattered in the inside of my trunk, and he tells me to come to his home address because they no longer have a shop. I gets there Mohamad stop answering the phone, which is weird. I wouldn’t recommend nobody to do business with them.

He communicates well when he is leaving and planning on arriving. Easiest and most affordable windshield replacement I have ever done.

Customer service was beyond terrible they came out and repaired my window did a pretty great job replacing the window and timing was great however after my window was repaired weeks after it’s been numerous times my window has fell off the track due to poor service attempted to speak with management he was very rude and disrespectful!

I had a great experience with Delo Auto Glass today. My passenger side window was shattered when someone broke into my car over the weekend. I called Delo just after 8:00 on Monday morning and they were at my house by 9:00. The job turned out to be a little more complicated than expected because the regulator was also broken from pressure used to break the window. But the entire repair was still done within two hours. The price was the best I found and there was no extra charge for coming to my house. Everything was communicated to me very clearly and it was a friendly interaction. I highly recommend!

This is my first time using Delo Auto Glass and I had a wonderful experience. He was very honest, friendly and able to see me quickly. Incredible customer service.My back passenger window dropped below/inside of my door frame and would not come out.As I called local shops+auto glass places, I was being quoted way over and being talked down to (Im female and sound young on the phone), However, when I called DELO, he was veryrespectful and explained 2 different options to me. He was less expensive than everyone else I called and I felt comfortable; he was very honest and explained things to me. I called him on a very busy weekend afternoon of memorial Day and he was able to make time for me the very next morning.‎When he showed up in person, he was very kind and willing to answer questions and even showed me the broken part inside and again helped me go over the options for fixing.
