David did an awesome job! Not only he replaced my window quickly, he taught me basically how to take care of my car in general haha. I had to schedule the appointment two weeks in advance but it’s not a big deal. I understand and I am happy for y’all that the business is doing well. Hopefully my window never crack by a rock again but if it does, I will def come back here.

I had this place do the back power slider on my dodge ram...they stained my seat up, didnt put the screws back for the back pannel and broke two of my clips...the worst thing was the cleanliness..you get a truck in that got clean interior you should respect that..paper or plastic wrap wash hands anything to keep it clean but the greased up my seat....thats a huge no go for me....you should always keep peoples stuff clean..or just clean it of if you do ssirty it up

Got a chip in my windshield this past weekend. Decided to swing by Jack Morris on my way home from work today to have them look at it and make an appointment. Turns out they were able to do it right then and I was out of there in 20 minutes with a much less noticeable chip that now hopefully won’t get any bigger.Was also planning to just pay out of pocket, but Kristy was knowledgeable enough to know that since I am a Liberty Mutual policy holder they would wave the deductible for windshield repair.

Great people, Alex was great. I had to cancel appointment three time due to travel. No problem for Jack Morris what works best they ask. Kept me informed and posted on appointment day. When needed in the future will call Jack FIRST.

First visit I asked for my windshield to be fixed but when I got in a could still see it. She told me oh they dont fix it they just stop it from spreading. Wasted a $100 but then told that she could apply it towards replacing the windshield. Had 2 pay an additional $300 for a new windshield. Then they only gave me credit for price before tax. Argued me down that I got full credit. I can count and I know how to multiple. Final product looks good.

Sherese replied quickly, requesting my cars VIN number... although it took me a whole day to get it back to her, once she got it, she had me booked for the very next morning- in my driveway, at a very good price! My technician/installer David O. called me and let me know hed be arriving in 20 minutes, and he pulled in right on time. He was friendly, his work was quick, clean and professional. I called Jack Morris Auto Glass at 8:15 AM on a Monday morning to fix a chip in my windshield. By 9:30 AM that same day, Jack Morris had repaired my windshield and coordinated with my insurance company so that I didnt have to pay a cent out of pocket. I could not have asked for more and highly recommend using Jack Morris for your auto glass repair needs!

They filed my claim and I was able to drop my car off and pick it up later.

I scheduled a replacement for my cracked windshield. Cody was did a wonderful job replacing it - they were on time and very professional. A few hours later I was driving home and a rock chipped my brand new windshield. I was devastated. I called Jack Morris and Cody came back out the next morning and made the repair where you couldnt even see the chip. Jack Morris did this as a courtesy call and didnt charge for the repair. I have used them in the past and will definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends.

My experience with them was great! I went with them solely because they were #1 on Yelp, and I can see why. I love that they come to your place of work (or I guess wherever youd need them to) for no extra charge. I was impressed that they would have been able to change my windshield on the same day I called them, had I not had a scheduling conflict. Interestingly enough, my colleague also busted her windshield this week, so we were able to work it out to where they replaced both of ours on the same day. It only took him about 45 minutes to replace my windshield. They were great to work with and reasonably priced. I will definitely use them if I ever break my windshield again!

Ive never rated a company on Google but feel compelled to do so. WOW - these folks were professional, helpful, high quality and VERY reasonably priced. I first called a big chain that has commercials. They didnt show for the appointment but kept calling and e-mailing asking me to reschedule. I called Jack Morris instead. Price was much more reasonable, no fee for on-site work, and they gave me a limited lifetime warranty on the work. If there were 10 stars thats what Id give them. Best customer experience in Nashville ever -- but Ive only lived here 30 years.

The 2 technicians I encountered were very helpful and VERY nice! I wasnt even charged for the technicians to fix my review mirror (it needed to be glued) when other places were charging between 10-65 dollars! Anyway, I gave the place for stars because the women at the front desk were SO RUDE! I wasnt even greeted when I walked in. It took a second for one of the women to say, May I help you? When I told her what I needed, she told the technician and the technician got to work. Anyway, I walked up to the woman who helped me and told her to tell the technician my mirror was in the back seat and SHE DIDNT EVEN TELL HIM! So rude! I ended up tipping the guy 2 dollars since that was all the cash I had on me. I would have given more for such great service. If you dont mind the rude front desk associates and want great service, I would visit these people without hesitation!

Unbelievable customer service!! I only needed to have the molding on the windshield put back in place. I thought it would require pulling and/or replacing the windshield. Called a couple of places who said I would have to replace the whole thing & prices ranged from $169-$350. It had first been replaced by Lyk-Nu less than a yr ago who kept the car several days. Took it to Jack Morris Auto and was told it wasnt done right the last time glued down. They glued it down and were finished in 10 min! I didnt even get to finish the article I was reading in the paper. It looked like rain so they put tape over the molding to keep it dry until the glue had set up. If you need ANYTHING done to your windshield, go to Jack Morris! I was so impressed!

Quick and reasonably priced!

Great place if you want to have your windshield replaced for $400, told you have a lifetime warranty and then when it breaks two months later expect them to be of absolutely no help. For the amount of money this place charged I should be able to get more than two months out of a brand new windshield. But I guess no one stands behind their work anymore. Once someone figures out how to do this online or with a robot I cant wait until you crooks are out of business. Absolutely disgusted.

Very impressed. We are from out of town and broke our back window. They were able to obtain the window within 2 hours and install it within an hour. There was glass everywhere (on our luggage and trunk, etc). They removed our luggage and vacuumed everything up and used their compressed air to blow our luggage to remove any small pieces of glass. You can tell the pride they put in their work. They knew we were from out of town (so more than likely will not use them again), but still took care to go the extra mile. Wish they had a location in our home town.

Great service!! The guys that work on your vehicle are so considerate and truly do care about getting any problem fixed. Had a leak coming from somewhere, went to a Jeep dealer and they wanted to rip me off just to look at my vehicle and diagnose the problem. So I said forget that and went to Jacks, these guys didnt care about ripping me off just to diagnose a problem they just wanted to get me fixed up. After waiting 3 weeks on Safelite to replace my windshield, I was referred to Jack Morris by the Safelite customer service rep. Yes, really!! Im so happy I switched. The total bill was $170 cheaper with Jack Morris, AND the tech Dustin did an amazing job!

After a couple of failed attempts, a lack of communication, and a poor customer service experience with Safelite over a 2 week period; I decided enough was enough. I called Jack Morris Auto Glass in the afternoon, and they came and replaced my windshield the next morning. They were very helpful at facilitating my insurance claim as well... (I have a pretty expensive windshield, but only a $250 deductible so I didnt shop around for prices at all). Anyhow, Jack Morris made the experience incredibly smooth and easy. I would recommend using them over Safelite based on my experience. Its a lifetime warranty either way, and the quality is the same, so choose this solid local company.

I had a small nick in my windshield. Im a very anxious person and it worried me. Randy at Jack Morris said it wasnt broken but that he would be happy to patch it for me, and since it was so small, he didnt charge me. He was very friendly. I would have been happy to pay if he had charged me as the regular prices were the cheapest I have seen and they were offering a special at the time that if you came to them, they would charge half-price. Also, I was able to come in the same day. I was even told that if I thoughtI might cut it close to closing time, to call and he would have someone stay for me.

Such a great experience in getting a small chip fixed. We tried safelite first and they were extremely unhelpful and charging way too much. We called Jack Morris, got a quote, help contacting our insurance, and were repaired within 30 minutes.

We came to Jack Morris Auto Glass for a repair of a ding on our windshield. We first went to Safelite where they wanted to charge $120 just to fill a smaller than a pen point size ding in the windshield. We called around town and found Jack Morris Auto Glass. They even checked with my insurance and filed the repair through them (Safelite didn’t try to help us with that when I wasn’t sure if it would be covered or not). The process was extremely quick, very painless, and much more affordable than Safelite or Glass Doctor for the exact same repair. I highly recommend Jack Morris Auto Glass if you’re in the Nashville/Middle Tennessee area!
