Bad service bad people

I work for two different contractors that use this company so this is not a biased review. If you dont double check your order you will not have a complete or correct order. This happens literally every time we use these guys. I do accept that we should double check the order before leaving, and thet prices are fair, but that is the only reason they dont get one star. Do better.

This is Jeff Parks with Heritage Heating and Cooling LLC out of Franklin TN. Glen and Richard are very helpful. There are times when they are overwhelmed due to the amount of calls coming in but that is typical of any supply house during heavy work loads. Glen has been in the industry a long time and can even help with the business end of things. Rich is a great manager who has come a long way from being a counter man. He runs a tight ship. They have always given me great prices too!

I run a HVAC business out of Clarksville. If ever I am in the area, I will go out of my way to stop into this branch just to give them my business. They treat you like family here. My Rep is Justin Miller and this guy will literally bend over backwards to make you happy. This guy is a seasoned veteran when it comes to customer service. My only complaint is that they dont have a location here in Clarksville.

Worst service experience. No parts advailible. No return phone call all around just the worst in the business
