Literally over an hour to buy a single bag of machine screws, and they didnt even have the basic machine screws I needed. They told almost every customer they were out of at least one thing they asked for. They werent even busy. In the hour I was there they served 5-6 total customers. Unbelievable. Nice guys, but nobody has time to wait around all day to be told they dont have it. Go anywhere else.

Friendly and helpful service. Came in for just a couple screws, he told me it was a dollar. Thought I didnt have any cash on me, he said it was fine, I could just take the screws. I realized I had a dollar in my jacket pocket do I was able to pay him, but it was a real nice thing to do and he a like he would rather build good will with customers than lose $1 of merchandise

Good people that have good products for a great price

Called trying to find a stud. Spoke to Tommy who was no help. The stud is metric and they dont carry anything metric. He seemed more interested in getting me off the phone that offering advice. He finally told me to find some hardened rod and thread it myself but didnt suggest who may carry the rod. I was trying to thank him and he hung up on me. Definitely wont be back. Im giving 3 stars because before now they always were very helpful. Its too bad they have changed.

Ive been going there for years. Their staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. If they dont have ot, they can usually order it. They can also get custom plating finishes through their plating shop. If you go first thing in the morning or around lunch time, theyll be super busy.

This business is right down the street from where i work. The staff at Capitol City have been wonderful in helping us when we are looking for those hard to find screws, nuts, bolts. highly recommend!

Terrible service. Called Kind of unfamiliar with what Im looking for and the guy was unhelpful and really didnt care or ask any questions to further help with what I needed. Asked to speak to manager told him about it. He told me to bring my extrusion in and they will see if they can match up. Told him about the poor customer service earlier and he didnt care either. I wont be bringing my business here.

Usually have what you want. But jesus christ can they be slow sometimes. Expect to be in here ATLEAST 20 minutes, even if you are just getting basic 1/4 inch self taps. If service would speed up, Id give them a 5 easily.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff, use them for all moto repair needs.
