I just tried calling to order a part needed to repair a microwave. Seemed like a simple enough inquiry and maybe even a common one. I informed the gentleman of what is happening with the appliance, and was met with a long silence, and then, “well what would you like me to do here?”. If you’re looking for helpful service, I’d look elsewhere.

This place has saved me thousands of dollars in diy repairs vs. buying new. Even though this is a service parts place and not your 800 service help line, I find the staff happens to be also very knowledgeable. The internet research gets me 90% there and marcone takes me over the finish line. Hope they always stay in business!!

I called them with the number off the part. Turns out that number had been superceded. Despite this, they asked me for my model number off the oven and were able to get me the exact thing I needed! They also shared some helpful insight into why my oven was having problems to begin with. Hopefully wont need them again but will be my first call if I do.

My favorite place to buy appliance parts. I do appliance repair for a living and have tried buying parts online. The online parts are usually generic and nowhere near the quality of the parts sold at Marcone. And now that I live in Clarksville TN I can still order the parts and have them shipped right to my house.

OPEN YOUR BOX AND INSPECT BEFORE YOU LEAVE!! Bought a relay switch to a fridge. Opened the box! It was the right part. But clearly it was a used part. Guy said ain’t no way it haven’t been opened. I showed him where the heat marks were on it. He said that is just dust! I said no sir this part is cracked and used. He got mad at me me because I was correcting him where as he should have said, sir I believe you are right. But with a little anger he went to the back got another part, instead of swapping the box and part out. He took the damage used one put it in the new box and appeared to reseal it to have it ready to resale to someone else like they tried to do me. So OPEN YOUR BOX AND INSPECT YOUR PART BEFORE YOU LEAVE. You will not get refunded!

Friendly and helpful. Had a crazy day today and they made it so easy for me and helped me out on what may be the cause for my appliance not working!! Wish I got the guys name. He was in the middle of the 3 registers. Who ever you were, thank you. I got it fixed and saved me some money!!

The call center people are rude and do not want to truly help. This company is way way over priced. Its cheaper to pay over night shipping and buy your parts online. Just google the manufacturer of your appliance and they will help you get a part number. The part I needed was 40 bucks more than an OE part from the manufacturer and their is aftermarket. I could understand paying a little more for the part I needed to get it same day but that 90 bucks plus tax and the travel across town. I found the part I needed for under 10 bucks but a 5-7 day wait. I found my part new with overnight shipping for 23 bucks. After fighting traffic I wouldnt want to work on it anyways. So when I get home today it will be waiting on me and I didnt get stressed out over it. I think buying something from someone and knowing your getting ripped off is the worst feeling. Companys like this should not be allowed to do business. This place reminds me of A1 fun cycles that was on north 1st street for years. I got an unsettling feeling the moment they answered the phone and asked what state I was in. Please google what you need. Your manufacturer of your appliance will at least help you with the part number. Shame shame shame on this company.

Took the part I needed with me and showed it to the guy and even showed him the exact same part on-line and yet he still tried to sell me a part that was clearly not the right part,it was way to big and would not have hooked up but he was still was adamant about it being the right part,RIDICULOUS!!!!

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Phone line support was great in taking the time to make sure I had the right part for the washing machine I was working on. They also had accurate info on the local Nashville stock. The only downside is their pricing. I paid double what the part sells for in many other places, but my customer was ok with that because they needed it done for their Airbnb property immediately. Had it been for my appliance, I never would have paid such a high price. The thing is, Marcone is likely going to be the only place in town with the part on hand. So, some good, some bad, but overall a pleasant experience, and my customer is happy.

I bought a heating element for my stove not even a week ago and paid $71 for this one part! I had to have it so I got it and when I got home it didnt fix my oven. I was told today because I installed it into my oven even though it was never used I am NOT able to return it and get my money back!! I will NEVER go there again!! Now Im stuck with a part I cannot use!! I had to get a new stove and really needed that money back! Thanks for NOTHING Marcone Supply!!

Ive been repairing appliances for 20 years. My point is in 20 years of going there they do not and will not go in any speed other than slow. Be prepared to be there for over 30 minutes or dont bother.

Bought a part. Returned it and the process to get a refund takes forever and the call center keeps transferring me and sometimes just drops the call. Also they WILL NOT match a competitors price. Avoid Marcone

I’m very disappointed with this place. I called because the parts place in Franklin never had the part I needed for my refrigerator and they had one in stock. I Drove the half hour to go and collect the part when I got there the part was double the price of any part anywhere else. Almost 50 bucks for the part and even on Amazon prime it was 26 bucks. All of the parts that were genuine GE parts were around 19 to 25 bucks online and the non-OEM parts were 8 to $12.The Sears parts warehouse had the same pod for 19 bucks but they were closed because it was Thursday. Because all my food is in the refrigerator I needed the party immediately otherwise I would’ve just ordered it on Amazon prime. I asked the salesman if he would match the Amazon prime price because it was the most expensive genuine part I could find online and he said.” well you better just go and buy it over there”.Bottom line, if you want to buy anything from this place, ask them what it costs before driving over there.

They have BEYOND terrible customer service. Youll stand first in line right in front of the cashier and hell ignore you while hes typing on the computer. Hell then answer the phone and help that customer. They are oblivious to common sense. It sucks that they are one of the only local places to get what you need.
