The heating element on my dryer went out. I called while I was at work to see if they had one in stock since they close before I was off work and was going to have a friend stop and pick it up. I dont have the serial number with and a Google search wasnt yielding a part number. I was able to give the Make and Model of the dryer and the person on the phone was of ZERO help. All I would get is a I cant look nothing like that up. response. From my quick Google search this is a fairly universal part. If they really dont know washers and dryers by Make and Model, and thats their schtick, I definitely wont be doing business with them.
