This was the worst service experience I’ve had in recent memory, and the most surprising thing is how unapologetic they were through it all. The morning I called about our washing machine not working, they said they could come by later that morning. I called back around 3:30 after not hearing anything all morning. They said they hadn’t forgotten about me. Didn’t hear anything the rest of that day or the next. The third day they called to say they were coming between 10-12. The Tech that showed up looked at the washer for maybe 3 minutes. He didn’t test anything. Simply turned the machine on and watched it turn itself off which we’d described over the phone. He went out to his van, and came back with a $500 quote. He said the main board was bad and asked for payment for the $99 dollar service fee like he was in a hurry. I later called his supervisor who I had been “communicating” with. He was unapologetic and defended the quick diagnosis. Said they’re highly trained to be able to quickly diagnose issues. Turns out, I had an issue with my electrical circuit. Absolutely nothing wrong with my washer. We’ve run dozens of loads through it by simply plugging it into another outlet. I called the supervisor back again. Still not the least bit apologetic. He said he had to go but he’d call me back at the end of the day implying we’d work something out. Not surprisingly, he never called back. I hate that we gave them $100 for their terrible service call and ridiculous misdiagnosis, but I’m very glad I didn’t agree to the $500 main board quote. Who knows where things would have wound up since the issue was with the outlet. I would stay away from C&C Appliance Repair.

I had a 1pm appointment that I took off work for to fix my stove. After 15 minutes I called to ask where the tech was, the owner simply said he’s running behind and will get there when he can….. no eta no call to the tech to ask. After another two hours we simply canceled our appointment. They never called to say the tech was going to be late and really just didn’t care. Unprofessional at its finest.

C & C was quick to call me back and send a tech out to repair our GE Profile fridge. DJ was professional and on time. Would highly recommend on your appliance repair!

He legit broke the motor on my dryer. It squeeked when it ran but everything else worked, when helmet it didnt even turn on. The washing machine he didnt even wait for the washer to be done running before he left. He came up with 2 boggus fixes with even more ridiculous quotes to fix it and then took $130 to do nothing but make the problem worse.

Our refrigerator wasn’t working properly and we had a freezer full of food. I called a couple of repair places on Friday afternoon and no one would come on a Friday just before Labor Day. Then I remembered C&C had repaired an appliance a few years ago for me. I called them and they sent Dee out that same night. He was able to find the thermostat control we needed on another truck and was back the next day to install it. He was courteous and very efficient. I will definitely call on C&C the next time I need appliance repair!

They came out 3 times to try and fix my elderly Mothers refrigerator and never fixed it correctly, but was able to charge her around $1000 for nothing. When she tried to reach out them that it is still not working, they quit answering her phone calls.

I had a repairman scheduled to come out Thursday morning before 11. No one showed, no one called. When I called they asked me when I wanted to reschedule because they wouldnt be able to make it. That communication would have been nice so i didnt have to spend all morning waiting around. Obviously I did not want to reschedule with them, because I didnt want to waste another morning waiting around for a contractor that doesnt show up when they say they will. Will be giving my business to another company in the area. Very unprofessional.

We had an electrical issue with our washer. Scheduled our appliance repair service online and were able to pick a convenient time for us. The technician arrived on time and addressed the issue really quickly. He managed to fix it and we are happy with the service, the price, and the results!

D and James from C&C we’re awesome. They fit me in same day to fix our dryer. They took pictures of their work and went above and beyond, not only installing a new belt but removing lint that was a fire hazard. Thank you, C&C!!

VERY DISAPPOINTING!! Had a water leak, which lead to my laundry being dismantled, and my washer& dryer being moved. Moved them back in and the dryer was not heating. The technician came out, said that the dryer was working fine, but the power was not being supplied properly. Told me the fuses at the fuse box needed replacing. I asked him if it could be the plug in the wall as it had been moved with the water leak problem. He told me he could fix it, but didnt have time as he had other calls to make and hed send an electrician. After he left, and I waited 6 hours for his electrical tech to show, I took the cover off the wall plug. One of the wires had come loose. I screwed the wire into the receptacle (after turning off the power), and the problem was solved. If he had bothered to take the time to do his job properly, hed have solved my problem and I wouldnt resent the money I paid him for a job not done!!!!

These appliance repair technicians have been keeping our household appliances in good working condition for years. They know what they are doing and we are really happy that we found their company. They saved us a lot of money.

I used them when the dishwasher suddenly stopped working.The guy they sent explained everything that needs to be fixed. Freely came back in own time on a Sunday to look into a clicking noise! If you want someone honest and reliable to fix any appliance - go with C & C Appliance Repair.

C & C came to my mothers apartment. The dishwasher wasnt working. They looked at it for 5 minutes, said we would have to rip up the floor. They even said that my mother would have to pay $300.00 for a new motor.Turns out, the painter had accidentally turned off the water. There is nothing wrong with the dishwasher. However, this company charged my mother $92.00 for the visit. I guess the incompetence and fraud were free.

Charged $85 for a simple service call, that involved him looking into my ice maker in my freezer (not opening anything up, just eyeballing it), just to tell me the part that isnt working would cost $300. I said, no thank you. I have since checked with other professionals who showed me clearly that you can get that part for $50, and they felt this company was trying to rip me off. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Please do not use this company. It is not even an actual business. Simply a number to call that then routes service calls to other businesses. They have failed in every way since my original contact 3 days ago. Unanswered calls, unfulfilled promises to do the work, unprofessional in every sense of that word.Save yourself a lot of wasted time and wasted energy, and find a real company to do your repairs.I also urge you to ignore the obviously fake 5 star reviews. It should be a simple matter of logic that virtually every review is a glowing 5 star review, and all else are 1 star...do the math.

I may be an outlier as I see that many people have had positive experiences with C&C. I called them a week and half before I wanted them to come check my washer and they told me to call them closer to the date. I called them two days before and set-up an appointment for them to come on a Friday around lunch. I waited around from noon till 5 on them to come out and they didnt show up, call or email me. Didnt sit well with me, so I used Lee & Co. and they did a great job.

Excellent: Called this morning after 10:00 a.m. for a downed Maytag washer, a team arrived before noon, needed a computer board, had to go pick up a new board, and attend to an other client, back within 1.5 hrs. My machine is back up and running! Very efficient, polite and professional.

DO NOT USE THEM: I called to make an appointment they took my information and said the tech would call back. He called and scheduled me for a 5:15pm call. I got home at 5:00 and waited for the guy called back at 5:24 I was told that he will be in my area shortly but he never did show up. Next day I call to try and find out what had happened the guy picked up the phone and soon after hearing my name he hanged up. I called again it went unanswered. If you have work to be done don’t waste your time with these guys.

I called C&C in regards to an estimate on my fridge. My quote was for $65.00 for the service charge and if I choose to have the repair done that my service fee will deduct from the total cost of repair. The service tech, James Cook, arrived and my wife allowed him to look at our fridge. Two hours later he presented her with an invoice for $185.00. When I spoke with him I reminded him that this was a service call only. His response was that he didnt think I would call him if I didnt want it fixed and he figured I wouldnt want to just pay him $85.00 for nothing. To top it off, he asked my wife to make the check out to him cause I need gas. Really??? I am not pleased with the fact that this repairman took my choice away from me as to my options for having my fridge serviced. The only reason I gave 1 star was because they would not allow me to give none!!!! If you want just a service call only, this is not the establishment to contact.

Even though I read the numerous reviews claiming rudeness from C&C employees before I called them, I was still shocked at the brusque and dismissive service. Additionally, the estimate for the 5 to 15 minute job was nearly $300! I would highly recommend avoiding C&C and, for that matter, trying to fix the problem yourself. YouTube is filled with videos explaining nearly every conceivable job. Because the technician did correctly identify the problem, Ill give two stars out of five and a final warning to other consumers to avoid C&C Appliance Service.

The guys from the Nashville location are crooks and unprofessional. I had my dryer serviced twice by them and within 3 months my dryer needed repair again. Ive scheduled several appointments but no one shows up. My husband and I wasted several days waiting on them. The guy by the name of James refused to tell me who is in charge of that location.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They havent been able to get two appliances to work, a refrigerator and a freezer, after trying three times. Theyre saying the electrical sockets are faulty. The refrigerator is plugged into one socket. It runs but the refrigerator parts temperature is between 81 - 85 degrees. They put in a refurbished motherboard that cost $239.60 and labor is $150, total cost with tax is $425.63. The freezers cold control was replaced. The part $151 and labor is $150, total cost with tax is $328.84. Total for both appliances = $754.47. I called them on June 20 and August 10, 2018. I gave them my credit card information so they could give me my money back. I havent heard anything from them. This is a total ripoff, unethical and totally dishonest in that they arent returning my money. I have contacted them within the warranty period that is written on both invoices.

Called Monday morning for an appointment on Thursday morning. Tech called me @ 9 am saying he would come around lunch time. Being a 3rd SHIFT worker, my request for a morning appointment went ingnored. Basically I had a clogged drain which cost me $180.00. Techs were late, unfriendly and I felt a typical woman dealing w/men on a repair. Thrown under the bus and taken to the cleaners. I DO NOT recommend this company.

I called C&C Repair in order to get my dryer fixed- it had stopped heating up. I spoke with James on the phone and he was able to get someone out to my house the next day. The technician, calling himself Dee called the next morning and said hed be out around noon. I called when he hadnt showed up at around 2pm- no answer. At around 4:30 he called me back and said hed be late...yeah no joke. He finally showed up at our house at 6:30. When he arrived he looked at our dryer for all of 5 minutes and diagnosed the problem. He said well, I can tell youve already tested everything. You need a new motor, its gonna be around $300. I let him know that I hadnt tested anything at all, I had simply removed the back panel. He said well see, thats why they send us to school, the motor is the problem. Want me to install one? I said no thanks, already suspicious and planning on getting a second opinion. He said ok, let me go write you up and invoice. He came back with an invoice for over 100 dollars. I objected and let him know that no one told me thats what it would cost. He said his supervisor shouldve told me when I scheduled the appointment. I said I wasnt told and said I preferred just keeping the invoice and mailing a check after I talked to the supervisor. He immediately got defensive, raised his voice and began lecturing me saying this is a business, you didnt think I was going to come out for free did you? See..you just dont want to pay anything. I told him that not wanting to pay anything is a lot different than not wanting to pay $100 for 5 minutes of work when the problem isnt even fixed. He then snatched the invoice from my hand and yelled you know what never mind!. He then stormed out the door threatening how youve treated this business will eventually come around and bite you.I immediately called the main number. It took me several times to get through, but I eventually got James on the phone. As I began complaining it became clear that either he and Dee are the same person or that they had already spoken. He got very defensive and when I asked why he was so defensive he hung up on me.Update: found the invoice crumpled up in my yard the next morning.As you can see, overall this was a great experience. Highly recommend!!

WORST SERVICE EVER.Called James & told him my washing machine was not working. He came out the next day & repaired it. He told me the part I needed to fix it & service fee would be $149.00 which I didnt think was bad. While he was installing that part I looked it up online & found it for $6-$10 on various websites. At that point, as long as it fixed the problem I didnt care what it cost. Well it seems that part did not even fix the problem & I also need a new timer, but he didnt know I had that additional problem because I had the water turned off, which I clearly told him upon his arrival. I had turned the water off because I heard something leaking & didnt want a flood in my house while I was at work. So I told him the water was off & that he had to turn the 2 little nobs located right next to the washing machine to turn the water on. Before he left after fixing my machine he turned the water on & found the timer was bad since the washing machine was still having the same problem. How did you even think you knew the original problem if you didnt turn the water on? Isnt it your job to assess everything before you fix the problem?He did not have the timer with him and had to order it, but to come back & install they want to charge me an additional $59 even though Ive already paid that plus some, with the original service call. If you did not complete the job, how can you charge an additional service fee? Its an unfinished job!? Rude, over-priced, & obviously not competent in this line of work. James told me that if I had told him what the problem was to begin with he could have fixed it in one shot. How am I supposed to know what the problem is? Thats why I call a small appliance repair man. When I told him that charging 2 service fees for the same problem was against the law he rudely told me that Well were obviously not getting anywhere with this and slammed the phone down in my ear. They came thru Home Advisor to fix my dishwasher -- and they broke the door latch. When i called to get them to send someone out to fix it again, he told me he owed me nothing because he hadnt charged me for the visit. He hadnt charged me for breaking my DW worse than it was!When i said they owed us a visit to fix it, he hung up on me.Incompetence and no honor. Stay away!!Update: they DID deposit my check! After breaking my DW and refusing to fix it. Stay away!

My oven went out and read wonderful reviews about this business. Contacted them and talked with Tommy, one of their service techs. He was able to diagnose problem over the phone without having to make a diagnostic trip. Ordered the part for me. I explained I commute from Clarksville and am not home before 6pm on weekdays. He came out to my house Monday night after I got home from work and was able to fix my oven in 20mins. Even asked for Windex and papertowels to clean up and make it look new. Definitely will use them again for future problems. Called 20mins prior to arrival and was on time. Thanks so much!
