They will refuse to do warranty work on your car if you didnt buy it from them. Imagine if a BMW dealer tried this? Lotus should either speak to Naples to fix this immediately or they shouldnt be allowed to sell Lotus cars ( I have already reached out to Lotus myself)

Nice people. Excellent service.However, when i asked for a soft credit pull, found out it was a hard one, dinging my score down by 14 points. Inaccepable in my eyes.

This is a review that Ive been meaning to write for a while but have been rather busy. So I will just write the highlights:-learned that Lotus was ceasing production on ALL current models, regardless of destination for sale-wife told me to go shopping-found our future car here-worked with Mike & Linda to complete the sale over the internet since i am on the other side of the country-super smooth and relatively quick-first contact beginning of february-contract signed mid february-car received end of february/beginning of march(i forget the exact dates because as I mentioned, I have been very busy).Mike and Linda made what I thought would be an awkward, complicated, and lengthy process quick, smooth, and easy. I never thought I would be driving an Evora GT by Spring and yet here we are. There is a reason Lotus of Naples is the #1 dealership IN THE WORLD; its because of people like Mike and Linda.Truthfully, whenever I am in Florida next time, I want to/need to swing by there and meet the people who put us in our dream car.
