First outside service and payment/check out desk GREAT people !!!!Made an appointment Monday 5/11 to drop of my car for a recall and service and to get a rental car. It took ONE HOUR!!!!!!!!!! to check in and get the loaner, UNBELIEVABLE!!! And I may add the VERY long waiting did not happen the first time. Then I tried to call the adviser during day, also took me hours to reach him.Basically wasted a whole day for this.We are working, luckily our company is busy, but this was very unproductive.By the way the email link to leave a response how the service was, did not work.Wish there would be a competitor, so I could look for an alternative.

I hate your commercial. With the woman ordering a vehicle while others are trying to pay rent or feed their families. No it’s not yummy. You are appealing to a very few mainly the wealthy. I would not buy from you.

My Corolla was in for service for a recall. Had received a text from Luis asking me if I would be interested in trading my 2014 car in. I told him I was not really sure at the moment, But that I had a recall and would be at the dealership on Monday morning probably around 1130 my schedule is for 12noon.As I was waiting in the lounge Luis approached me and introduced himself. Such a very nice young man and was interested in what I might be looking for if I was and I told him I would like another Corolla sport. When I was talking to him Rafael Mazarz introduced himself and we chatted. Luis found a car he knew I would like, and took me for a test drive. Naturally I fell in love with the vehicle and now have a beautiful 2020 Corolla SE. Rafael was very helpful with explaining everything, and helped with the paperwork. Went there in May wanted a Tacoma. Had a Rubicon for trade wanted to give me 33000 for jeep wrangler. Fyi jeep wrangler only lose 4 percent depreciation after driving off lot. Germain is at 30 percent jeep was 6 months old. Come on. All about them and not customer. Also ran my credit through 8 different bank without my authorization thats illegal as per phone call to FTC. Stay away from them con artist at its finest. Went to Galena gave me 40000 got Wrangler and bought Dodge ram. CON Artists. Good day
