Although I drive a Honda CRV, I was recently referred to Naples Infinity by a friend to have an oil change and tire rotation and I was absolutely AMAZED at the level of Service I received! Fast, paid attention to every detail, and cost effective! This dealer is a total disappointment and my/your business is not wanted if you happen to own an Infiniti from more than 5 years ago that’s not under warranty. Their approach leaves so much to be desired. How they’d think that one would want to actually purchase a vehicle there after experiencing the “service” department is laughable. It’s not enough to just be friendly when providing service. You need to provide service. If that means running a quick diagnostic to see what the issue is, then do. Don’t charge someone $150 for a 10-15 minute evaluation just because we are in Naples. Evaluation and diagnosis is part of service. The two go hand in hand. There are many reliable, high quality shops in town that you’re competing with… and losing. The value of the free loaner is greatly diminished when the trade off is gouging.

I recently just purchased my second vehicle from Naples Infiniti due to my first one being stolen, and the experience once again was astonishing. I had the pleasure of working with John Lawson, who exceeded my expectations, went above and beyond once again and helped me as much as possible to get back in the vehicle that I had. The customer service and professionalism that my wife and I were given was amazing, from the begging to the end. Since I had recently purchased a vehicle from them and was stolen, I reached out to John and explained what happened. Amazingly enough, they honored our previous deal to get me back into the same vehicle, which no other dealer was willing to do and believe me, I called all the Infiniti dealer in South Florida. This is our first infinity purchase. We worked with G and Andy to purchase a 2020 QX60. They were a huge help in finding a vehicle and also explaining all of the features of the vehicle. Customer service at the service department has been great and their follow up to make sure we were happy with the vehicle was excellent. I purchased a used Tesla Model S from this dealership and it was never disclosed to me that the vehicle had prior damage. The Carfax showed no prior accidents, however the dealerships Service department should have noticed this when the car was on the lift. Anyone with eyes could have seen the bolts holding the front bumper cover on - reference the pictures. The salesperson and sales manager never mentioned this to me prior to purchase. After about week one, week two, of owning, the paint from the front bumper began chipping off and now looks like popcorn.

My wife car is still under warranty engine light is showing, well then I called to Naples Infiniti request them to take a look at least so my wife doesn’t get stuck in middle of the road. But service department is not ready to look at the car until Tuesday neither want to give loaner until Tuesday. And Tuesday is still 4 days away. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
We have leased our second Infinity from Bonita Infinity. I am pleased with the dealership and our salesman Anthony Blasini. We had been to another dealer without a good outcome. We decided to go to Bonita Infinity and had two great experiences. Anthony takes care of you. There is never any pressure which would cause you to become anxious and uncomfortable. A pleasant experience.That is the one thing that turns off any buyer when your salesman is pushy and creates a lot of stress. That is what we liked most, an easy buying experience with Anthony. Worth the extra drive from Cape Coral. We love our new Q60.Got a 2020 QX60 at Naples infinity. October 2019. Great people to deal with. Nice SUV. Smooth and roomy. Love it. Beautiful dealership. The people here are not your typical car sales men. I dread looking at cars because I am traumatized by the typical pushy salesmen.... here they treat you like family. They (Jonathan and Preston) were very accommodating and patient trying to help me find the right car for what I liked as far as package options and my price range. Now I am driving a brand new Q50 and loving it, I would highly recommend Naples Infiniti! I also traveled from Fort Myers and will continue to choose this location to get my servicing over the Fort Myers location..

I think the service provided is better than the actual QX60! I use the vehicle at least 25K miles per year. It has to be dependable and top notch and your service department definitely hits their mark! I have recommended my friends to Naples Infinity....hope they have as good as an experience as I have consistently....

Very knowledgeable about the car which was not what we had seen in many other sales people with other dealerships.The fact that he followed up and made an effort is what closed the deal on this vehicle. Very pleased. Showing up to sign the paperwork there was no funny business/ and everything was official and done probably in less than an hour. Outstanding.
John Lawson and Cullen were excellent at helping us. We got something from the used lot. The price was very competitive and they worked with our price range. John was very professional and didn’t push at all. He communicated well. The free car washes were a great bonus as well. When we got home the car wouldn’t start because the battery died. Mike the service manager was great along with Cullen when it came to customer recovery. They quickly fixed the issue no cost. I highly recommend John and this dealership.
Great staff from receptionist, sales team (Antoine), manager (Preston), and service staff (Tyler). While I waited for papers to be completed from finance they had the best donuts in Naples to accompany my cappucino! Simply the best place to buy or lease your new car! They also give complimentary car washes when you purchase from them. That is a nice feature as my last Infiniti was from a different dealership and was always dirty, lol.

Great service experience at the Germain Infiniti of Naples location. Melanie (our service writer) took great care of us and all of our concerns were handled in a timely manner. I love the loaner program. We actually got to enjoy a couple of hours around town, while my car was serviced and (to my delight) returned to me freshly cleaned and vacuumed! This is the second vehicle we purchased from Infiniti Bonita Springs. My background is in management and finance. I know how to shop for a deal and I know what to look for when given answers to my questions. I am pleased with how attentive the sales people are without being pushy. They really do try to go the extra mile with pricing and especially with service. The General Manager, Joseph is also easy to work with. I can see the kind of respect and camaraderie the staff has with him. Which makes perfect sense as to why my experiences here has always been great. I took my car to Infiniti of Naples to diagnose an issue that had baffled two other mechanics/garages. After a long period of time (6+ hours), my car would not start. Once started (via a quick lithium battery pulse) it would run without issue throughout the day. It would stop and start all day, but after 6 or so hours of sitting, the car was dead. I figured it was a parasitic drain of some sort. I was told by other mechanics that my battery was good, my starter was good and my alternator was good. Alex and Mike at Infiniti of Naples worked to diagnose the problem by keeping the car for 2 days. They finally determined that the battery may have had a bad cell. They replaced the battery and were no longer able to recreate the issue. The battery was expensive, but does carry a 2 year “no cost” replacement warranty and an 8 year general warranty. Infiniti of Naples worked with me to bring the cost closer to other estimates I had received for the service and after dropping my car on Monday, I picked it up on Wednesday and the problem was resolved. It’s now been a few days and the problem is non-existent. I was always notified as to what was happening and received both text and phone updates with status updates. Excellent customer service.

Overall disappointing experience with the sales team. They try to trap you in leasing a new vehicle without disclosing all associated fees that you will get by mail later. Please read your contracts carefully and do not trust that all fees are taken care off at the door.

I HATE going into dealerships to get work done... Infiniti of Naples did a good job changing my mind. They set my appointment the earliest to my convenience for an oil change (7:30am). When I stepped in, Service Consultant Alexander Depew was very kind and helpful. Alexander Depew in specific was extremely welcoming, great to converse with, and I simply can’t describe how nice this man was. He and everyone in the team were offering breakfast and actually insisted. Greg Haverly was also extremely polite and an overachiever with customer service, another employee I have nothing but good to say about, both down to earth great guys. Chatted with a sales rep about cars for a bit, the service team noticed my battery wasnt too well and replaced it under warranty. EVERYONE was nice and got along, noticed a lot of teamwork and cooperation. Even the Mechanics were incredibly nice. It was a delight to have come in. Was kept entertained the whole time. Honest awesome people. I truly hope they are recompensed with their hard and diligent work, they truly deserve it and hopefully this review gets to someone that could provide that for them. I understand it’s just their jobs and they have to do it... but the catch is, not as well as they do. This extended review says it all. I’ll come back any day.

This was the single best experience I have ever had shopping for a new car. I contacted the dealership via the website, and Rob Dorsey responded. I knew what I wanted and every other dealership tried to force me to come in and test drive even though we knew the vehicle inside and out. Rob made the process seamless and we had some schedule constraints with delivery so he drove the car to my wifes workplace and delivered it. That was AMAZING. So my wife left a 10 on all questions so he gets his Commission he deserves. Jonathan and Anthony were both very attentive and extremely helpful. I arrived at the dealership and Anthony already had the two cars I requested ready for a test drive. Anthony then suggested a Spanish speaker representative, Jonathan. Since my dad only speaks Spanish. Long story short, we ended up leasing a brand new 2019 QX50. Jonathan made sure to accomodate all of my father’s needs. Looking forward to purchasing a second vehicle from them.
I have dealt with my fair share of dealerships and salespeople over the years and without a doubt Anthony and Bonita Springs Infiniti are the best around. From the start Anthony was attentive and direct when dealing with me as an out of area buyer. He kept communication constant while never getting to pushy. It was clear he was very knowledgable about the 2018 Q50 Red Sport that i was looking for. Great salesman but was told that if I did not rate the dealer a 10 on ALL survey questions the salesman would not get paid. Had follow up call from salesman after they received survey asking me why I did not rate dealer a 10 on ALL questions. Sent email to dealership General manager and he confirmed that salesman is rated and paid based on my responses to survey. The obvious conclusion is that the dealership tells salesman to pressure customer to rate dealer a 10. Would NOT recommend dealership. Also, if you look at all the other ratings on this website you will notice that they are all 5s except mine. Does that also tell you something.

A great buying experience at this dealership. As exciting as it is to get a new vehicle, Its become a process I dread due to past experiences at other dealerships. We were presented with a deal that was straight forward and too good to pass up. We we still had time on our current lease, but Gerosky and Corri worked with us so that the deal made good financial sense. We went in to purchase a vehicle for just my wife, but enjoyed the people, facility and process so much that I ended up with a new vehicle as well. Preston and then entire team at the dealership were very professional and forthright during the entire process. I contacted Naples Infiniti to compare pricing for a new QX60. I live about 2 1/2 hours from the dealership but I wanted to get the best deal. Im not into playing games and was quickly assigned to Robert Dorsey and was able to do the entire deal through email. He is very efficient and made the process very easy. Not only did I get the best deal he delivered my car to my front door and took my old one away. Great customer service. This is my 2nd QX60 and I am very happy with my purchase. It is very easy to drive and I love all the safety features. I have been very happy with Infiniti cars and do not plan on changing anytime soon.

We drove all the way from Orlando and after we had a bad experience in Fort Mayers Infinity, we decided to head to Naples. Bryan Neitz, the sales consultant, met us there. Despite we were late (6 pm), he was very polite. We had never left the dealership so fast. The process was smooth, he did not push and helped us to upgrade our 2015 model to 2017 at very good price. We trade our car in for a decent price, got the best deal and in 3 hours were on the way back to Orlando. Bryan Neitz and Luxon Estiverne were very professional and they really know their business. Thank you for your help. This dealership is a primary destination for us to upgrade our Infinity cars.

I have had my Q60 for a couple of months and I am over whelmed with it. Its not my first Infiniti, I have had 9 since 2002.Knowing the staff at Naples was the reason why I was willing to travel from Kissimmee to get this one. I have dealt with Antoine in the past, the third for our family with him, and he made the process simple. He had the car waiting for us, and the final process was done quickly.Anyone looking for a new Infiniti should definitely consider going to Naples Infiniti.
