Landed in Naples Tuesday night to my Mercedes’ with a dead battery from being in storage all summer. No problem, jumped the car and drove home. Wednesday morning the battery is dead again. Called MB of Naples to make an appointment to get a new battery and the young lady told me no problem just bring the car in anytime that day and the battery could be replaced in about an hour. Arrived at MB of Naples 40 minutes later and that’s when the problems began. The service tech had no record of me calling so I explained why I was there and he said he would check with young lady that I had the phone conversation with. Instead of talking to the young lady, he sent the service manager to get rid of me. I explained again to the service manager and he acted like I was crashing a party and that I was lying about calling. He told me it would be 3-4 hours before they could even look at the car and I could wait in the customer lounge. Rude and arrogant is a nice way to describe his behaviour. Ended up leaving and calling MB roadside assistance and they had a new battery installed within an hour. This is my 7th Mercedes and this is not the kind of service experience I am accustomed to. Really surprising!!

Took my car in for its A check. The car is barely 5 yrs old with only 18000 miles. I was met on time & issued a loaner car which I appreciated. During the annual inspection I was notified that I needed new tires & an alignment because the tires were 5 yrs old with dry rot. The cost to replace tires (with alignment) would be around $1700. I turned this service down. When I went to retrieve my car I asked my service advisor to show me why I needed new tires on a low mileage car that was barely 5 yr old & always parked inside a garage. He took me to the car & had a very hard time trying to find the so called dry rot. End of story....I guess. Judge for yourself

First of all the car was done in the completed time frame agreed upon and the repair looked good. However my first estimate was around $1,800. when the car was delivered by me for work an employee called me back and said after taking it apart the corrected bill would be over $6,000. the lady explained that just taking the bumper off and having it recalibrated would cost $ 2,000. My question is why would the original quote not include that number since it is standard protocol. She did go back and adjust the bill taking some of the items off. however where i come from this type of thing looks suspiciously like a bait and switch or the original estimator didn’t do their job correctly

What a day I had driving my husbands car. Stopped at Burger King to get a coffee and breakfast sandwich and to my surprise when I came out to unlock the car it would not unlock. I called Mercedes to ask what should I do and they said take key out of the fob and put key in drivers side door to open the door. The key would turn to right easily but I couldn’t get it to turn left to open the car door. Mercedes sent a person through roadside service immediately. They came to rescue and lie and behold the technician also had a difficult time turning key to left. Finally got door open and he put a new battery in key gob. Success! Thank you Mercedes team.

He was so thorough and efficient going over what services my car was going to receive and he covered the time frame it would be completed and the cost. The communication was amazing and the timing was exactly how long he said it would be. After the service last were performed they washed my car and I was ready to go. We cant say enough great things about our experience with Mercedes-Benz of Naples! We called them from our RV when we had major trouble with our ABS, ESP systems. They immediately made an appointment for the next day & while we were on the phone with them they put us through to a service provider who explained what was going on & that it would be safe to drive the 300 miles we still had to go to arrive in Naples. Weve had a total of 3 vehicles serviced here including my husbands since about 2014. From oil changes to b services, to customization etc theyve always offered nothing but superior service to us. They immediately offer you a new Mercedes loaner, maybe not as high a class as you may have presently but you still get to drive around another model and test it out. They also send text to your phone updates which is always helpful. Ive worked with 2 service managers during the years Adrian, who is no longer there and then I was assigned John Chaffo both provided excellent service and represent this location well.

My service advisor Daniel Resendes was exceptional. Truly focus on giving me a delighted service. He listened my concerns and answered my questions in a timely and professional manner. One of my favorite things about Daniel was that he sent his direct number contact through text message for easy communication. He texted a follow up to confirm loaner service, then within an hour he texted back to follow up with a car’s status. He asked me my time for pick up preference and delivered my car on time. My GLC was sparkling clean. Key delivery staff was friendly and impeccable. Daniel contacted me again next morning after service to confirm my satisfaction. Called them, from the man parking us jn the service area to the two old men at the rental desk, I have never been treated so rudely. The service was done on time and was Okay but with the exception of the cashier, no one was nice to us. Thats a fact. I will never go there again.

Randall Hamme with Mercedes Benz of Naples has been my go to service since moving from NJ September 2017 for my 2009 Smart Passion. The service is superb, detailed and the estimate for any repairs is preapproved prior to execution - you get your car returned everytime with a detailed wash ($15 savings). The new facility is state of the art and whats nice the MBN website offers coupons for service for various simple maintenance to a few hundred dollars off major repairs. Loaner cars (other Mercedes models) have been offered for extended service repairs too, but that service was not used this time.

Not exactly impressed! Wife complained that passengers side seat was dirty(She is Customer Service Extraordinaire =been in the Customer Service business over 40 years)! Drivers door was dirty with fingerprints from Service center likely test driving after service was performed. It is still COVID and your workers need to respect the proper cleaning protocol. Additionally I must add that NOT 1 single person in your establishment was wearing a mask despite still cases in Collier County and all of Florida.I wore mine & sodid the Shuttle Driver which was admirable. Mercedes Benz Naples you need to follow the lead of your constitutents i.e. Ft Lauderdale & beyond. I think I will just return there for my service appointments.

Worst car buying experience of my life! I’ve owned my 2021 GLS450 for 2 months trying to get accessories installed properly and Chasing down salesman promises. Service department doesn’t seem experienced. They didn’t return my star emblem when I replaced it with an led one. It was also loose and had to go back. Damaged my $180 front mud flaps. Mainly from using contact cement on installation “Cobb job “ and not knowing how to install properly. They even nicked the rims taking them off. Paint protection is a joke. I polished it afterwards for a smooth finish. They said they would strip and re apply. I got it back with bugs and road grime on it yet. Still not as smooth as polish. Another joke! After going around with the manager he calls me extremely OCD and have done all they could. I’m seriously offended after spending $100 k with them! I just expect things to be done correctly. It seems to much to ask.
