Seeing that they closed in 90 minutes, I called ahead and I was told to come in for an oil change. I drove 20 minutes and when I got there I had to sit in line for 15-20 minutes. Must of that time was watching the manager flirt with a female customer. One of the employees also humped ahead of everyone in line to pay for his good, ignoring the people behind him. After waiting I was told that despite what I was told on the phone, they were unable to schedule another oil change for the day. If they did, they might not be able to get out on time. He was sorry that he told me to come in but thats what theyre supposed to do. Considering how unprofessional, rude, and lazy the manager was I can see why the rest of the staff acted the way that they did.

I ordered online tires for Tesla model S and they did a great job thanks to Yaumel! Yaumel is the guy to do the job on any low profile tires and expensive vehicles-if no for him, I would need to go somewhere else to do it.

Horrible, people sleeping in the back. After waiting an hour i told the guy to let me use his tools to change my battery, it took me 10 min. When i went to check out he told me someone would bring my car over, so i did........20 min later i finally go back in and make him give me my keys so i could leave. Cheap prices not worth the hogwash

Fantastic experience! I was a little worried when I read previous reviews, but my experience was excellent! We bought 4 new tires & had them installed. Friendly service staff, explained everything clearly & all done in about an hour. Great job to all!

Insufficient technicians and long lines, good prices but they are more often than not unable to assist and ask you to come another day. They have done this to me 3x. I no longer waste my time.

TJ deserves a bonus! He helped me out on a Sunday afternoon 5 pm ish, with a battery change. And then when I came back with my car 2 weeks later because the passenger window stopped working after the battery change, he came outside and reprogrammed my windows in less than a minute. Great service! Thank you!

I dropped off a tire to mount and they promised a time frame. I gave them an extra hour on top of that and when I returned they still hadn’t even touched it. They asked for another hour. I waited patiently in the store for almost two hours, only to learn that virtually everyone left for the day. Total waste of time.

Used another repair shop. Wal-Mart Auto Care Center did not answer their phone and my call kept returning to someone at the customer service desk.

Went in for 2 new tires .... For front end, of my original one was bad the other was fair and I needed it for a spare... They didnt save it but disposed of it, so they say.

The absolute worst service I have ever experienced. AWFUL customer service. They never answer the phone. They had Billy at the front dealing with customers and he’s probably the most disrespectful, ill-mannered person I have ever met. I had my battery changed here because I had a warranty on my last one. Immediately after it was replaced, my battery light came on, and every other light on my dashboard followed. When we brought my car back in, they blamed it on the alternator and that there was nothing they could do. We had the alternator checked and it was in perfect condition. We wrote incident reports right when it happened and weeks later they were nowhere to be found so it was a waste of 2 hours. Now my car is undriveable and no one has taken responsibility for a thing. I will never come back here.

Incredible that because the Auto Care computer system is down they cant install 4 tires that I brought in my vehicle. System has nothing to do with balance and lift machines.No alternate procedures in place like just take write down the information and enter this one later in the system. Depending too much in automation.

I have to say it was a very good experience, although it took 3 hours. There were a couple of cars ahead of me, so I guess it was not bad. Staff was very knowledgeable.

Try to change a battery I was waiting for 1.5 hours they were not busy at all. The front girl was flirting with a mechanics. I point to them and they still not even check my car. My time is valued to me. I will pay a little more money but give business to somebody else. Bet you no one even will respond to me back.

Bought battery and installed it myself after being told of 2 to 3 hour wait. 3 lines of cars being serviced, reasonable number of folks in the garage, fairly casual sense of urgency. Good price for battery, slow check out process, bi-lingual staff.

Got my vehicle serviced here. After check in with Freddy he said he would have the service done in an hour, he then mysteriously disappeared presumably clocked out. My vehicle was just sitting there until I brought it to the next shifts attention an hour which resulted in an additional long wait. They didnt even know the vehicle was there.

The service was good. I had a young lady by the name of Taty who was very nice. I informed her that I had and appointment and had to be out by X time. While I waited, she offered me coffee and turned on the TV to Mae me feel comfortable while I wait. I would definitely use them again. I had all my tires replace and was out in about an hour. I had my service done in the morning and I guess thats why it was quicker than when I had gone before one afternoon and was told it would take 2hrs and so I left because I couldnt wait so long.

JT was extremely professional. He was very helpful, efficient and a pleasure to do business with. The rest of the crew did a great job as well!I got a great deal on great tires with great service and great warranty!Easy in and easy out. Shop in the store and get business taken care of there even while waiting. Great location.

Mediocre at best. The went to install my new tires and didn’t have one out of four of the right valves for tire pressure monitor system. So instead of having to leave the car for 2 days I took it. They refused to fix it properly without me paying more money. Avoid

They helped me out even when they were supposed to be closed. They stop receiving cars about an hour ahead of the closing time. Jean and Hunter helped me out Walmart is lucky to have such dedicated employees thank you so much for your hard work gentlemen!

Could have did a little better on the service work didnt vacuum the car out like they said they would wasnt really satisfied there at all. Ill give him three star

Absolutely awful service. Took over two hours for a simple oil change when I was their first customer in the morning. Staff seemed like they couldn’t care less. Watched my car sit in the area for over an hour after the oil change and still wouldn’t let me take my vehicle.

Just the WORST. First tried calling to see how long of a wait for an oil change. Could NOT understand the person on the phone! Got no answer but went to the Store anyway. Slow would be an understatement. Several mechanic BSing while the truck was up in the air. An hour and a half later the truck was done. Insane!!!do NOT go there.

Slowest place in history! 3hrs here already for 2 tires and an oil change! Sitting here watching my car just sit in the Lube area for 40 min now not moving after they have finished the oil change. Complained and they replied with Well its going to be about another 20-25 min until tires are put on. Will not be back!

More than a two hour wait for a fast oil change. We left and went to Jiffy lube

They said 1,30 hours for oil changed and made me wait for 2:45. The funny thing is i waited more than 30 minutes to pick my key. Because the guy in the cashier was very busy to give a briefing to a customer for 30 minutes. He could have helped me after that customers purchase and after me they could have spent as much time as they want. I wish I had gone somewhere else and didnt spent my hours for an oil change in a day which was far away from being busy. The incident happened in 04,30,2019 around 05:00 pm

On vacation from Alabama. Bought a new tire at this Walmart and had it put on rim. Girl that wrote out the order said I would be called when it was ready. Sat in parking lot with phone in my hand waiting. My son wants to fish whiles here. Received a call from another person,but never from WM. Went in to get soda. Showed my ticket just in case it might be ready,it had been ready an hour. Wrote on ticket I had been called. Didnt put tire on at store but got down the road and saw it was wrong tire on receipt. Went back, they didnt have my size tire is why they put that one on the rim. My brother said it would work,just a lil shorter. Worst experience Ive ever had with Walmart. ☹️

Tire center is worthless, dont even waste your time. Recommended tires on car door stickers ARE NOT required sizes.

Stay away! I bought asymmetrical Pirelli performance tires and they mounted them inside out. In the process they damaged my wheels in several spots. Getting the tires correctly mounted took another half day with no apologies.

We came here 15 minutes before close and they refused us service for our vehicle. customer service means going above and beyond for their customers...even those that work all day and cant get here DURING the day. the gentleman at the desk was extremely rude and seemed quite lazy. DO NOT go here after 1 pm because they may not WANT to help you..because its almost time to leave. Awful place.

This place is the envy of snails everywhere. Told me it would be around 2 1/2 hours to change 2 tires. 4 hours later they havent gotten to my car yet.
