I went here to buy some blinker lights. Signs posted on the door to wear a mask bc its county mandated. I walk in and no employees are wearing masks. It was also pouring rain so had my hood up. I get my bulbs and one of the employees asks another one if theres plastic baggies, which would be nice to have for my 4 bulbs. The second employee says only if its for me and not the employee, okay a joke is fine. But then continues to say and only if Im pretty. He verbalizes Im wearing a mask and hood and he cant even see my hair. So he cant tell if Im pretty or not but hopefully I am. I left. I can take a joke and or some humor. But theres a way to do it. I was incredibly uncomfortable and wont go back.

Decent stuff though one of cashiers was a little unhelpful

Very rude staff, threw back change at my husband so it dropped everywhere on the floor so he had to pick it all up and they didnt even apologize. Go there if you want to be disrespected like that. Ridiculous treatment.

Good NAPA branch with good, friendly, helpful employees.

Hours indicate they are open 12:30pm on Sunday, store is closed no signage to indicate what their “real” hours of operation are.

Adolfo, Jr, and Fred are cool. Parts drivers are courteous.

Placed order online for in-store pick up, got message ORDER CONFIRMED. Stopped in two days later to give enough time to get parts in. No order there, no order ever placed, no call to me, no one ever checked online/in-store orders until I got there. Fred who tried his best not to really help or resolve the problem, did a great job to be useless and have a attitude in doing anything to help or fix problems was a success. No customers in store to deal with while they were busy nothing either. Maybe it was BREAK TIME and I woke them from a well deserved nap, detect my sarcasm. Usually the service is good here, not this time. Customer service sucked.

Store looks great, but service is awful. I entered and greeted nicely and the employee looked at me badly and never helped me me out while i was waiting ten min. I won’t be back no more. I’m going to auto zone. (Get In The Zone)

They left me on the phone for 10 minutes.. so I went there,The website said they had a product, but they didnt

Called and was put on hold. By the time i drove there i was still on hold. As i waited in line i headed multiple other phone calls getting placed on hold without answer. Under-staffed

They sell a lo of the same parts as the competition they just rebrand them and some time they charged oem price.
