I called Mark on Tuesday Morning to have a repair done on the front drivers door. The truck was nearly brand new with only 7K miles on it when the parking garage in NYC damaged it. I stopped by on Wednesday 10/20/21 at around noon. Mark evaluated the damage and quickly removed the dent. He did a great job and the truck looks brand new again. Someone dinged my car while I was picking up a suit for a wedding that I am going to the next day, I was extremely fortunate to have found Mark and he was able to come out the same day to fix it for me. Wow 5 stars does not cover it. There is a reason why they have such high reviews. Someone had backed up into my car and I wasnt sure when it happened. Thankfully I work down the road from Mark so he came by and gave me my options. Right now Im extremely busy at work and he was kind enough to pick up my car from work and fix it. Had an unfortunate side swipe in a parking lot of my community. Contacted Mark and sent him photos of my trucks condition. He was helpful and quick to respond. Mark did a beautiful job fixing a series of 7 significant door dings along my rear passenger door. I was referred to Mark by Caliber Collision, the auto body shop Audi Naples uses. Caliber said Mark could repair the dent on my A7 better and cheaper than they could and they spoke highly of him. Mark returned my call promptly and provided me with a quote immediately after I sent him pics of the dent. The price was more than reasonable. He turned up on time aon the day agreed. The dent was completely removed with zero damage to the paint!I pointed out some scratches on the hatchback and one door. He was able to buff 90% of those scratches out for a very modest increase in the price. I would definitely use him again and would recommend him without reservation. Mark came to the house and he was a very likable guy. It was fun to watch him in action, he didn’t mind me watching, and actually taught me along the way what he was doing and how he was doing it. It was surprising to see the gazillion different tools he had that revealed the depth of his experience. What I really appreciated was the pride in which he took on every single dimple. I had one dimple the size of a nickel that was probably as deep as 1/8 inch. It is completely invisible to me now along with 8 others. I didn’t know Mark before today I found him on a simple Google search but I would highly recommend this gentleman. For what it’s worth the cars he looked at for me today were a Lexus and a BMW. After doing some research on how to remove car dents, I felt more comfortable having a professional remove the dent that was left on the back passenger side door of my 4runner. I have a clear bra on my entire car, so I did some research on who could take out the dent without damaging the film. The price was reasonable, and the service was quick. It took about 20 minutes and the door looks new again.

I have been very very happy with the dent repair results, and have used Mark on my car dings and dents a couple of times. He has completely restored my cars damage to like-new condition.
