Only been here for service. Awesome service started on web chat, continued through text and emails as it was needed. Didnt buy here but they treated me like I did. Dropped off at night and had issue diagnosed by 11am. Parts on order and will schedule for repair. Suzanne and Chris were very helpful through it all

Took 4 days to do a oil change & tire rotation.Had a problem with programing car garage door opener. They would not help. Contacted National Subaru for help. They spoke to DeVoe and sent a message. Still no help. Received help from garage door company. Good car,worst car dealer Ive ever had in 69 years of owning cars. There also have been other dealer problems. Ready to trade car to avoid dealing with DeVoe.

May 1, 2021- I purchased a new (4 miles on odometer) 2021 Subaru WRX STI. This vehicle was purchased at Subaru of Pembroke Pines.June 14, 2021- Noticed my front left headlight had condensation built up inside the actual headlight. This only got worse and eventually got to the point where you could tap on the headlight and see the water.I went to OBrian Subaru (currently renamed Fort Myers Subaru) located in Fort Myers, FL. I brought this concern to them as this did not seem of normalcy, for any new car. They looked at it, I even took video and photos of it at its worst. Immediately was turned away and the statement was That is normal, it will go away on its own. Due to the high humidity we have right now, you just have a little bit of condensation built up and it will go away on its own. We cannot replace the headlight, it is not covered under the warranty. Okay. So I walked out thinking maybe this was normal?After waiting a week and doing my own research, it was definitely not normal, and it was a faulty seal encasing the actual headlight.I drove an hour to Subaru in Naples, FL where I was greeted by Larry (service advisor). I explained what was going on and he came with me outside and took one look at it and said No way. That is not normal, if it was normal then the other headlight would be the same way. He stated this is covered by your warranty and gathered all of my information. He handled it appropriately and within a timely manner. We then had to get approval by Ed (Service Manager), he came out to see it and stated the same thing thats not normal it needs to be replaced. Honest, reliable, efficient and pretty trustworthy. Whats shocking is that this could have very well of been handled at Fort Myers Subaru- no one took the time to even look into this and it was obvious that it needed to be replaced.Both Larry and Ed and the nice woman working up front at Subaru in Naples were on top of it, they kept me updated and informed of when the headlight was ordered as well as when it actually arrived. I have purchased nissan altima 2015 used vehicle on 15 oct 21, within couple of days i find that some isuue in prower stearing assembly and it will cost 1500 usd. i drove only 150 mile and went to there for complain about this issue but manager did not ready to meet me and even do not listen me. They give me hard time and done worst deal in used vehicle, i paid 16000 usd for 2015 altima and i feel this people had cheated me used vehicle deal.

Easily the best car buying experience I have ever had. Go see MARIO! I have purchased MANY cars from dealerships personally, with family/friends, and for my business. Not one of them comes close to the level of service, care, and understanding from Sales Representative Mario Lenz. He was able to find a vehicle that only 2 existed in Florida at the time, and was able to get the vehicle transferred to Naples to purchase. Extremely thorough with exactly what the deal was, features of the vehicle, and upfront throughout the whole buying process. Our first Subaru, and with the experience at Devoe with Mario definitely made sure it wont be our last Subaru.

The sales team is great - when you go to the service department make sure you get Alyssa shes the nicest one there and very helpful. Expect a 1- 2 hour wait for an oil change unless you go 8am Sat as mine was only 20 minutes.(I had a bad experience in the service department but they rectified it so my star rating which was a one has gone up!)

Excellent experience with this team getting our Subaru Crosstreck!2021 seems to be a tough time for manufacturing. After shopping around for inventory with other dealers in the SWFL area which were trying to price gouge me, I had the pleasure of speaking with MARIO at this dealership; such a professional sales manager! Made the entire process of acquiring the vehicle seamless and enjoyable. Least stressful experience we have ever had at a dealer. Don Engel created the best car buying experience I have ever had. I have been buying cars for over 30 years and I have never had such a great experience with buying a car from a dealership. We live in Tampa and the car was in Naples but Don contacted us and gave us easy to access to the information that we requested and even gave us an early quote before we arrived. Arrivng at the dealership later in the afternoon, the test drive and purchasing process took well after closing hours but Don stayed with us working alongside with his team members. Really the process didnt seem to take that long and was pleasant. They have done a great job in making the Subaru dealership very comfortable. He knew we had a long drive home and even gave us a CD to play that would help keep us awake. I recommend Don Engel and Devoe Subaru of Naples to anyone considering a new or used car purchase.

Worst service ever on car!! Went in for a recall fix was told it’s a two hour job. They had car for 5 days. Was told I would be contacted on Saturday no call or text. Was told getting a Courtesy inspection when I was being checked out asked for the inspection results was told it couldn’t be retrieved would get copy from mechanic and text to me, no company available was just told no problems with car. Car was not washed dashboard has handprints all over and looks to be buckling as it was removed will be contacting general manager .FIVE STARS⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I would like to up date this review. All problems have been addressed and corrected.with the help of Greg Prudente Service Lane manager, a new dashboard board was installed. I would go back again for service.thanks for making this happen.

I purchased a new Subaru Forester in October 2019. I made an appointment for my 1st oil change on November 3rd at 10 AM. Only a simple oil change, nothing else. It took them 1½ hours!!! Their service department is so screwed up I will NEVER NEVER NEVER use their service department again.Negotiate the car purchase with Carl Hendel who is terrific, but have it serviced someplace else.

I am new to the area and chose DeVoe Subaru for service because they were near my short term rental in Bonita. Their service department is very friendly and they aim to please. They did a tire repair and fixed a tire sensor and kept me informed throughout the process. Their waiting area is comfortable and clean. My new house will be in Fort Myers, so I assumed I would go to the Subaru dealer near me for service. Shortly after the tire repair, I realized I needed routine service on the car and I could not get a short notice service appointment in Fort Myers, so I chose to go back to DeVoe. They got me in fast and they were even more impressive. I am actually going to continue service with them even though it will be a bit longer to get there.

Preliminary experience was good. We lost our salesperson just at the time of purchase so his overview of the vehicles systems was not as forthcoming as it should have been. We understand these are interesting times.On another front, we have ordered the engine safety plate for the vehicle. We were told just a few days after delivery it would be installed. This has not happened. In fact, after some weeks, we went directly to the dealer to ask about this matter. There was only one person at the dealership, who we talked to directly. His name was Mario Lenz.He assured us, I saw him write a note, that he would call the next day to resolve the matter.This has not happened. The stressful part is not so much we do not have the shield yet, but that Subaru has not called even to give bad news. No news and empty promises are somewhat distressing.We would have hoped for at least reasonable communications.

My daughter will be moving to MA in a few weeks, and she will need a new car when she gets there. I brought her in to DeVoe Subaru to take a look at Subarus lineup of 2021 small SUVs. We were only there to take a peek to get an idea if Subaru had something to offer that might work well for her. Of course, I was most interested investigating if a Subaru would work for her based on their reputation for building particularly safe vehicles. Salesman Don Engel came out to greet us after we walked the lot for a few minutes. I cringed a bit, because I knew I would be wasting his time, unable to purchase a car in Naples since she will be soon traveling to, and living in Northern MA. I immediately brought this up to Mr. Engel, and he could not have been more gracious. In fact, he took time to answer all of our questions, brought out a key so she could safely sit in several of the models, and then explore the possibilities. In the end, my daughter was very impressed with the Crosstrack Sport, and I couldnt have been more impressed with how Mr. Engel spent time he knew would not end up with us purchasing a car from him, only to help out another person, and share his very deep knowledge of the Subaru product. I am most grateful for his time, and really cant thank him enough. If he treats people who he knows arent going to be his customer this well, I can only imagine how he treats all his real customers. Well done, and so refreshing. Mr. Engel is a tremendous resource, and an asset to both the DeVoe organization, and Subaru. Thank you!

Dropped car off at DeVoe at scheduled time and was promptly shuttled back to Marco Island. Oil change, and 3 recalls for the Ascent were completed the same day along with inspection and car wash. I was picked up by Larry, the shuttle driver first thing the next day to get the car. Everything done perfectly.

They called to offer me a canceled appointment to have a sooner service date (in season, here, Subaru gets really busy with how many cars are surviving on the road.) and they even cleaned my car without me asking! Was having a what seemed to be a battery problem. Brought the car in and the car was checked out. The results was that it was a battery that was failing and everything else was OK. The battery was replaced and my Outback has been running fine since the replacement.

75 years old and change cars like most people change underwear. I have owned every make and model. My Range Rover and RAM 2500 ranked at the top of my list of favorites until I purchased the Subaru Outback. Without question, it is the best car I own or have owned. My experience with DeVoe Subaru ranks among the best I have had with an automobile dealership. Very fair and easy to do business with. We have another home in Western US and later this month I will buy another Subaru to keep at that house. Great cars!

Dropped car off for services and was returned with no issues resolved; Told to use cruise control less, and that Subaru products dont support full functionality with Android phone devices (I would have to purchase an Apple device to use all the car functions). Service department drove car for 7+ miles and did not provide complimentary car wash as stated when the car was dropped off. All employees did there best to help and provided good customer service. The problems are clearly a manufacturer issue but the fact that the dealerships are not aware or prepared to handle them is unacceptable.

Terrible service !!!I took my 19 Subaru wrx in for an appointment 7-8-2019 1pm at DeVoe Subaru of Naples to have it look at/inspected. Im having an issue with the turbo and had some concerns of the integrity of the internal parts of the turbo, engine and all other related parts like intercooler/intake valve/ etc. As I arrived to dealership I walk in and started talking to Chris Myers (who is always so helpful and always has the best customer service) and Started telling him my concerns on my car. I showed Chris a picture that was taken of my turbo on 07-06-2019 and While Chris was looking at the picture a gentleman at the time i did not know who he was and didn’t introduce himself to I (Steve Service department manager) Took over started talking over Chris and told me it’s not under warranty and blamed me that I caused the issue by either driving in a deep puddled of water(no water damage), tuning the computer of the car (100% stock form factory/dealership) and some other B.S.. Steve did not ask me anything about my car,he didn’t look at the car or even know what car it was and was straight to the point this its not under warranty and you will have to buy a new turbo $2500 and will have to pay out more for Labor and other parts as well +$3000 ! Who is to say what cause the issue and if it won’t happen again and then get blamed the every time it happen and I would have to pay it again and again. I felt so insulted, Offended and start to tear up when Steve who was very ignorant and rude ignored me and try to slandered me by putting the blame on me, saying that I caused the issue someway somehow and the only thing he CAN Do FOR ME is for myself to buy a new turbo and related parts. By this point I was very upset so I Left the dealership! I was only at the dealership for 5 minutes before I left, While At the dealership my car never went into the service department to be inspected, looked at physically or check out for any and all other issues or damage other than what was done and talk over in the office with a picture that I was showing Chris. A week or less before (07-01-2019) this incident my vehicle went in to the same dealership for drivability issues came back that the Vehicle is perfect with no issues, when they diagnosing the vehicle with their computers there were no code founded of any sort and was run perfect and that there no issues or defects to be worried about. If my car was running perfect a week ago how would this have happen now, because it just happened but Steve was too ignorant to do any testing of any sort? Please, please Help I love Subaru and I love my wrx so much. Thanks to Steve I feel that my car that I work so hard to get is going to blowup any second and that no one cares about my car or I. Car I drove over 2 hours to see had a dead battery and the staff was rude. Complete waste of, y time. This is the only Subaru I have visited that I felt upset when I left. Get your car anywhere else. You are likely to get a better deal, and will absolutely get better service. As a Subaru Ambassador I will never take my business back here. They only get 2 stars because I love Subaru and cant give them 1 star.

Our sales guy was pretty good when I bought my car there. I feel like I got a pretty good deal. I would have given four stars accept the service department there stinks. Supposed to be free car washes when you go in there for service for 2 years and I have to ask for it every time they dont do it automatically. I always have to drop it off there for a simple oil change and come back a couple of hours later. I live about 20 miles away so its pretty inconvenient

Evil, Liars !! I have been told that they have called several times and now with the paperwork from Verizon I see that this is not true . Second Subaru Will never buy another. Mostly because of the service department telling me that they would cover my loaner since they had my car for a month and they just finished it the day I picked it up however they’re not taking any responsibility at this time I’m hoping to be able to write a better review but at this moment leaving me with the $1200 to enterprise rental after being told not to worry about it!! This is after my car has been in to this dealership sooo many times it should have been

Carl was excellent and I absolutely love my new Forester. Carl was patient and worked with me to find exactly what I was looking for. My wife and I spent a few months test driving many different SUVs to find what worked best for us. Carl kept us updated on availability but never once tried to push us into something we were not interested in. The overall Devoe experience was great and we look forward to continuing to have the vehicle serviced there. Thanks Carl!

I have had all the maintenance on my 2011 Outback done at DeVoe Subaru of Naples. This last time I had it repaired, it was for a complete brake jobat around 42,500 miles. I thought that the price was quite expensive, at over $1000.00.Although it was with factory parts, still very expensive for a car with that amount of mileage. I bought it at 19,000 and change. It was like a new car then and in very good condition A local vehicle, I think from Hollywood, Fl. Treated very well. I will still take my vehicle to DeVoe for service in the future. In 2017 we brought a cpo and when we wrote back to the sales guy that there were ants and expressed our concern since they can damage wiring in the car, we received no response . in 2019 gave our car for couple of recalls and the battery light was on when I got the car(service advisor was helpful).. the car started so took it home only for issues the very next day. took it other Subaru dealer in fort myers and discovered the alternator wasnt put back properly. I did receive a automated call asking if I was happy with service. I said no.. and was told someone will call, but no one did. will try to avoid them.

Went there twice to look at a 2018 WRX and both times nobody would talk to me. The car is easily within my budget. Walked around the lot for about 15 each time. I ended up buying from a different dealership. I will never go back, and will tell everybody to buy somewhere else.
