Used Caliber to repair car after I was rear-ended. I had used them back in 2014, in another car, also rear-ended and I liked them then.They are very personable people, easy to deal with. I had a very competent fellow, Brian Price, as my service coordinator. He explained the process and kept me informed of all status changes throughout the process. He assisted with my car rental.The work was done perfectly and the car runs beautifully. Repairing a car after an accident is never fun, but I could not have asked for a better experience. Caliber does it right.

Exceptional service on my bumper. I’m glad I went with Caliber Collision - Naples because my car looks and feel brand new. The communication on my car was professional and up to date. They made an effort to contact me on the process of the repair everyday. I got the car back cleaned from the inside out. The staff and general manager were sweet. Great Service!! Georgette, our service technician, did an incredible job in processing us quickly and keeping us informed every step of the way. The parts were a challenge to get in but she made it point to call us and explain the reason for the delay and let us know when to expect it. Just the mere fact that she kept us in loop in the process was fantastic. She even named our truck “Alex”, which showed us that she treats her vehicles she services into a whole new level. The way we love our truck.Upon pick up, the truck was cleaned and returned to order. What a difference those touches make!!

I got in 2 car accidents back to back and Caliber Collision on Airport Pulling serviced both times. Excellent and quality service. Georgette was amazing she kept me posted throughout the whole process. The second time around, Im sorry, but I dont remember the reps name. We hit a few bumps after I received my car but Mo helped straighten that out and efficiently! Definitely recommend!

Took my BMW sedan to Caliber after someone nailed my bumper in a parking lot, and drove away!They took such great care of us and got the vehicle in within a week- during busy season. I really appreciate the job Georgette and the team did to restore my truck. Given the age of the truck I know there was some question as to whether it was going to be considered a total loss or whether it was going to be repaired and I am so grateful that it was repaired because the truck has been well taken care of over the years and had low mileage and was not ready for the dumpster pile! Georgette did a great job keeping me informed and sourcing the hard to get parts and communicating with the insurance company to keep the costs down so that the repair could be done. My 2020 Rav 4. Vehicle was struck by another vehicle. Heavy Damage to driver side.Caliber Collision completed all necessary repairs.Including repair to the drivers side B post, installation of two new doors, hardware & glass etc.The entire left side of my vehicle was then painted.Upon completion of paint. Allstate sent me to Caliber Collision to repair dents to my vehicle. I had never used Caliber Collision before. I was rear ended and had some trunk and bumper damage. My rental car company was late to pick me up and I was afraid I would be late for an important meeting. The front desk staff offered to drive me in their personal car so I wouldnt be late! The repair shop kept in constant contact to keep me apprised of the work on my car. My car was finished 3 days EARLY! The repair people were friendly and knowledgeable. The repair work was done well and my car was spotless! I highly recommend this shop.

I had a mixed feeling experience at this location. I’m glad my car was fixed. The added days for my vehicle to be done got really frustrated being my only car and all. The delay caused due to a part they ordered wrong which they had to send back. It Went from a week and a half job to two weeks to three weeks. But the damage to my car was fixed.

The friendliness, courtesy, service and communication were all 5-star. Delivered on schedule. They said they were going to clean the car before returning it to me - went beyond that and detailed it inside & out. All of this was 5-star, except: They applied silicone finish to my floor mats, making them slippery, silicone on my leather seats, making them slippery and sealing the pores making them hotter to sit on, to top it off, silicone on the dash which now reflects the sunlight into the drivers eyes. I wish they had asked before applying all of that silicone! Extra service is not extra service if it is not wanted. Now, I have to return to Caliber and have them remove all the silicone.

Car was expertly repaired. It handled insurance issues well and cooperated when I asked for uninsured damage to be repaired at my expense.

I recently dealt with the Bonita Springs office of Caliber. My automobile was damaged due to a rear-end collision (my fault). The front of my vehicle was significantly damaged (eventually requiring $7,000 of work). Caliber personnel (Service representative David Schulte and Manager Francisco Alvarez) stated they believed a portion of the damage was not due to the accident that I described. This was ABSOLUTELY NOT THE CASE -- I know my car and the damage was caused by the accident. They essentially called me a liar and accused me of trying to get prior damage repaired via this later accident. This was not the case and I resented the manner in which they handled the matter.I retrieved the automobile from Caliber, called the insurance company and explained the situation to them, including the allegation of prior damage. They reviewed pictures of the damage and had me take the vehicle to another body shop where it was repaired without question.Additionally, when I retrieved the automobile from Caliber, after our disagreement, the convertible top, which was working fine when I left it with them, was not operating. I called them to let them know about this situation. They obviously denied any responsibility. I still havent gotten the top repaired, and am anxious to hear an explanation form the dealer as to the cause of the malfunction. When I called to inform Caliber of the convertible top problem, the Manager accused me of making this claim to leverage them to fix all of the damage. As I told him at that time, I wouldnt consider doing business with them under any circumstances.The people at Caliber are, in my opinion, incompetent and obviously unprofessional.

I took my Optima in for a repair after I had gotten into an accident.The folks at Caliber were very helpful and attentive to my needs. Although there were a few delays, none of the delays were their fault. They were apologetic about the delays and were sure to notify me as soon as they knew anything was happening.Marty took great care of me and Ill be sure to come here again if I ever need to.

Caliber kept me informed of the process every step of the way. The work they did was great. The detail job they did on the car was excellent as well. Would highly recommend them.

The work turned out good, but for the amount of time it took to get it done, it was really unacceptable. We had to rent a car for 10 days for a job that should have been done in half the time. We were told it would be done on one day only to be told it would take longer. After many phone calls, we concluded that the rental company and they were working together to gouge and get possible kickbacks. No, they are far from honest. They appear helpful and friendly, but in the end it was frustrating working with them.

I found the staff here to be friendly, professional and helpful. They say the are under new management and trying to turn the place around. Id say, theyre doing a fine job of it. My chevy is currently in for repair and I just got a message updating me when it would be ready, which is earlier than expected. Hooray!

Run miles away from this place. Far from being honest, try to getting me into accepting additional charges. They told me the car will be ready in 7 days, it actually took more than 3 weeks. The handed me the car disgustingly dirty. Worst experience ever!

Disappointed doesnt even come close to describing how I feel about what this place has done to my vehicle. And just when I thought the nightmare was over, I find another inexcusable spot of damage. This place should be shut down immediately and progressive should be ashamed for being associated with them. 6 weeks of messing with my car, not keeping me informed, fixing somethings then creating new damage. Would never ever go back, and would only recommend this place to my worst enemy. Progressive couldnt be more in the dog house and this place is dead to me.

Lied about repair time. Never updated us on repairs. We had to chase them to get our car back. Told it would take 1-1 1/2 weeks... close to 4 weeks later we got the car back with tape on in and in it (after they wouldn’t release it to us before they did a thorough cleaning)! There is screw driver gouges on my armrest where they pried up the panel. And those were just first glance issues. We haven’t had a chance to really look over the car yet, because they delivered it late! After it wasn’t ready as promised the first 4 times they had some young girl drive it to my work, who stepped out wearing earbud! Pretty sure you’re not allowed to drive with those in! Was hung up on 3 times just today when I called because they were late. Completely unprofessional. Would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy! Save yourself the stress and take your vehicle somewhere else!

Very dishonest staff members who will do anything to prevent you from having options starting with a strong recommendation from your insurance company. If your car is deemed drivable they still force you into a rental promising you a quick turn around which turns into months. They will promise your parts have arrived yet no work will get done to your car you’ll see it in there parking lot untouched and they will lie straight up to your face and tell you your car is being worked on and has been torn down for work - then you tell them you saw your and not only that you flash the lights just to show them and they won’t even fret or apologize for being dishonest. They will still promise it’s on schedule for compleation only to later call and say they will not make their schedule and then promise they will pay for your rental bc of the delayed return of your car which won’t happen they will stiff you with the bill even if you have proof. Total liars all the way up to management. All of this just to keep you from hiring a shop who can do the job in a reasonable time frame. Buyer beware.
