I recently bought Acura MDX 2022. I drove in just to see it, but I was delighted with the car. Francesca Fotin helped me choose the best package it was “Tech” . This is an excellent car in black and the interior is cognac color. I said that I have 5 children and I definitely need the 3rd row. The machine is ideal for the whole family. He had the car ready when I got there, went over all features and had a great route for a test drive that allowed me to really get a feel for the vehicle. Although the dealership is usually closed on Sundays (unless it’s the last day of the month). I went to get the free car wash that came with the purchase of my vehicle. Matthew explained to me Sundays are closed but STILL ran my car through the car wash and was so great and attentive. (He didn’t have to do this if he didn’t want to). I won’t ever come back for the car wash on a Sunday, but I will always remember his customer service and will remain a loyal customer when I need a new car. Thanks Matthew and everyone at Acura.

We took our car in for service. WOW!!! We were treated with such kindness and professionalism. They took the car in immediately. They serviced the car quickly. We waited in an immaculate waiting area and was asked several times if we needed anything.
This was our first interaction with Acura of Naples. The sales people we met were very nice and not pushy. We had a nice long test drive and some of the car safety features were presented. We decided to buy the car we tried and the closing went very well and smoothly. The only slightly negative thing I would say is that we signed a lot of papers but when we asked for copies, we were told they were internal documents. I, personally, like to have copies of things I sign. I may still ask for the copies. Overall a very good experience (and I dont like going to car dealerships).

Ive been buying cars for fifty years and my recent purchase at Naples Acura was by far the best car-buying experience I have ever had. The car is terrific; the staff is outstanding; and the facility is beautiful. I was made to feel like part of the family and I wouldnt hesitate for a second to purchase another car from them. I just recently purchased a vehicle with them. This is the third vehicle from Acura that i have owned. They have the best customer service and Cristiano(our salesman) was very knowledgeable and made the car buying process very easy.
The sales side has good reviews….the Service side is a different story. Went there to have them recharge my ac and replace the ac relay after I had diagnosed it was bad. They refused to acknowledge I had diagnosed it right just because they had not heard of it in my particular model before. They found the ac pump wouldnt pump new freon in and it needed a new pump (result of a bad relay and too low of freon). Ok cool, Ill just replace it myself and get it recharged later. They charged me more than what was quoted for the AC recharge and they didnt even use any freon. On top of that they kept trying to sell me on a whole list of small items I already knew about. I just paid the bill and left. I wont be back and wouldnt suggest them to anyone for service. The AC relay I had them replace DID fix the big current draw I was having that killed the battery overnight. They need to learn not every customer is clueless about their car. Looks like Im not alone with disappointment in the SERVICE department.

Had an appointment to check AC unit at 2:00 on Friday after Thanksgiving. I had issue sometimes cold sometimes warm. I was told AC Inspection was $149.00. Car was never looked at on Fri., Sat. morning I get a call and felt like I was buying a new car. Started out with ridicules price to replace my compressor (2700). Then he went to 1700. I was told my compressor was blown. Then after I told him I was picking up the car it went to 1400 out the door !! I came in to talk about proposal and it was now 2200. What happened to 1400 out the door I got a lot of bla bla bla after that. My 149. inspection also went to 200. Hard to believe blown compressor because it was blowing cold air when I started. I felt like I was being robbed.

Drove BMW and Lexus for 40 years. A friend referred me to Naples Acura, which I went to half hearted. Boy did I get my eyes opened! Cars and SUVS are beautiful and drive amazing. I was never given a hard sell which I greatly appreciated.Technology in the cars is cutting edge. Really expensive looking but priced reasonably. My salesman, Bob Nesbitt, must have spent 2 hours showing me how to work all the tech in the car. No small feat! He was kind, never moving forward until he was sure I “got it”. I will now buy Acura’s from Bob in the future. Don’t pass up this dealership and the amazing cars when looking for your next ride!🚘

Mom needed wiper blades and she was in a rush, 1 hr later charged $40 and then later called to tell my mom they were not installed yet and needed to be ordered. Other dealers would have installed for free and been done in less than 5 minutes. Plus most inserts are less than $8 a piece. The brains in the service department are low, at least they called but we are never returning to that joke pile.

Been going to them for quality OEM parts ever since buying a used Acura and will continue to go to them to get quality replacement parts, fluids, and knowledge!

Watch out for these guys I called the service department today and they told me I needed a timing belt and water pump when I told them the service code on my dash.When I said I looked up the code online and it didnt say anything about a timing belt or water pump they started back tracking and ended up saying it was new spark plugs.Be careful of these guys do your homework.
