Terrible service. No staff. Went 3 times to pick up my curbside order and left twice because it took over 30 minutes. Finally got my order on the 3rd try. The guy that brought it out after another 30 minute wait was very rude. Theres a reason why I take most of my business to Ace Hardware.

Helpful staff, including many people who have worked in the construction trades and who know their products. Good selection and fair prices.

I went in for the kids workshop project. I waited in line for customer service, but she had to call a manager as she was unaware of what it was. After waiting for a while for assistance, I finally was helped by the manager on duty.This manager was extremely helpful and had a great attitude. While walking to the area that they kept my item, she made positive comments to all passing employees. It seemed like she was well liked by her employees.Overall the store looked well maintained and employees seemed happy. I would shop at this location more.

This store is getting worse and worse. You cant even walk through different aisles because they have palets and cart every where. You have to walk to find a way out. You cant have your cart close enough to load what you want just carry it. The stock is notupdated correctly between online and the store. Even the store manager found normal 140 boards missing in inventory. Better to call ahead to check their inventory before going. Its absolutely unorganized so they have no clue where is it or how is the stock.

They missed up on my order and no one ever calls me back. I don’t have the money or the ceiling fans and can’t even cancel them because is a special order. From the store manager that wouldn’t get on the phone with me, Ana that hang up on me to six different employees that never call me back and five trips to the store and nobody knows what they’re doing or how to fix it.

Entered this store to get info and possibly purchasing blinds in the home decor department. First off found 3 employees sitting in the area as we walked around aimlessly. Not one asked if they could help us. Finally we asked, they couldnt help with our questions. They called the department head and he said he was busy, and pawned us off to a newbie. She did her best, but she was stumped. Back to the dept. Head, Scott. He tells us the display was new and he couldnt help. So I asked if he could help at all. His answer was I thought I made it perfectly clear, I cant help.. Not once did he say we can try another brand or was he open to any other questions. Went to the competitor and they had all the answers and we purchased 1690.00 worth of blinds.

The gentleman in pulumbing was very help, me with getting the right fitting and had to get about ten to make it work for both sides of the water heater.I wish i wouldve gotten his namw but it was an older gentleman that worked in plumbing 11/2/21 at around 6pm

Went in to buy 2 reciprocating saws for my business. An employee had to get them out of a locked case for me. I was told I couldn’t walk around the store with them while I shop and he wanted to know what checkout counter I was gonna use. I had no idea, usually whatever line is shortest lol. The price of the 2 saws were $79.99 each not a whole ton of money.This was just such a hassle especially in a busy store and disappointing after spending over $60k this year through my business with Home Depot. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I hate shopping with Amazon and would rather shop local, but at least I won’t be treated like a criminal and have a less stressful shopping experience.

Staff were great. Gentleman jumped to help us with collecting the flooring we wanted, manager took an expired coupon (not the full value but anything helps), and the staff loaded everything for me. Just all round a great shopping experience at this HD this trip. Keep up the good work staff !

I love Home Depot! I can find almost everything on my list from tarps to cockroach hotels to plants, odd hardware, and glues & tapes. I picked up a few paint chips for a future project, checked prices for outdoor furniture, cruised by new toilets. I found everything! I highly recommend Home Depot for fixing things & for home improvement. They also have a huge online store. Ive used it too & its huge. More stuff!

The first trip I went to Home Depot and asked the greeter to please assist me with lighting. I stood there for 15 minutes. Then I asked the greeter again and waited 10 minutes. I finally gave up, ended up buying the wrong lighting and had to go back. I again asked the greeter up front to have someone assist me since I purchased the wrong lights and I again waited 15 minutes and finally gave up. Each time, customer service would page someone over the loud speaker but no one ever came. I just gave up.

If the TV show Hoarders did commercial stores this store would be a 2 hour special. There is literally boxes and pallets everywhere, empty carts littering the aisles, associates walking past products on the floors and not picking them up and shelves that look disheveled and messy. I have never seen this store this bad but will not return as the other big box right up the street that rhymes with nose saved the day with a helpful staff, super clean and organized store and easy to find products. Think I will become a permanent fan of NOT this Home Depot.

On May 27th @ 7:45PMI visited this store to get some electrical items.On this visit I was met with the most vulgar lyrics played by employees at full volume. You could hear the music 3 aisles down at least.These employees do not care about customer experience nor do they care about the small children walking in the vicinity being exposed to some of the most repulsive lyrics most people would be embarrassed to repeat.I notified 4 store members. One of them call the manager.Nothing was done.Maybe it is this new culture where managers and business owners are inept and cant control their staff.Regardless, the music was quite harsh. Growing up on RAP, I found this to be extreme in nature.The 2 young children who walked with their father down that aisle hopefully were too young to catch the vile lyrics.All I can say is this store is no longer safe.

Greeter at entrance was friendly and very quickly directed me to where I could find the unusual product I was looking for.

A nice Home Depot. Sometime they are under staffed so you may have to wait a bit for returns. Also the garden center entrance is not consistent with opening times.

It seems to me the problem with this particular store is that the staff is cut way to thin.If you know exactly what you want, youre good to go. However if theres any kind of question or assistance you need, your visit is going to bog down.The following breakdown of what usually happens when I go into Home Depot.1. Ill go into a department whether a be lumber or blinds or flooring, and no one will be there.2 I will look through the aisles of that particular department looking for an employee and there isnt one.3. Ill wait at the main intersection of the aisles looking for an employee for that department, usually that wait is about 30 minutes.4.Multiple employees will walk by and I will say, can you help me? and the reply is Im not in this department I will page someone.5. Usually this will happen two or three times before someone finally shows up.Home Depot, the bar to reach for should not be Walmart.Home Depot manager, walk down the main aisle of the store and look to the left and right. If you dont see an employee in each department, something is wrong. Its as simple as thatUpdate May 2021,Nothing has changed, still extremely understaffed.I went in to get some plumbing supplies, no one was in the plumbing department, I went to customer service desk and asked twice to page someone......no one ever showed up

Came in to get a couple keys made and from past experiences at Home Depot getting keys made, I was not looking forward to coming in BUT it was a pleasant surprise! I was helped out quickly and on my way in no time! Thanks!

The floor inventory is in no way similar to what is listed on the website... staff are completely unavailable for assistance... badly overpriced and understaffed... needs work, guys...

Ring...ring...ring....good luck getting ahold of someone on the phone to check status of an order. Three times now Ive had to go to the store to get an update and then it takes 20 minutes for someone to tell me any day now.

Consistently helpful staff from start to finish. My mother & i have shopped at this location & we have had great service compared to other Home Depot locations. Great selection of everything you need in case of a home emergency. This time management & staff came thru on a window ac unit that died suddenly. They were kind & helpful from the purchase to loading that heavy ac unit into the car. This location always has helpful staff advising on the different kinds of kitchen sinks to explaining the benefit of a surge protector. Only input i would make based on overhearing a customer is to carry sheet vinyl flooring as an affordable alternative.

Ive shopped here a few times and had a pleasant experience up until I encountered a customer service clerk with a real attitude. Management should yank this young girl out of customers sight.

This was a terrible experience. We were sold blown in insulation that would not work with their machine. We already st 2 hours at this store. So we had to do a quick return which we were informed that it had to be done at the customer service. When we arrive at this area, there were no customers. We were told that we had to enter at the other end. Then all reps were all on the phone and unable to serve us.

Everybody was very helpful, I was installing locking vinyl floor and didnt measure correctly 😨. Young man in flooring explained how to do it and loaded my flat for me with correct amount of flooring. Could not see his name, I was in a hurry. Young black man, thank you young man! Keep up the good work 😃

Good prices, lazy workers.. the computer says they have items in stock but they are so unorganized... also to get in and out of that store is a disaster... if you happen to go during a delivery... the entire left side of the parking lot is inaccessible... go the extra mile to the pine ridge location better parking and better staff..

Terrible experience. I had my kitchen done here since 7 months ago and its still not finished. Ive been waiting for the finishing peices to my kitchen and they never got here. I called them numerous amount of times but they have ignored my calls. Finally they reached my cell and gave me a pathetic excuse as to why my kitchen isnt done. They lied to me about when they will come, i was supposed to have my kitchen done the 16. Now those said peices are lost and i need to wait further time. Im done with the lying and poor service. I do not recommend getting your kitchen done here.

Bahram, the manager flat out called me a liar due to an item being incorrectly priced and I asked them to honor it.After a 30 minute wait for a power tool and 2 intercom pages at 10, then 20 minute waits I called the store from aisle 16. Tree minutes later help arrived to open the case for a circular saw. I asked they the bigger saw that is tool only is cheaper than the same tool only yet smaller saw he proceeded to tell me the item was on sale through Milwaukee. Then said it wasn’t priced right. So I called the manager and he shows up to say there’s nothing he can do that a customer must have pulled a tag and put it there. Pretty much walked away mid discussion and I had to call him back and remind him I did not wait 45 minutes to leave empty handed. So he was clearly frustrated when he couldn’t open the cage and pull the saw out easily. And said there’s nothing he can do. I have to take it or leave it. Most places honor the wrongly advertised price. At least one would think after 30 minutes they would offer a discount. Not the case. I hung out to get called a liar I guess. Poor service. He tried blaming the employee who was only 2 weeks old but did not offer anything further besides insults and excuses.

This is the worst store for customer service! Every time I come here we have an issue and get a horrible bad attitude from the workers. Today we waited for over a half hour for someone to help us and no one did. When we asked for a manager we were told “no”. Seriously? We will be taking our business elsewhere from now on.

We found most employees at this store this morning, happy to use Covid 19 as an excuse to do nothing. We had planned to special order a new bathroom vanity and countertop. After waiting to be acknowledged by one of the employees who were doing nothing, I was told I cant special order, I have to buy what is in store or on line. That didnt seem right as we have done this before. She then rambled off some numbers Granite is $1500, Quartz is $1200. I said I would like a solid surface....she said ok, $800 Just simply appalling. I told her not to worry we would be going to Lowes. It will be the last time we go in this store.

If I could rate a zero star I would! I will NEVER buy an appliance here again! The washer they delivered was defective. The delivery guys loaded it back on the truck. I had to contact customer service to get another washer delivered and was on hold with the rep for 1 hr and 45 mins. On next delivery they send us another dryer. It was the washer that wasnt working. Called customer service again and was told it would take at least 3 days for another one to be delivered! NEVER AGAIN HOME DEPOT!!! You have our $2000.00 and cant get the order right the 2nd time REALLY!!!! By the way It was a Maytag set!

Works customer service! I’m a general contractor and I shop a lot in HD I’m a really easy going person and I don’t like to complain but today I went to return something that it was defective and they where so unprofessional, the general manager was really mean for sure I will try to avoid that location!!!

Lumber prices are still high but got what we needed in paint etc.

I spent 45 minutes dealing with people who obviously hated life at the pine ridge home depot only to not get anything due to poor attitudes and lack of leadership. I spent all of 3 minutes at THIS store and was helped beyond expectations. Scott and Muler in the flooring department went above and beyond to help me and I am truly greatfull for their courtesy and customer service. Get these guys a beer!

I got left 31 sheetrocks 40p 10 of the track and studs otherside gate blocked by the Truck guy inside the Building, i want to get out the section, i did check clear egress get out to wrap my Cart, suddenly the Truck guy from no where jump out come to my face, yelling loud tru me out the Home Depot,,, i have no idea wattts going on with this guy, but he should know theyre open for business un public, they shouldnt treat to their customer like this way !!!! I am an electrician and used to go there frequently for parts and material. I only go as a last resort now. They dont keep a decent inventory and are frequently out of the most common items. Its a huge waste of time, when you are on a tight schedule, to go there and not be able to get what you need.

I got an email with a connect to local ad but it was showing Stadium store in Tampa and item I wanted was a special buy price, discounted $19. When I changed location to my store it was regular price. I asked about a price match and they happily obliged. I was happy. Great customer service.

Employees were hard to find here but I was able to eventually find what I was looking for.

Always have everything you need and somebody to help you find it. No matter what your going for you can be in and out but for me I usually spend an hour in there looking at everything I think I have to have LOL

I have just gone to the South home Depot at Davis and airport road in Naples for the last time. I have never gone into that store and been able to get all the materials I need to do the job. Dont waste your time, go to the home Depot on pine ridge. The shelves are fully stocked, the people know what theyre talkin about, and you will save yourself some headache

Do not buy anything at Home Depot, after you buy anything major ( carpet or appliances) 48 hours they outsource to other people and you are up a creek without a paddle when something goes wrong, not if but when.

Worst costumer service

WE happened to visit during a severe thunderstorm. We parked by the north end of the store by one of the doors and made a run for the door in between lightning bolts. When we got to the door, the guy at the door told us to use the main entrance about 100 away; but in order to do so, one had to get back out into the rain and lightning because they had their overhang filled with riding lawn mowers and other items for sale. We explained to the guy that it was lightning out and it was a long way to the other doors, but he would hear none of it. We found a manager inside, who also did not want to listen. Her response was that they have to count people coming in and out... THERE WAS NO PEOPLE COUNTING TAKING PLACE!!! Bad policy and very bad customer service/customer safety!!!!
