I felt I had to my pleasure after the wonderful service I had been given from the company. I appreciate the hard work to find creative solutions to various problems that came up during the work. I also appreciate the fair price I paid. The workers were extremely polite and patient. They did a great work. Highly recommended to all.

Angelo and Dale did a great job installing the carpet. They were careful with the moving of the furniture, and courteous. Stacey was great with helping us choose the carpet. A wonderful experience.

We just had new carpeting installed throughout our home and could not be more pleased with the result. We selected Russell Martin to install our carpeting because of the great service we had from them in the past when we had our carpets cleaned.The purchase of our new carpeting exceeded expectations in every way. From the time my wife and I entered the store to discuss our plans to the final move of (very heavy) furniture onto our new carpet, everything was perfect.As we entered the store, options were discussed and we were permitted to take samples home to be certain we selected the right carpet for our home. After looking at five samples, we made a selection and Stacie was sent to our home for measurements. She sent the bid on the same day and we made the decision to accept the bid.Next came the installers - true professionals in every sense of the word. I had no idea how they were going to move all of the furniture, install the carpet and padding, and move the furniture back. But they did so without any hiccups. And they cleaned everything up along the way. We love the new carpeting more than we thought we would.Thanks Russell Martin for an outstanding experience. You should consider giving all of your employees a pay raise. They are the best!

Ive used Russell Martin for years and was always satisfied with their work. Unfortunately, I will never be using them again. I called to make an appointment and requested the cleaner wear a mask in the house (which they should be doing anyways). The person on the phone responded with, they dont do that and suggested I call another company. Calling another company went without saying. I cancelled my appointment with Russell Martin and made an appointment with Koshgarian, who of course said they would wear a mask in the house. If the health and safety of you and your family is important, do not call Russell Martin. Because apparently, its not important to them. Or their own employees, for that matter.

Extremely helpful staff and outstanding selection of carpet.

I scheduled a carpet cleaning with this company in the middle of August which was supposed to happen in early September. The owner visited our site and never called back. When I called their business a full 6 weeks after my first call they told me the owner could call me back next week. infuriating

Russell Martin Carpet came through again for our family. I have used them since 2007 starting with our first home. What sold me then was their selection, but most importantly service. I got to know the owners Rae and Dave and over the years I have gotten to know all the employees from installers, cleaners to in house employees. I am now also enjoying the 2nd generation owners, Sam and Rebecca. I trust them all! Love that Russell Martin continues to put the customer first.

The new carpet in my bedrooms looks amazing. The team at Russell Martin walked me through picking a carpet that would great in my house. The installation was pain free.

I swear that they didn’t even clean my area rug. Stain didn’t even look like they tried to remove it, the short fringe was still dirty. If a stain is bad they shouldn’t even try to clean rug and notify the owner of the rug and ask if they still want it cleaned.

The only place I trust for our carpeting and rug needs. Personal attention every time. I just had my carpets cleaned by Chris and he did a phenomenal job! They never rush and always do a quality job. In addition, you always see the same employees year after year. That says a lot!!

Dropped off three area rugs for cleaning and asked for them to be returned a week later when their guy came to spot clean the installed carpet. Everything worked as planned, rugs were thoroughly cleaned, and Paul did an outstanding job in the house. Very careful and conscientious.

We have been with Russell Martin for probably 40 years - since they opened in the home on Jefferson. We continually rate them as “five star” providers for product and service.We just completed a recarpeting of our upstairs. We complicated their work by needing to schedule four installs, so we could clear bedrooms one at a time. As they always are, they were flexible, courteous, timely and complete.For the first time ever, we had what we thought was an issue with the stair install. We had them in to review. Thet acknowledged that the work didn’t meet their standards and promptly replaced the work.They are the best. They have earned this recommendation and they proved it by their actions, time and again. I brought them my grandmothers rug to be cleaned, a old Persian with a ton of sentimental value and they cannot find the rug all of a sudden. Either it was thrown away or misplaced. I am waiting for the owner Sam to call me back. This is unacceptable.

This place backs up their products. The original runner we bought from them looked really worn after a year. We upgraded the material and they cut us a big deal to replace with a better quality one that lasted.
