We are super happy with our new carpet! The installers Mike and Hunter were super nice, moved everything out of the way and even moved our 10’ Christmas tree that I was very concerned about. No ornaments fell or the tree. They did a great job :) I was also unsure on what color and had it down to 3 colors. They were nice enough to order those in a little bigger sample than what the small square sample boards show. Really helped with picking what I wanted! Thanks guys!

Just had carpets installed by Carpets Direct. Within a week they had ordered and installed our carpets. Very satisfied with the work they did. Master and two guest bedrooms all done in little over 2 hours. Carpets look great. The also own Eco Clean Carpet Cleaning and so they give you 1 free Carpet Cleaning within 1 year. Jim was our sales person and made the whole process hassle free. The installers were fantastic. Highly recommend Carpets Direct Naperville.

Used carpets direct to replace carpet in a bedroom. Daniel was awesome to work with and always very responsive. No hidden fees and they got the new carpet installed quick! Id recommend these guys if you need carpet. The carpet pricing was good but the customer service is what sets them above the rest.

Five Stars!! my Home is like a brand new one thanks to the best quality carpet installed by Mike, who I have to say is very professional. He has been doing this job for half his life and is a super fast worker, him and his crew were in and out in less than one and a half days, moved all the furniture, reassembled everything and took all the old carpet and trash out. I would totally recommend this business!

Great prices and really good quality carpet - dreamweaver brand. Dan the sales guy is really easy to work with and will beat most if not all competitors prices. Also get an 8lb with carpet which is really nice. Mike the installer and his crew did an awesome job and cleanup. Will use again in the future when I need new carpeting.

Had an exceptional experience with Carpets Direct this past week. Long story short, I had some family coming into town and the carpets needed to be changed as they were already 15+ years old. After calling around, I found Carpets Directs prices were pretty much unbeatable considering how last minute I needed this done. Staff was knowledgeable and I never felt pressured into buying something I didnt want, would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and competitive pricing.

We needed to get the carpet replaced after our basement flooded and were referred to this company by the people who did the water clean up. We ended up getting new carpet installed the following week and the best part is we had about a thousand dollars left over from the insurance money so now I get to go on a vacation to Mexico!

Erin, Mike and Dan were awesome to deal with. Erin scheduled me an estimate for the same day with dan. Dan came out and measured and brought some sample boards for us to look at. My husband and I fell in love with this new modern design that apparently just came out so we provided a deposit to order, the order shipped out from Georgia the very next day and Erin called to let me know and to pick an install date. Ended up getting the carpet installed six days after picking it out by mike and dan. If you need carpet installation in Naperville or Aurora area, this is the company you want!!
