Run! Took carpet for my boat to replace a 10 inch binding. Said that it would be $125 but that it would be done in 10 days to two weeks. Due to a lack of time we agreed to pay the exorbitant fee. After more than a month it still was not done. We were told he didnt have a lot of incoming carpet jobs to bundle it with. He then said it would normally be $200 but he was doing us a favor and saving us money. We picked it up, took it elsewhere and they did it for $10. He operates under many company names. We thought we were going to the Rug Medic but that is not what is on the building. Beware!

I was so happy with Rugmedic! We just moved into our home and had our carpets cleaned by rugmedic and they were ah-mazing. FIVE STARS.They were so professional, courteous, and organized.The previous owners had a lot of cats and this took away any scent or evidence of cats whatsoever and my light cream carpets look so fresh and new.If you are looking for a carpet cleaner - try them - they are a 10/10 !!! I wish I knew about this company sooner, it would have saved me a lot of headaches.
