Our contractor connected us with Pro Source to place a carpet order. Patrick helped us when in store and afterward with order. I went to the store with my toddler, and he was very helpful and accommodating. In addition, he was in great communication to make sure we got the carpet we wanted. Overall, great experience.

The staff was friendly and very courteous upon entrance til exiting. The showroom floor provides a wide selection of high quality products to meet and exceed your expectations. In addition, you can review inventory online for ordering.

DJ, Dan, and Luis are extremely professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. Weve worked with interior designers (Finishing Touches) on various home projects over the past 2 years. The products and services weve received from ProSource have been top notch. If weve had any issues, Dan, DJ, and Luis have made themselves available to resolve those issues as quickly as possible. They make sure were completely happy with the finished product.

I ordered a Shaw engineered wood floor from ProSource. The product that was delivered was not the correct color or texture. Both Shaw and ProSource agreed that the flooring was defective. 1 month later after not receiving a replacement product I returned the defective product, canceled my order and asked for a refund. ProSource would not give an immediate refund. I was told that they have to apply for a refund and I have to wait until they get refunded. They have already caused significant delay in my project and are now holding my money. They did not give me a date when I can expect the refund. A manager of ProSource promised to call me the day I canceled the order to give me more information. He did not call. USE PROSOURCE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

Prosource holds a wonderful variety of flooring and tile options. The staff is very knowledgable about the prodcuts they sell, I have a high level of trust when placing orders. I have never received incorrect materials or had issues finding help or spec information when needed. You will be pleased!

This place is for wholesale but ask your interior designer and architect for access as the showroom has almost every flooring to view and cabinets bathroom and kitchen fixtures
