I had a great Sales Associate named Brandon, very knowledgeable and helpful. My only complaint is with Mattress Firm store itself, even though the website has plenty of Queen sized mattresses for less than $1000, the showroom is filled with only expensive mattresses and only 1 or 2 nice looking ones on the floor that you can try and the rest are old, used and even stained. These are NOT what you want to lie on! Plus they leave them all standing up in a row against the back wall so you have to ask for it to be taken down in order to try it but like I said, they look gross so who wants to try them. I wish the showroom would reflect the website more and cater to those of us who can’t afford a thousand dollar mattress.

My wife and I stopped in to look at a mattress… just to shop around. My wife went in first and i met her. The salesman was incredible Prince was his name. I highly recommend the Nanuet location.. he was very knowledgeable explain pricing quality knew his product this is the kind of person you are representing your store. I will be passing on his name in this location to friends and family and posting my great experience on Facebook. The mattress itself is fine. The pillows we received were standard and did not suit the king size bed. We went to exchange them but there are no pillows available for 3 weeks. While at the store, we found out that the manager took all the credit for the sale and did not give any credit to the very friendly and knowledgeable sales person. We do not like this kind of practice and will be returning the bed and using another company.

I was so impressed with the level of service I received when I walked in to this store. I knew I needed a new mattress for my upcoming move but I had no idea which one would be best suited for my needs. I had the pleasure of dealing with the store manager, Prince Brock who took time with me to explain the different types of mattresses and their functions. I never felt rushed or pressured. At the end of my visit, we sat down and he even took the extra steps to ensure I would have the delivery date I wanted and that the warehouse in the state I was moving to would deliver it in the timeframe I was looking for. I highly recommend Mattress Firm located at 246 E Route 59 in Nanuet. I have no doubt you will have the same experience as I did!

While shopping for a mattress became extremely stressful as everything was on back order in other stores, I walked into this mattress firm and the manager was extremely helpful. The mattress selections were out of our budget but he immediately pointed out a sleepys mattress that was 50% off and very similar to a name brand we had our eye on. We took the mattress home that same day. Very happy with the service. Will return for future purchases.

First I would like to start by saying that the salesperson name is Prince is very knowledgeable, patient and understanding. He works in the Mattress Firm @ 246 E route 59 in Nanuet in the same shopping center as Kohls. He was more that willing to assist me when I wanted to return the first mattress that I had purchased. He searched and found me the one that I have now and so far it is very comfortable even though its too soon to say but nevertheless, my experience was wonderful and that young man is an absolute gem and a valuable asset to Mattress Firm. Recently I walked into the Mattress Firm in Nanuet NY. After Two months of looking online, placing an order with another company and that company cancelling the order on delivery day 6 weeks later, I was pleased with the inventory at the Mattress Firm Nanuet. Perhaps equally, if not more importantly, the sales manager, PMB, (not sure I should publicize associates name) was outstanding. He knew his inventory, answered all of my questions and spent time with me ensuring a sound purchase of a king set & queen mattress with platform. The Black Friday price was a good sale. The delivery logistics between two sites was handled effortlessly. Beyond all of this, both sets of delivery men were courteous, wore masks and bootie slippers in the house. Without being asked. I would highly recommend this Mattress Firm to anyone looking for bedding.

The store prices are naturally a bit more expensive than you can get online, but you definitely get your full moneys worth with the service and assistance in choosing the right type of mattress for your liking.

When you go here, look for the salesman Tim Fogliano. He helped us and is amazing. We were picking out a bed for my mom who is a senior and very picky but, didnt want to come with us to shop! He helped us find exactly the right bed (here we are 30 days after delivery and mom loves it) He explained everything to us, arranged delivery according to our tricky schedule and was just more helpful than any salesperson we ever had for anything. They should use him as guide for all salesperson training!
