Ran to PC Richards this afternoon because my hard drive crashed. I normally deal with Robert the manager but he was off today. There was this gentleman at the front door who greeted me and he was so polite and asked me if he could help me. I said yes. I was looking for an HP Laptop he took me over where the laptops were displayed and he showed me and explained to me what would meet my needs. His customer service was above and beyond. I was so grateful and truly he was a blessing. His name is Edgar a great great man.if you ever stop in to the PC Richards in Nanuet NY, please ask for Edgar Trust me you wont be disappointed.
