The customer service varies as much as the prices. Sometimes you get friendly associates and other times you get associates who ignore your existence and just have nasty attitudes. The place is also understaffed so, if you are expecting to ask for help to find anything, than your pretty much on your own unless you can find the lone friendly associate in the store that might actually want to help. The prices can range from reasonable to overpriced. The quality and variety of goods at least when it came to finding smaller baking pans are poor; I had to carefully look through items since, I noticed a lot of their goods were badly scuffed, scratched up, had stains, and had caked on dirt on the bottom or all over the body. It was very difficult to find what I was looking for because, the baking pans are spread all over the kitchen area instead of having all the baking pans in one baking area so I had to look through different aisles to finally find what I was looking for, which make the trips take longer than they normally would, if the store was properly organized. Additionally, I had to come back a couple of times to return or exchange the product I purchased because, the quality was so poor that, the baking pans were poorly insulated and wouldnt properly spread the heat to bake, so I ended up with some ruined baked goods. I dont recommend this place, and I suggest only using this place as your last resort, after exhausting all other choices.

This is a very nice HomeGoods its larger than other home goods and is very well laid out. It has very large oils so you dont bang it to people going in opposite directions they seem to have a larger selection than other stores have visited in the area. Occasionally its hard to find someone to help you but you can always go to the cashier and she can call someone for you. The staff in the holes friendly and the lines are short so I would recommend this place to go

Horrible. Everytime I go its an absolute mess. Aisles are blocked by carts filled with merchandise which often prevents customers from browsing whats on the shelves. I dont know why I bother stopping in at the Nanuet location. Youd do well to avoid it and with probably find a better shopping experience at the Paramus location.

Its another TJ MAXX as far as I could tell, which I had just minutes before been in also, only difference in my opinion was TJ Maxx had wayyyy more on their shelves & better deals for the same exact items too. Smh idk call me crazy but putting these 2 stores in the same shopping center is silly, especially if youre selling the exact same items at wayyy different prices. Thank God for TJ Maxx though 🙏 🙌 👏

I spent an hour circling home goods, finally found the perfect present, waited in line for 20 minutes, and then they refused to sell it to me because it was “too sharp.” As an adult, this is absolutely ridiculous. I said multiple times I was fine with it. Thanks for wasting an hour and a half.

This place is the typical home goods mad house. Which is totally avoidable if management just took control. Employees constantly being loud with each other, completely unhelpful. They actually avoid customers. And the place is a mess, again, management not caring. Id love to be in that store when the district manager visits. I bet they change their tune real fast.

Great selection of different home items, some seem to be a bargain but others are only so-so given that most of the furniture is scratched or dented somewhere. The inventory is always turning over so its great to come often just to browse what they have. Customer service seems OK, Ive never had to ask for help, i just get what I need and get out.

The homegoods at Nanuet NY doesn’t seem to have good collection of items. I see other homegoods at other locations has so many beautiful stuff than this one. The store is always messy and sometimes the staffs are so loud and rude.A particular incident which made me to write this, I bought a grounded Starbucks coffee from homegoods Nanuet NY the other day and when I got home, I noticed that the seal was broken or someone had opened it. So I took it to return it the next day and the cashier was asking another cashier about the scenario and she sounded completely rude. She passed comments like “ this is what everyone say that the seal was broken and etc”..and she said “This is the one time we would refund you but not again” ...I was completely shocked how she reacted. She was not polite at all in explaining their rules but just sounded so harsh.. I avoid going to this homegoods, rather happy shopping in tjmax and Marshall’s...
