Our sales lady Holly was great and explained the differences between the i8and i10. Holly had myself and my wife laid down and she set our preferences to what we both felt comfortable. Then we went over i8 and tried that out then onto the i10 and I felt the i10 had more support as far as the slight difference in cushion which I felt the i10 was a little more firm.

Monty was cool and not pushy and explained the beds...so that was good

Truly a great product! The ability to adjust the firmness is fantastic for someone who has days where they have a backache and others where they just need their head elevated in order to sleep. Holly (Nanuet store) is great. She is knowledgeable and will take as much time as you need. She has helped us on at least 3 different occasions. Definitely a place to stop and find out if their beds are right for you.

Went to look for a new bed and mattress. Online and on the window of the store advertised a 9pm close time. The store was locked at 8:14p . Very disappointed.Edit:After getting to actually shop at the store our experience was great. Chris the manager handled our sale and we had a great experienc . He was very helpful. Still annoyed that it took us multiple visits just to get into the store. We have found that the posted hours are more a suggestion then concrete.

Let me start by saying that I have no knowledge when it comes to mattresses. I walked in and spoke with Chris. He was amazingly welcoming, very knowledgeable, and super understanding. He showed me the difference between sleep and quality sleep. You can’t buy that everyday unless you work with someone like Chris that has your best interest at heart. He made sure to guide me to the best option not just for comfort but also my health. Quality sleep is important! He even talked me out of any doubts that I could not afford a high end system. He explained everything with patience and made my feeling of ignorance melt away with his kindness and knowledge. I hope he is recognized for his contributions to sleep number! Thank you Chris !!!

Nice showroom and sales staff. Horrible delivery and follow-through. Expect 2-3 week delivery and poor customer-service post purchase. 0/10 Would not purchase a bed from this company.

Christopher left no stone unturned. That made it relatively easy for me to decide on what worked best - bed and pillow. A most impressive set of products and accompanying technologies.

They had a large selection of shoes. Even though I didnt find a pair of shoes that fit me, I am still giving the store 5 stars. The saleswoman was very patient and thorough. I just happen to have wide, swollen feet. Wish they carried wide shoes.

It was such a wonderful experience, not only did I put my feet up on the bed and relax, but I was greeted very professionally, and even filled out my application for credit while I was still lying down, all I can say is sleep number rocks!

Be wary of the Sleep Number 100 day warranty. We were told at the store level that we would have 100 days to unconditionally return the bed we purchased if not satisfied. As it turned out, as much as we wanted to love the bed, it unfortunately caused pain instead of comfort. Upon attempting to return it, we were advised that Bed only refers to the mattress and not to the other components including the Adjustable Bases. Sleep Number told me they do not make the bases and therefore cannot stand behind them. SERIOUSLY!!! In addition, they make you pay to return everything. How is this any of this an Unconditional Warranty???? Sleep Number...Shame On You!!!! 

Got the best bed Ive ever slept on. Had it about 18 months now. Still love it.

Horrible customer service!! Just had a supervisor hang up the phone on me while talking. I have had nightmares with the bed I purchased. The saleswomen from the the sleepnumber store wrote in a contract stating that I can return the bed package without any fees charged and the supervisor said “we do not need to honor what our employee signed in your contract with us”. I will see you in court and let everyone know what kind of crooks you guys are.

Ive gone in a few times and every time they are rude... Screw them, latex beds are better.
