Product knowledge is impressive and superb, great communication and customer service skills. He answers questions and elaborates in detail on any concern while ensuring my complete understanding and satisfaction. In addition, we only interacted due to his follow up call on an issue with service at another location with another associate. I have never experienced such service from someone not relative to the store or employee in question.Brandon needs to be recognized he has been with the company only 7 months and knows more than long term employees on product and process.Brandon retained a mattress firm customer on his own cognizance ensuring the mission of mattress firm and their commitment to excellence. My husband and I went to purchase a mattress yesterday. We were quickly attended to by Mike Harden. He was the perfect salesperson. He helped us get exactly what we wanted and convinced us to get more. I mean that in a good way. No gimicks, just talked about other products that we were interested in and, honestly, we liked him a lot we figured we would give our business to Mattress Firm. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! When we bought the mattress, the sales person told us how amazing the warranty was. We purchased the mattress 1/25/18. It is sagging terribly on one side already. I followed the instructions for warranty claim and was denied because of stains. I submitted pictures. There is not one stain anywhere on mattress. I have a mattress protector on it. If you want a home inspection, they charge you over $70. That was not explained to us when we purchased the mattress. Whats worse is that when I went to the store for help, the man was rude and would not help. He was sitting at his desk doing nothing. The store was completely empty and still did nothing. Lazy and did not care about customer service. You cant speak to a live person when you call the phone numbers. Its all computer chats and filling out online forms. If you want decent customer service, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! We are very dissatisfied and stuck with a sagging mattress after only 3 years. If I could give less than one star, I would.

About two months ago I rushed into the Mattress Firm in Rockland Plaza needing a queen box spring for my home as we were having guests stay the night and I forgot to set up the bed. It was close to closing time but I was very kindly greeted by Kevin and Jack who promptly helped me work through me needs and budget. We were able to settle on a floor model for GREAT price. As I pulled the car around Kevin and Jack were meticulously unpacking the box spring from the bottom of a stack of floor models, without any complaint. They then assisted me in loaded the box spring on top of my vehicle and helping with the ratchet straps as well. All in all, the process took around 20 minutes and I was in and out. I simply want to thank and show my appreciation for Kevin and Jack and the great customer service that they provided and to give praise to their dedication in going above and beyond for a customer. I would highly recommend seeing them in the future for your needs.

Was helpful in helping us select a mattress. However, he did not get the delivery date correct. He said he would follow up with us to confirm the delivery date. We never received any correspondence from him of Mattress Firm. We received a call from the delivery guys, on the wrong delivery date, with our mattress at our apartment building in which we havent moved into yet. Had to call several times to make sure it was being delivered on the correct date.

My fiance and I are getting married in September, so we are now at the stage where we are looking into mattresses and home stuff. We decided to go to Mattress Firm in Nanuet to try out a couple of mattresses. We all know that a mattress is huge investment and a salesman should be the most privy to this and that it is a decision that should not be rushed. We walked up to the door at 8:05 PM and the lights were off! We were a bit confused because it said online that the store opened till 9. As we were about to leave, a salesman came up to the door apologizing that he had to step to the back which is why he locked the door. He let us in and we began the process of trying out different mattresses. Although he was very knowledgeable about the product, he was not very friendly and we kept getting the vibe that we were a bother to him. He went over the price of one of the mattresses we liked and began talking about possible methods of payment. When we told him that we werent interested in buying it today because we want to make sure we are getting a great deal, his whole demeanor changed. As my fiance was asking for a better price, the salesman (Chris) said, Can I be blunt with you guys? If you arent going to buy anything today can I go home, because I stayed open for you and I was closed at 8. I have never been so disgusted in my life! My fiance and I left both agreeing to never come back and we will be taking our business elsewhere. As a salesman, it is your job to make customers feel comfortable and he did the complete opposite. it doesnt take 20 minutes to decide on such a big investment and he treated us as if he expected us to buy on the spot. And if the store indeed closes at 8pm then why does it say 9 on the website?
