Went to get my vaccine and was dreading the whole thing... Crowds. Ugh... But it was smooth and fast... Took less than 10 min... Woohoo... Go Walmart

I have had multiple problems EVERY time I’ve used them and this is my last experience, they have lost my business. I get my sons prescription filled every month and every month it’s the same thing. Prescription was called in on Monday, show up Wednesday and it’s not ready. Get a text Thursday morning that it’s ready, and on my lunch break I go to pick it up... and again not ready. On top of that the girls I’ve encountered there were rude and unapologetic!! Not their prescription, not their problem. I will NEVER be back after they FINALLY get this one done!!!!! And I NEVER have left a review, but that’s how awful they are to deal with!

They take way too long to get perscriptions ready to the point I have had to put my perscriptions in a day in advance to often find theyre still not ready. They have messed up my fatherinlaws perscriptions multiple times and failed to inform us when certain items were out of stock so we could transfer perscriptions.

So far this is the third month in a row where I went to pick up meds and they haddnt been filled 24 hours after the original pickup time. If any other pharmacy carried the meds insurance covers I would switch. Being told you have to wait another 30 minutes after calling in refills almost two full days ago is ridiculousl. Oh they are ready! Now I have to wait in a long line to get them. After waiting 30 extra minutes. Horrible customer service.

One of the pharmacists refused to fill a prescription I have been taking for years because she disagreed with my doctors dosage. She was less than cordial about the discussion, and because of her I will never visit a Wal-Mart pharmacy again.

Given wrong med pricing. Takes forever to get a script filled and have to wait in a long line to pick up the meds. Glad I went back to Kroger pharmacy.
