A very good place to buy your stuff at a good price. Very good selection of western wear. Also tools, pets, horses, chicken supplies. Hunting gear and firearms. Cant forget that they have garden supplies.

My experience at Atwoods is always good. I shop there for boots for me and my family, as well as outdoor supplies. This trip led me over to the crossbow accessories. I loved the selection of tips. From field tips, to broad heads; and even some spring loaded shredder heads. Plus, Ive been in town for hours trying to find the right size tarp for setting my tent up on. Which has been more of a challenge than i expected. But Atwoods had the tarp i needed. I also grabbed some other camping supplies while there.

Needed a trailer to haul a mower. Atwoods had exactly what I needed. Great experience.

This is a neat farm and ranch store. Prices are so much better than Tractor Supply! There is also a good selection of merchandise too! Definitely will return here!

Is not first time I shop in Nacogdoches store . I started notice when I walked in the store no one said welcome to at woods .. and today lady’s on cashiers are rude . I stopped at the door to see if still acting same next customer and no.. they changed attitude. Just cuz I’m not white???

Attwoods is the old time hardware store with a modern twist. It is what Wal-Mart was 40 years ago. It is not a super center it is a modern hardware store. If you are looking for lawnmowers or basic woodworking tools or Dog food, you can find it here. The workers actually know about their areas and will help you with a smile. If you are looking for an economical place to shop and not be bothered by crowds, go to Attwoods.

Not a customer friendly place. The products are good, and generally they offer competitive prices, but the lack of customer service is ridiculous. I rarely visit Atwoods because of it.

Consistent lack of cashiers, long waits to check out for the couple things you came to pick up due to plodding customer service, and if you look even slightly deviant from a cookie cutter east texan the customers and workers will actively act as if you have the plague. Good selection and cute animals tho, so you can almost forget about the passive aggressive brow beating you are sustaining to buy a pair of socks by staring at the chicks and wondering what its like to live in a tiny aluminum pen with your closest siblings and not have to pay bills.

Large well stocked store with friendly staff. Prices are a little higher than other similar stores.

Livestock supplies, garden tools, any pet product, or outdoor projects they have you covered!! We walked into Atwoods yesterday to buy chickens. Pointed into the right direction right away with clear instructions. And an employee named(well call Emma) Emma met us answered all our questions. Helping us find everything we needed for our new baby chickens. Emma was polite listening to our concerns and very respectful and knowledgeable about the products and there location. I would recommend going if you have livestock needs, gardening ideas, outdoor projects, or even curious to see what this place is about. Friendly service & respectful employees and for that I gave this business five stars. Oh and pets welcome.

Absolutely love this place!! It has almost anything a good ol country girl could want. From wallets and purses to dresses to hand guns and power tools 😂...I mean literally I am never disappointed when I walk into this place!! They also have fair prices on most of their stuff! Oh and did I mention they have a wide selection of all kinds of boots!! They also have feed and care equipment for just about any animal. Just a great something-for-everyone store!

I love the old fashioned candies that I can only find at Atwoods!! They carry them in already bagged and self bag candies as well. The only place in town that I can find Chickosticks and cinnamon flavored salt water taffy!!

There was a line at checkout when we came in. We shopped an hour, watching to see if the line thinned. No such luck. Stood in line over 10 minutes, Brenda checking as fast as she can, being very patient with customers. We were next in line, and a guy came to check too. Several customers put their stuff down and left. The guy, I dont know, mabe a manager, but a day late and Several Dollars Short!

We always make time to stop here when we are in town. Its a fun store to spend some time in. They have western wear, shoes and boots, hats, tools, furniture, guns and often live animals such as chickens and bunnies etc. What is not to love!! They also sell things for all of your gardening needs and even have great prices on fruit trees, rose bushes, and such. They also have a bathroom and fresh popcorn to enjoy!

The firearms guy knows his stuff

Well took the background check and bought a pistol and then payed in full on a special order. Which is fine. After a month I checked on the pistol to pick it up because I had no phone call because they wrote the wrong number down. Then waited for an hour. Then they had me take another background check waited 20 min and said that I had to come back July 3. Well all I can say is you can not purchase a pistol in full without passing the background check why. So I asked for payment back. I will no longer do business because of ignorance of store problems. I did get a refund. Can’t go any lower than 1 star but it should work.

Went in for ammo...came out with that and a new gun 🤣 Guy at the gun counter was so very sweet and helpful. No pressure just helpful, funny and engaging. Plus, Im in love with my new Sig P238!

Interesting store. In the old Walmart building so its intriguing to see what they modify it to. They have just as bout everything in here. Worth a look.

This has become our go-to store. They have a good variety of things from pet feed, farm feed, to clothing, to guns, to list a few. If you need any of those go visit them. Their friendly and have pretty good prices too.

Seems to be a one stop shop for almost every thing you need for home and ranch. They carry a wide variety of clothing, cheaper than most, all the way up to name brands that cost more than Im willing to pay. Great selection of all your needs when it comes to firearms and accessories, their 3 month layaway plan is very helpful for those like me, Im on a tight budget. Most of the staff seem very pleasant and knowledgeable about the products they carry. 👍

Huge over grown Tractor Supply. These folks have everything you need!!!

Two full pallets of shavings sitting in front of the store and after I pay I am told that I can’t get shavings from there and I need to go to the back because, “Lucas said there are more in the back we need to dwindle those down”. Normally I have no issue driving back to the loading dock for shavings. My problem this time with driving back there is that I literally parked right next to the shavings so I could easily load one and when I say that I just want to grab one out front I am told, “it looks bad for the cameras. You have to go to the loading dock”. Why are there even pallets of shavings there with a price them?

This place has everything...and I mean everything farm or ranch related. I was totally blown away by the selection that they had. I could spend hours in this store. The prices on some of the items in store were significantly higher than what you could find online or at another big box store. I still give it five stars because of the selection available.

We just moved to Nacogdoches from the Bay area in California. You dont find stores like this there! What a cool place and the prices are very reasonable. Well be shopping here often I predict! Everything from home and garden to tools and general things we like 😎

They have a wide variety of merchandise, including a decent selection of plants, a few of which we bought. Prices are comparable to other farm and ranch stores offering similar merchandise. Store was very clean.

My first thought was this is what would happen if WalMart and Tractor Supply had a kid. This store is that and so much more. They may not have EVERYTHING, but they have stuff you you probably you wouldnt expect to find and didnt know you needed. Staff was helpful and friendly, but they dont hover over you.

Prices are good

Purchased 4 /$10.00 black ground cover bags. I drove around the back of building, 2 gentlemen already had the bags ready for me....they were friendly n eager to help me. I really appreciate good customer service and they delivered it. I will be back!

Many things to choose from. Food, clothes, tools, all that a person might need. Plenty of room to browse at your leisure. Friendly staff who are there for you only when you need them. I enjoyed my time there.

Been to this store multiple times and never had a good experience. This store keeps changing where everything is. The employees will tell you the manager is the reason we move everything all the time. Does not seem like some of the employees like the manager. And the store always has rats running around. Every time I went to get feed the bag has been chewed through by the rats.

Country and farm items everywhere. They have a good supply of gardening tools, feed and seed, animal related items like dog beds, a few chemicals, but not many guns. I like the cute little animals. They even have a ton of old fashioned candies. Of course this is not all they carry. I like to browse for things I cant find in the stores in Houston. Very reasonably priced.

Its great! You can find jellies, pickled treats, and retro snacks here that you cannot find elsewhere in this area. They have a decent clothing area, and, of course, most else farm related.

Great animal food purchase prices

Atwoods has everything you need for the home and farm, great selection and fair prices. Lots of help floating around so its easy to get help if you need it.The restrooms are usually clean.They have chicks, ducklings, and bunnies. Feed for everyone, and horse and cattle tack and supplies along with tractor tires and an awesome hunting aection.

They had what I wanted, on this visit to their store, and was very courteous to me and my wife, in trying to help us find what we were buying.

I was totally and pleasantly surprised. Not only at the size of the store, but the vast array of goods available. The store was exceptionally clean and sufficient was available to assist customers. The manager on Sat night could not have been mom or helpful. A big step up from Tractor Supply right up the road. I will surely return to this store to shop in the future.
