Me and my husband have been drivers for the Wal-Mart delivery for over a year now. We have always enjoyed working out of this store in the past because the staff was quick and friendly which made our job easier. However, the last few months we have had nothing but issues. Wait times over 30 minutes because employees dont want to do their jobs. They have to call other employees up from the middle of their business to handle an issue that would have taken only a few minutes. Ive had employees watch me go through the service desk and get orders from an employee only to stop my cart and ask if Im stealing. There are stickers on the bags showing I am a delivery driver and yet Im always getting stopped. Honestly the last 2-3 months the store has become completely unprofessional.

Love this store especially because if I need groceries and dont want to fight my kids desire of toys. Shopping here is usually quick and the curbside pickup is great if I dont have time for that and plan well enough.

Well me n my wife got there about 45 minutes before closing. Everyone there was really friendly and courtesy of our 14 month old son. When we asked where the teething tablets were they were kindly an happy to assist us in finding it. It was our first time at this Wal mart. Thanks everyone for being nice n respectful to us.

The entire store does a team meeting chant before shifts. I felt honored to be able to watch their synergy and team building exercises. I have never had a bad experience with this Walmart neighborhood market.

I was very pleased with my visit, I received everything that I requested...no substitution. The guy that put my groceries in the car was very polite and friendly, he did an excellent job putting everything in and not smashing my bread ...thanks Brandon Moore.

I did not enjoy checking my groceries out. If Im paying the price, I expect somebody else to register my food. Im upset about it I wont be going back hey

A convenient way to shop many food and drug items with Walmart prices but without a large crowd. Walmart gas/diesel sold here, too.

Only drove through and picked up my meds. They did not have any riding carts for use so I left and went to the big Walmart.

The helper woman at the self check was rude and testy. Scolded me even though I repeatedly told her it was my first time to shop there. She didnt want to do her very minimal job. We will NOT be shopping here anymore and WILL be telling our family and friends how bad this store is. There prices were not less than anywhere else with FULL service. I refuse to be treated rudely and spoken to like a small child while spending my money at ANY business. Taking my $1,000.00 shopping to Brookshire Brothers.

I like the quickness of the service, but only having self serve register, kinda makes it harder for some of the handicap. May need to reconsider onky self serve, to at least 2 register open full service

Love this mini version and the pumps always offer the lowest prices. Use a gift card for three more cents off at the pump

This location is very convenient for quick trips and even your standard weekly grocery runs, as long as you usually keep things pretty simple! During the pandemic they have grown to be my favorite in-and-out grocery location in town because they offer curbside and express pickup, and, even when I must go into the store, the large number of self checkout stations has kept me from having to wait in a line to check out! Yes you read that right.... NO LINE! Not once! Also, they kept their regular hours, keeping their doors open til midnight! Friendly staff too, but no pharmacy.

This place has always been wonderful and quick in the grocery pick-up department. They have most of the stuff i need everytime. Its a very convenient and inexpensive option to spending hours in the grocery store and checkout lines!

Drive thru pharmacy tech girls need some training in customer service. They need to learn to listen and NOT lose their cool every time something goes wrong, and not have an attitude with the customers. If it wasnt for Ms. Connie, who is one of the pharmacists there, I would have move my Rxs somewhere else by now. Ms. Connie is always professional, courteous and pleasant to speak with. The tech girls need to follow her example.

It is less crowded and more convenient than the other Walmart. They just don’t have all the large sizes of some products. They have a better vegetable department.

Overall a great grocery store. Prices are better on most items than at the chain supermarket in town. Variety is a bit limited in some areas so youll still need to go elsewhere for certain things. Love the self checkout with the conveyor belt, easier for more stuff.

Disappointed how this store has changed everything for the Worst! First it’s All self checkout and that’s a major germ spreader! Secondly They Do NOT clean after each customer!! And thirdly the store is always in chaos with stuff piled in the middle isles making it hard for you to maneuver around yeah! Very Disappointed 😞 I must say the employees are very friendly and helpful tho ! ☝️☝️☝️🙌

This is the Walmart we use for all our Medicine and groceries and gas. We love all the employees they are all very helpful and friendly.

Boycott Wal mart! They have removed ALL checkers. Only self service check out now. The app does not work correctly so pick up is no longer an option. Wal mart is forcing customers to shop at other grocery stores.

Not enough variety. I was trying NOT to into the supercenter however I was not able to find what I needed at this wal mart.

Walmart is just not enforcing mask wearing. Neighborhood market is better than the larger store, but still people inside without masks.

Terrible pharmacy to deal with. They will tell you something is there and ready. You make a 50 mile round trip and nothing is there. Drive through is slow. Pharmacist Connie said my doctor did not know what he was doing and wrote an improper dose. Told doctors office and they advised for me to find a better pharmacy, which I did.Loved the grocery, well stocked, quick checkouts with knowledgeable people.

Theyre making some good improvements. I was in an out with no problem. Even had a great cashier. No attitude no rudeness and she thanked me for shopping.

This is an employment review. I was hired as a cashier and instead of training for a cashier position, I was made to stand outside and be a customer counter. Counting how many people entered and exited the store. No water, no access to water, no shade, and not bathroom breaks. On the last day I worked there I was wearing a mask and suffocating from the heat and humidity I told my supervisor I could not stand out there any longer (from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.). I was told they did not have anything else for me to do. Basically they were firing me? I told the supervisor I suppose I will quit then. I am 58 years old, fat, and suffer from Parkinsons disease. I am susceptible to heat stroke with my Parkinsons and this is how I was treated by Walmart Neighborhood Market.

This store has all my grocery needs. It is small enough to navigate easily and I enjoy shopping there.

Nice convenient Walmart.. has your basics plus a little more. Makes shopping quicker. Still get your prescriptions, gas, food, pet food, pet supplies, small selection of cooking supplies, toys, cleaning.Even have plants, gifts for your loved one. Easter selection. Again basic.

Great service! Mainly a grocery store, but they do have a pharmacy and some house-hold goods. They still carry the Great Value brand for a cheaper alternative.

It was wonderful. They had delicious Italian pinwheels, in which the Lufkin Wal-Mart did not have. Phyllis said they cant make pin wheels in the Lufkin a Walmart deli. So, I drive to Nac. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

The associates at this store are much friendlier than the Super center across town. The store is clean and organized. The fuel stop is always staffed well. Of the two options in town, this is the better one.

Sent money to my son got my groceries then got gas all in one lacation.

No one ever knows what’s going on at this store. I have received conflicting information from multiple people. I purchased two glass containers online and had it delivered to this store. They were put directly into an oversized box without any bubble wrap or foam. They came broken and when I called the store, I spoke with an associate who said since I paid with a debit card online, I could receive cash back. I asked her to confirm with the manager and he agreed. Upon speaking to the service desk there, they told me it would have to be returned back to my card so I had her call the manager over there and he said the same. Made no sense whatsoever why they said different in the first place. Money will take a week to go back on my card. Will not shop here again. Nick, the manager, was unapologetic and didn’t seem to care because it was not personally his problem.

It is close, convenient, and small enough to not spend an hour shopping. They have fresh produce, prepare a good variety of pizzas, baked goods, and hot meals(low quality) to take home in addition to the grocery and home aisles. 3 stars because they now close at 11pm instead of being a 24hr store. In the past, when I need to go to the store at 2am, Walmart Neighborhood Center was the best option to get in and out quickly.

They should have never switched it to self check out only!

Sweet little specialty store. If you know when to shop you can have the store to yourself. Lovely variety of breads, cookies, cooking supplies, etc. Clean, orderly and stocked shelves. Helpful staff.

I love Little Walmart. Its not so crowded. It has almost everything I need and it even carries some things that other stores do not. Dont even get me started on how convenient it is for me. The parking situation is also a lot less stressful. I get gas there a lot, as well. To summarize, I can be in and out and have my shopping finished in a lot less time than to what I have been accustomed. Its really been a lifesaver.

I will not go to the supercenter unless I need something the neighborhood market doesnt carry....great experience....super nice and helpful staff....I didnt even Have to ask for help...they saw I was looking and offered help...

Good service and a great store

The clerks are an amazing group of motivated people. Almost every time I walk in their very helpful, and courteous in assisting store patrons. The Nacogdoches, TX area has been a great moving choice. I like the small town vibe that the city has, and the Walmart Neighborhood Market is just a walk away for me available 24/7; what a convenience when I get the need for something at any hour.
