Basically very good. Orders that I have called in,mostly were correct but this last one was off. Canned biscuits were short by 25 count. 4, 10 count cans ordered but only got 3,5 count cans. Otherwise Im satisfied. Thanks.

Only reason why they are getting a two star is because I went to find the restroom and an employee came out of the stall. Usually not a big deal but this lady didnt even clean up after herself or bother to flush the toilet. But got on her phone before she even washed her hands. Not even sure if she did. I had to speed walk out and find the bathroom in the back of the store to go pee. The bathrooms surprisingly were cleaner and no employees only customers 🙄

While traveling, we stopped into the Nacogdoches Walmart for a few things. We found some really nice fabric that we dont have at our Walmart. There wasnt anyone working in the area, we asked an associate if they would please call someone. Needless to say, 40 minutes and 6 pages for customer service in fabrics later, someone finally showed up. In my opinion this is very poor management.

Get the eco atm fixed please.King vision center in the local Walmart is a blessing. SEE her ASAP.

We go here because the bank talked me into making an account, which Im very pleased I did. They are extremely efficient and friendly every time we go. And the store in itself is clean, pretty well stocked, and the checkout lines are very minimal, even on Saturdays, which is the only day we go.

Its a Walmart. Better than some, but still gigantic enough to wear me out. Curbside pickup is the best way to fetch my brothers groceries and prescriptions. Definitely worth a try if you shop at Walmart.

Better to go early & hopefully they will get their inventory/stock issues settled soon.

They have the best prices in town, but when all is said and done it still a Walmart and its hard to get excited about shopping at Walmart.

It was clean and i found what i needed relatively easily. Unfortunately it was low on supplies which was not their fault.

Shelves for stock. The lights were bright and all areas well lit. The employees less than before the pandemic however, in each Department you can still find help it may just take a little longer than before. Check out, its much simpler in my opinion. there are so many self-checkouts with a register supervisor nearby if theres a problem. Quickens the checkout process so that you can get your cold items home faster

Had to make an awkward purchase; feminine hygiene products for my wife. Lol. The lady i asked for help laughed, but who wouldnt. She helped me find what i needed to get, and we had a few good laughs together while doing it.

I did have Walmart rated with 2 stars throughout this so-called pandemic. Which I think was more PLANdemic than pandemic. Thus being said, I l have since changed it back to a 5 star rating. Walmart in Nacogdoches, and in Lufkin usually have pretty much anything you need, and then some! The people there seem to be full speed ahead all the time with their job titles. Quick in, quick out... Finally back to somewhat of a normal shopping experience.

Ive always loved 2 go 2 a super Wal Mart & other super stores. Guess with the Covid pandemic they they can only have employees in the floor with most of them at store front 2 help folks with problem with the self check outs. I wish stores would go back 2 their employees checking us out. But...trying 2 find something u cant seem 2 find is hard 2 find someone 2 help u...they r either none or they r in am groups talking & I have 2 try 2 get their attn & they tell u they will call someone 2 help & 2 go back where u were & they will come...it is a long wait or they dont show up & many items r not price marked on item or where item an item is. So many items I buy all the time r not 2 b found. Of course every time I get someone 2 take me my item is marked so much higher or told they no longer will carry it..everything goes up but my SS check.

The shelves are a mess and they are constantly out of basic everyday stuff. I go there with a 5 item grocery list and leave with only 2 things. Go to the one in Lufkin if you can, they actually keep their store stocked.

Greeting and a smile and help anytime. Very welcoming and just st over all a one stop place for all your groceries and household items and He bring and electronics and vehicle service.

Canning supplies are not stocked . Employees were very nice but were told they did not work in that department when I asked questions about where items were.

Love going to this Walmart in Nacogdoches. But when I went this time to get pictures on CD from phone. Had 2 real nice guys to help but unfortunately they did not put my order in. It takes an hour to do it. But it took them 3 hours. When I went to get it, all 3 employees was in the photo area, does it take 3 people to do the order back there? They was all talking back there. There was 2 other customers behind me, trying to get their attention for help. They left. Im not sure if I want to get pictures developed here next time.

Called to ask a simple yes or no question and nobody answered. Not even customer service. Spent more than 30 minutes trying to redial.

A busy store to shop at, yet is delivers a great service to the surrounding community. Great location and friendly staff that are very helpful to customers.

This Walmart has gone downhill. They are totally self checkout, which is bad for a number of reasons. One, the customers do not get paid to self checkout. Two, employees are standing around doing nothing until needed to approve the purchases of specific items or assist a customer if needed. 3. Self checkout scan areas are too small for the volume of goods individual people are buying. 4. Checkers and baggers are required to take training that teaches them how to bag purchases. Employees are taught not to put chemicals (i.e. Laundry soap, lighter fluid) in with food items and not to put packaged meat in with vegetables. This training is taught to avoid cross contamination. Customers do not get this training. Walmart cant say they care about their customers and employees if they are forcing untrained customers to scan and bag their own items. 5. Self checkout makes shoplifting easier. Its not possible to watch every shopper scan every purchase. How much profit loss is Walmart willing to take because of a few dishonest customers who could sneak in a few unscanned items? All that is needed is a printed receipt showing some items were scanned and paid for. 6. Self checkout is difficult for disabled people to use. Disabilities are not always visible. A person who may appear normal may have a disability we cant see (such as poor eyesight, arthritis, etc.). I avoid Walmarts that are totally self checkout.

It was not a good experience. Store was very full and 2 check out available. I refuse to check my own groceries. If I wanted or was able I would look for a job as a checker. There hasnt been a noticeable decrease in my grocery bill since you started pushing self checking. I am disabled and not able to do my own checking and bagging. I will be going to another store to do my shopping in the future

This Walmart is always so packed! Every Walmart, nationwide, is always so full of people. Nacogdoches needs expansion in buildings like Walmart. But, never the less, Nacogdoches is my home. Ill admit I live closer to the Walmart on University Dr and I actually shop there often. Still... love my walmarts.

Walmart these days is incredibly disappointing anywhere I go. Always leaving without everything on my list because shelves are poorly stocked. Customer service lacking. Pallets are always on the floor. Floor crew works during the day, and im not talking about just someone pushing a cleaning cart, they often have scrubbers running during the day. 5 years ago, that was something done at night only.

Lines to long at check out as always there. The manager said he would check on it but its always the same

Yesterday I went to get 4 new tires on my 2019 jeep. It took them 2 hours to get it done. This morning I started driving and the sensor light came on and wouldn’t stop blinking. I went to Walmart and asked them what could be the problem. No one was able to help me due to them telling me “they’re not use to dealing with my type of vehicle and i should take it to the jeep dealership” The manager STACY was very rude and she was not able to assist in any manner. Driving back home now i have 2 tires that is not telling me what pressure it is on. This is highly frustrating due to me having to pay someone for walmart automotive mistakes. I will never go back again!! I will not recommend!

Had to use self check with a loaded shopping cart. I had to take the merchandise off the shelf put in cart then push cart all over store then had take them out of cart then check them then bag them seems to me we have do all the work we should get employee discount

Curbside pick up is not convenient if I end up having to go into the store to get my items anyway. Was at Walmart for curbside service for 30 minutes just trying to get someone to answer the phone to let them know I was in pick up slot number four. Guess I need to start doing my shopping at Kroger, because those people had me in and out in 10 minutes.

Good walmart, the people that work here are mostly excited at their job. Walmart does not sell pistol ammunition anymore. But the rep was helpful and explained why.

Im not going inside The Nacogdoches Walmart again anytime soon. I know Covid-19 has changed the way the whole world operates. I cant walk from the parking lot into the store without being in tears much less walking in the store to shop. Even before Covid-19 it was very difficult to get a motorized cart to use while shopping. At least you could sit on a bench inside the store to rest. The last time I went all the benches were piled up in a corner padlocked. Ive not entered their door since. Im sure it is that way at all of the Walmart stores. Just Saying

I went in as no other banks where open. The money center(on a day that almost every bank in town was closed) had one person working the registers. I say registers because there were six. It took 20 minutes to get to the first in the queue.I tried cashing my check, twice. It didnt work... TWICE! I went to the bank in store and had no problem except for the fact they charged me $10 to cash it!I thought, OK, I have my check cashed, Ill come back later after work and get a money order for my rent. After all theyre open until 6:00. At 5:00 I walk into the money center to find that they are closed!Im late on my rent, cant cash my check with you(except for literally everywhere else) AND you want to charge the hell out of me with your servies?, No. How about... NO!Dont get this wrong. I posted a 1 star review because I was required. If I could have poseted a 0 or negative I would. You guys suck, and are stealing from hard working people!!!

Cramped, not well stocked most of the time. Rarely have working/charged electric wheelchairs. Restrooms range from pretty clean, to pretty nasty. Workers can be rude, But a few are helpful. With that said, its a one stop shop, so I keep coming back.

They do a good job overall sometimes theyre deficient in one thing or another or they dont have enough check out lines open but when you consider over 2 to 4 trips in a week that most of the time it comes out pretty good.
