Never treated so well at a Verizon store.steve Gapinski and Cody Man were knowledgeable of the products and how they would be best for my usage. They did not pressure me and even went out of their way to hook my new phone up to my vehicle. Outstanding customer service by these 2 gentlemen!!!! Will always come to them from now on at Myrtle Beach Verizon Wireless store!

We were fortunate to meet Corbett Doehner and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He checked our account and performed due diligence and spent the time to see what were our best options. He showed us various phones and went over every detail with us, so that we were able to get the most for our money. We are so glad we did not go to the Seaboard street location as they always seem to be rude and impatient. Ive had Verizon for quite a while the service is good. I cant recall when the last time I had a dropped call. The service is not the cheapest but it just works.Just upgraded my phone DJ was a great help explaining my options. I am pleased.

My 97 year old father visited the store to purchase and new phone and put the monthly fee on my account. He met with a man named Corbett at the store. Corbett went above and beyond to assist my dad with a phone he can operate and made sure it was hooked up to his truck.Needless to say, both my dad and I am well pleased with this person and the services of this location.

Make 102 Loyola Drive, Myrtle Beach your #1 go to Verizon location! Corbett and the staff are the best! After purchasing an iPhone 12 I was experiencing problems with my gmail updating correctly. Corbett spent hours with me on the phone with Apple support to correct the problem with no results. Through his own persistent research and infinite patience he was able to determine and correct the problem by changing my email password. Turns out it was a known problem between Google Gmail and IOS version 14.4.2 software.

Had issues resetting my Apple ID and Corbett went above and beyond to assist me. I originally went to the VZW on Seaboard and no one wanted to help me out… Do yourself a favor and go to this location!

I spoke with Verizon employee Robert Beaver 12/30/2020 when I traded in my Samsung Galaxy 8 for the current promotion giving me $500.00 credit on a Samsung 20. I was anxious to pay off the phone, although it was not encouraged, and although the initial bill was unusually higher than we discussed I paid $158.83 on 1/29/2021. By now I have called Verizon several times and once I have patience enough to get through, nobody is able to tell me exactly why my bill is iso high except that I am being charged the full amount for the phone in addition to the regular bill, which is again unusually high. When I stop my the store to see Scott the manager I am informed that there is no record of me ever turning in a phone. And it is also no surprise that Robert Beaver is no longer employed by the company. Scott does tell me he is turning my case over to be investigated, but he cannot make any promises, and I should hear from someone within the week or call him back. Now that you are surely tired of reading I will tell you all I expected was for the company to do the right thing and what was done was completely the opposite! After numerous missed calls, as I am often at work, I receive a message from James at Cellular Sales which is Verizons no customer service line. The message indicates my case has been closed. Today I manage to reach someone at Cellular sales and this person tells me the decision was made not to issue a credit. I just called the Verizon on Loyola to speak to Scott, coincidentally he just left for the day. I really have no expectation now. I hope to save one person alot of undue stress and money. as you will certainly be taken for a ride should you walk through the doors of this store. .BEWARE!!

I want to share the outstanding and memorable experience I recently had, first with Seth and then Natalie. On Sunday, Seth helped my husband and me with a cell number problem on my mothers phone. Then we decided to purchase a new phone for me. Seth is very knowledgeable about all things cell phone and was patient and kind when explaining things to me. (Im technically challenged.) I never felt rushed along so he could get to the next customer but rather that he really cared about answering every question and concern. He is very friendly and we instantly felt a rapport with him. Seth even gave me his personal cell phone number in case I had questions about my new LG.Two days later, my new phone fell and hit the kitchen floor on its corner causing a crack all the way across the screen. I had a meltdown and it was Seths day off. When I went back to the store, Natalie stepped right up to help me. She listened, was very kind and empathetic, and told me what I could do to get the screen repaired. I felt much calmer after spending time with her.Thank you to Seth and Natalie!

I met a representative named Anthony and he worked with me to match a perfect bill for my budget giving me the best equipment to use with my service first time ever subscribing to a contracted credited phone plan. Any other salesmen could have done what they want and its probably sell me the biggest baddest most expensive phone that I could possibly afford. Anthony took care of us and hes part of our family and I would like to thank Verizon for the hiring great guys like him!

I came in the store to exchange a phone which I purchased earlier and I was not sure if Verizon will let me exchange my two days old phone which I purchased from Verizon earlier with another phone. Rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. One of the lines on my phone plan needed to be cancelled and they were supposed to unlock my phone but for some reason the guy helping us couldn’t figure it out, asked the managers and they acted like they just didn’t care. Didn’t even come over to take a look at the phone. Now we’re just cancelling our plan w Verizon altogether. Absolutely appalling customer service. Pathetic. I guess if you’re not making any commission you can’t help a customer out who’s been with Verizon for over 10 years.

Horrible customer service! Not at all satisfied with Verizon. Unfortunately, my phone is locked with their service so I’m stuck with Verizon and their service team. They sell their phones locked to their service so you can never leave their service/company!!!! They tried to blame Apple for failing to unlock my phone as it was an IPhone but I called Apple and they conferenced called Verizon with me on the line. Therefore, Verizon was busted for lying.Never purchase with Verizon, this location is not friendly either. They did not want to help resolve any issue with me.I gave them 1 star because you cannot post review without giving at least one. I am extremely happy with T-Mobile and I highly recommend this service.

This store answered my phone calls and was very helpful getting a new phone for my older parents in Conway, SC. DJ was very knowledgeable and patient and got all the data transferred from my parents old phone to their new phone. I would not hesitate to recommend this store and all their employees.

We went to to the 501 location and left wanting to leave Verizon and search for another cellphone Company. My Mom recommended this location and we are so glad she did. The sales people are amazing. We ended up purchasing my husband a new phone and we are thinking of upgrading mine. My Mother said she went to the 501 location first as well, but then was referred to this location and felt the same as I. The 501 location is full of arrogant rude unprofessional people that act like they are doing you a favor. I’m curious how many people Verizon has lost to other cellphone companies because of the lack of Customer Services in the 501 location.

He went over and above the ordinary representative by explaining the device, the options, recommending the best plan, and finding me the watch I wanted. My sales associate was Kristin at the Verizon store in Mrytle Beach by Queens Harbour. She was very bubbly and outgoing. She was very polite and patient as well. We were in there for maybe an hour and a half and she made conversation the whole time. She knew what she was doing as well. I would recommend going there to anyone.
