Got to this store at 20 minutes before close and I know 20 minutes is a bit inconvenient but rather than sell me a top of the line phone. Which Id have purchased. The two guys at this store told me they had no phones to sell what kind of phone provide stays open if they have no phones to sell. I think someone should lose their job. Cause someone doesnt want to make any money

I went here to pay my bill and purchase a new phone..i was told by the clerk that she took take my payment but could not sale me a phone because she was about to receive a very important phone call. I thought ok..a zoom meeting. Or something....then...as im making my payment, her personal cell rings and its some man saying hey baby. So..long story short....i couldnt buy a phone, a get her a sale. Cause she had to talk to her man

Didnt get a receipt for my purchase of N10 phone. Representative said he couldnt give a hard copy because both registers were out of paper. Thats not good for customers...

This is by far the worst Metro Store I have encountered. Closing my account because of how the operate. I want my money back . This store needs to be closed down they never have anything. They send you to China to make your own phone. For get all metro PCs stores . Loyal customers don’t mean shut up to this particular store.

Went there to get new service and the manager never asked me if I wanted insurance but charged me for it. Also she set up my phones and never told me any of the passcodes she used to set up my account. She also said she would give me a case and a glass screen protector both for $30 but then tried charging me $60 for both and told me that she couldnt sell them both for $30 when she already offer them to me for that price. The manager is also always on the phone with some guy while trying to deal with customers. Very unprofessional on her part.

George was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and polite. He understood the finer parts of customer service, something that I have found other stores and service providers to lack. The other girl working wasnt all that great, though. Just kidding, she was nice and it was good to see someone bilingual in the store, even if she isnt a Steelers fan. Ill continue to come back to this location as long as this duo is working there.

It does take a team to work. The gentleman there was working hard to get us paired with phones that best suited our needs, while the other employee barely gave us any mind. Even when the associate helping us was struggling, the other employee was in her own world. Until eventually helping after time had lapse. We finally got our cells, but the process could have been smoother. This store has inventory problems, out of half the phones, plus cell cases.

Very unprofessional both females the older female need to learn how to lead by example and teach the young lady she cant do what ever she want i feel bad when they go for a real job I went there the other day they both was on the phone the young lady decided while she was helping a costumer it was best to go on social media while the other one talking to her boyfriend as always when I go in there but yet none of them know how to answer the phone a respectful way.... they need to learn how to do their job the right way and stop taking this job for granted not every job is chill laid back like this

If i could give this store negative stars I would my daughter is a victim of stolen identity while Manager Kim at this location let her friend access my daughters account and port her number out knowing she’s not my daughter who stays in Houston TX not Myrtle Beach. I called and spoke with the agent Kim who is a complete disgrace to customer satisfaction by helping fraud take place and laughing at the matter that she was an accomplice to this. On top of that she had the nerve to threaten to fight my daughter cursing her out instead of apologizing for her actions. Will be contacting corporate as well a person like this should never be in a management position to act childish and classless.

The Rudest Lady that Ive Ever dealt with. Im on vacation in MYRTLE BEACH SC.. Located on Hwy 501. Totally ignored my need. Condescending attitude because she had to actually explain something to me. I will contact the corporate office Tomorrow.

So I was brought to metro pcs because I had boost mobile that I just got two weeks prior and their service is terrible. Slow internet and data, and I was suppose to get 4G speeds. Had to turn 4G off to bump down to 3G just to get any internet at all. So upon lots of research through out the week, I decided to give Metro PCS a shot. Worst mistake ever, and didnt even get service! I had bought a Blue XI+ and all I needed was a sim card and service activated. I go in and state to the agent(s) behind the counter what I wanted to do. I was told it be better to just get a free phone offer by porting my existing number over so I would have a back up phone. I thought it be a great idea, but than was told I would have to come back the next day because they were out of phones. Now this is a bit ridiculous as your a phone store out of phones? So I advised them Id be happy with just the sim card and service for m Blue XI+. Now I have worked for cell phone companies before (AT&T, Verizon) and first thing I was told was Oh those phones suck, your going to be dropping calls Granted Blu has had issues in the past with their devices as they are a bulk manufacture and just get phones out there. Today it is a bit different as the CEO himself publicly stated they wont be doing that and will be releasing better devices to become more competitive in the cell phone industry. If they would of done the research as I did into devices they cell as well as competitor devices they would have known this. Well I left and went to wal-mart and bought a sim card and plan through straight talk. I activated service and have had not one issue with a dropped call, failed text message, slow data, etc...In fact I am quite satisfied with my service through Straight Talk kind of makes you think that if Metro is telling me I will have dropped calls it has nothing to do with my device it has to be the service. I felt like they just didnt want to do their job, and provide a service they are selling. Turning customers away to go to their competitors is not a practice a company should be participating in. Definitely a management issue at this store. I am a working professional in customer service for over 10 years now, and really felt unwanted here. If you choose metro I suggest taking the extra drive out to a different location, as youll just be wasting your time here.
