Not too happy with the gentleman who was working today. I was trying to port my number to cricket on my own phone. He said he could but wouldnt recommend it, it was a process. I was forced to get a new phone and had to pay the $60 plan upfront. I asked about the lower plan and he said I could do that for future months but not today. I ended up spending a small fortune on a new phone. I will be going to straight talk.

When you sell a phone, let me know that in 2 days I have to pay so that they do not interrupt the service when I pay only 1 and they say that I have to pay more 😒😒 and so people dont come back 2 you see what happens to me in different stores
