Dan and Joshua are both true Professionals, responsive, honest and eager to help. I am in Law Enforcement and was referred by other LEOs and they were not wrong. My daughters phone looked lime ot had been in a drive by, they diagnosed the viability of the phone and completely explained any and all suggested repairs. The phone is like new, the total price was VERY reasonable and all done the same day. My daughter is Ecstatic and so am I. 5 STARS for a business PROFESSIONALISM that you dont often find.

At first I was extremely impressed with the customer service of this place and decided to finally get my phone fixed. However just 72 hours after they repair my phone, it tumbled out of my bag and dropped only about 8 inches and my phone cracked again! Even though I purchased the tempered glass screen protector and the same case this shop sells. I called IScreenFix right away because this minor dropped should not have caused the actual screen of my phone to crack and not even touch the screen protector. I was told to bring my phone in because this sounded very unusual and it might have been caused by the installation of my new screen. However, when I bought my phone in I was told there is nothing they can do and that sometimes older phone screens lift which did not make sense because I just got a new screen from them. So I was told I would have to pay to get it fixed again, even though I had just paid $210 to fix it just 72 hours prior. Two days later, my front touch bottoms for my camera and flash light stopped working (this issue is covered under their warranty) however, when I told them about this, they told me that because my phone was cracked, they wouldnt cover this issue. So now Ive paid $210 to be back where I started with a cracked phone that continues to crack. Im really disappointed that this shop couldnt be more understanding a replace all of they products they sell for a mistake that was clearly an installation issue. After all of these issues, I would not recommend this using this store.

I am more than happy about the fact that my screen has been fully repaired. Well worth it, only downside would be is that my fingerprint sensor no longer works. The area where the sensor is located is a little loose, but overall I am happy about the repair.

The screen on my iPad cracked really badly. I brought it to iscreenfix to have it repaired in January of 2021. They replaced the screen for $100, worth every penny because I really did not want to spend more money to buy a new one. Well 4 months later my home button was stuck and We could not get it to work. I brought it to Iscreenfix and they removed screen and repaired the button. When we pick it up we asked how much for the repair. They said 0 amount. We were shocked. They told us it was still in warranty from January when I had the screen repaired. We had no idea it was under warranty. It was very professional and honest of them to let us now. They could have easily made money off of us, but did not. We will definitely keep using them if necessary and will refer all my friends who need iPad or iPhone repair. Amazing service! I need to replace the battery on my laptop, and one of my screws was stripped. Bestbuy refused to help, and iScreenFix were super helpful, fixed it in less than 2 minutes. I brought my very cracked iPhone in this afternoon. The screen was completely black, and not functional. These guys were fantastic. Very nice, super affordable, and did a great job. My 4 year old phone is back and good as new. Cant recommend them enough.

My HP laptop went dark yesterday. We talked with Dan at iScreenFix and he said he would gladly look at it for me. Dan is amazing. I went in with a blacked out screen on my iPhone XS. I took a back up phone and Dan switched out the sims card for me at no charge. He also did not pressure me into any of the services they offered. I offered to pay Dan for switching out my sims card and he denied. He stated that he would not charge for me for that. I came in to have my lightning charging port looked at, expecting to wait for hours or be turned away since I didnt have an appointment. I left five minutes later with my phone working perfectly. I haven’t broken a phone in I don’t even know how many years and had my iPhone for 4 years without even a scratch, well today I dropped my phone and I watched in horror as it slow motion fell to the floor and the noise was like nails on a chalk board to me when it hit the ground. Phone was run over and cracked the screen and the back plate. They had the phone for about 3 days and I did not get a call. Went to check and they would get to it.. They replaced the screen but not the back for $220 . 28 day after I got it back the screen has a black dot that is growing larger and a purple line down it and now I have a green line down the other side. You would think they would stand behind their work but NO. I would not recommend this company at all.

These guys are absolutely amazing. I have used them for all sorts of problems. When I didnt know how to make my printers and computer connect---they came over. When my hard drive died, they recovered the data and got me a better hard drive. Ditto on the screen for computer with crack. In the meantime, they taught me how to make my phone easier to use on gmail. So much information, so kind, and courteous, and fair and easy to work with.
