I loved going to the T-MOBILE in the Coastal Mall. I needed a new phone and Scott helped me immediately. He was kind and professional. He was also knowledgeable. He ordered me a phone. I then had to come back so he could all my contacts from myOld phone to my new phone. He knew exactly what to do. As I was waiting, he took care of other customers.Each customer left there with the problem fixed.Scott definitely knows what he is doing. Thank you Scott!

I really like coming to the T Mobile Store because of Cara Kennedy is really great, she always helps me with new phones and accessories. She is very knowledgeable and very patient when we purchase new phones and need to transfer things over. She takes time to explain the phones and always helps us get the best accessories. We have been coming to get her to help us for years and she is one of the reasons we stay with T Mobile !

Historically, this location is the slowest T-Mobile in Myrtle Beach. Unfortunately since the 10th ave location by Sams closed this one is closest. Went in today to purchase new iPhone for my wife and after 48min wait I had to leave. Most upset because 2 associates isn’t enough to serve one MB location. As I’m waiting a guy walks in and says he wants to buy AirPods and one rep stops with their person and sells him AirPods. Yet when I stated I was there to purchase iPhone I was told they had me in line. Also, the sign on door says to wear masks and no one addressed the three individuals who came in individually and did not have mask. For years this T-Mobile has been slow. Unfortunately, for the consumer, employees have no reason to work quicker or more efficiently because they make the same hourly rate regardless of whether they take care of one person or ten people in an hour.Make sure you have plenty of time when visiting this location.

I believe the lady’s name who I worked with was Kaysha! She is really awesome! I had been with Verizon almost 20 years and because of some changes in my life I needed a new plan and phone. She made the whole process so easy and quick! She got me a new plan which is much better then what I had, and a great phone. It turned out to be so much easier then I expected! T-Mobile’s service seems phenomenal and there app is actually easier to navigate through then Verizon. Thank you so much Kaysha! If you need a plan and are thinking about T-Mobile go to the store by the coastal grand mall and look for her!

My phone had lost its icons on front page. I could receive text and calls but could not initiate text or calls. Jack, T-Mobile employee near mall helped me. When I left he had my phone working great againThanks Jack

This store is terrible. Stuck in there for 3 hours while multiple mistakes were made switching phones including: putting the information on the iPhone Xr when we specifically asked for an iPhone 11, spending three hours hiding in the back room while waiting for the correct phone, and to finish off the disappointment...After two hours of being frustrated wondering why the new phone isn’t working we come to find out that the sim card was not activated when the phones were switched. Basically what I’m saying is don’t pick t-mobile.

Elliott at the Coastal Grand location is fantastic! He actually listened to my issues and handled them immediately. There was a line of people waiting but he didnt rush me. Mr Joe White /10th Ave N location on the other hand is hands down the worst location ever. They lie to your face!!

The customer service here is VERY slow. There are 2 people working here and 3 people waiting, including myself. Im here to pick up a phone that was sent in the mail to them and Ive been waiting 37 minutes now. They have been working with the same 2 people since before I walked in... It is always like that in this T-Mobile. I am seriously thinking about going back to Verizon because of the hold up I get every time I come here.
