Had a nice chat with the person working the counter, very personable and enjoyable! Got what I wanted, had a look around, and left with a reasonably happy smile on my face.

Found this place a while I was in the neighborhood. I bought a game from here on Friday, it was marked as Pre-Owned, so I picked it up. The cashier said it was a display model, placed a sticker on the seal and I left with my purchase.I downloaded it, which took an obscenely long time. When it was loaded I learned that you needed a PS Store membership to activate the game and it wasnt even the correct game as the label said. My mistake, should have read the fine print.Saturday I made a special trip well out of my way to return the game. The teller originally said no problem, directly after that, he backpeddled. He then says he cant exchange the games full price because of this little sticker the first cashier placed on there without telling me the purpose of it. He corrected himself and said he could offer me store credit, then changed his story again and said he couldnt take the game at all and I was going to have to take it with me.So, without warning or actual reason I am out $70. Will absolutely never frequent Game Stop again and sincerely hope they do close down.

Bought a game here last night and it doesn’t even work! The disc is damaged. No idea how they let that behind the counter. I’m very disappointed

GameStop is handling this pandemic really well. Masks are required and they are enforcing a five customer limit for entry. They help you find your items quickly and are very knowledgeable of their stock. We left with three games.

Its a good GameStop. Theyve recently updated a lot in store and have some PC stuff on the shelves now.

All of the staff in this branch appears to have stuck around for a while in my limited visits, which is a pleasure to see for recurring customers. All of them come across very knowledgeable about the products throughout the store and are very friendly, but that does tend to have a downside as theyll sometimes get carried away in conversations with someone in line and forget about actually taking care of the waiting customers behind.

Fun stuff for game enthusiasts. Found a plush Eevee which became an impulse buy. Oops!

Not a review of the location, a review of the company.Called in to have a game put on hold, was confirmed online and over the phone to have been 19.99 on sale through the end of the day for their New Years sale.Went down there to find the price had changed to 39.99 and they could not honor the sale.Waste of time, waste of effort, shop local and save the hassle.
