Please people take heed to our words we have been going through total wireless for about 5 to 6 years now every month it’s an issue I know people are going to do what they want but please people heed our words total wireless is not a trustworthy company we were treated really bad and we didn’t get any apologies no reconciliation nothing so please people stay away

Thieves, i tried to add a line and the lady guarenteed me that it would work with the new phone base on the ime number and that if it didnt i would get a refund. Well it didnt work after multiple calls and finally them saying that the phone just wont work they refused to give me a refund. Phone was transfered from Verizon and unlocked now its on tmobile service.Never been so unhappy with a phone company, not sure where to go from here..

Michael was EXTREMELY helpful and understanding with my issues with my Mother’s tracfone. He is honest and very knowledgeable about cell phones. He will work with you, show you how to use it and is VERY patient and polite.She purchased one at Walmart and it did not work!! We went to Best Buy and they did not sell me a tracfone plan but a Verison prepaid plan. They then told us we had to go to verison store to program it to keep the same number! We went there waited 35 minutes only to find out it wasn’t even the correct plan!!!!Upon taking phone back to Best Buy we were directed to Tracfone store owned by Michael.Michael tried our phone we bought at Walmart and thought the speaker in phone was bad...he sold us a different tracfone flip style and it seemed to work in store. When we used it at home it was doing same thing!!! frustrated I called tracfone hotline and got no help whatsoever. They were telling me all kinds of things to try which I had all ready done!!! I called Michael and he said bring it in I will make it right for you!! He sold us a Total Wireless flip phone that he had saved back for another costumer who decided to buy a smartphone instead! It was nice of him to exchange it but he even programmed it to be a tracfone, changed phone# and made sure it worked!!! It’s been working awesome and i recommend his store for anyone who is looking to upgrade their cell phone!!!
