Tony & Jacob are my hero’s!! I bought a phone with Best Buy with ATT service but they dropped the ball and screwed me all up. Tony & Jacob took care of me start to finish to make sure everything was correct. Their communication while I was in the store and out (via text) is simply amazing. Raymond helped me out the other day and he was nothing short of pro. He went above and beyond to help our family have the best phones and services. But above everything he was just a good dude. During this pandemic Ive experienced the worst customer service Ive ever seen. It was refreshing to see an employee actually enjoy his job. In the future you should offer a service for your workers to set up appointment times for your customers like a hair salon or tax office. I would call ahead and schedule a time to be sure I was helped by Raymond specifically. Just a thought.

Absolutely the worst service. Rep Bri got mad through my phone at me. Next day I talk with manager Jade and she had an attitude with me. They over charged me. And Im still having trouble with service and customer service. Considering filing a formal complaint no one should be treated the way theyve handled this over all situation. Been trying to cancel service after 3days of service. Jade would not return my money even when Joshua wasnt suppose to over charge me.

Whats with the locked doors? Not very welcoming for customers. Rep wasnt able to transfer info from old phone to new. Rep couldnt set up my sons new phone at all. Very frustrating experience.

This is a busy AT&T store location. The girl putting people on the line list was not bothering to be very friendly or would bother to answer simple questions.

It was the worst experience any one could have.

The clerks were very nice and knowledgeable. The wait time was about 30min per. Person that is ahead of you so be sure to have something to distract yourself or stop by a restaurant after you check in.

You are not greeted when you enter the store. Eventually we were told someone will be right with us. My son and I just needed to purchase a charger and a screen protector. 25 minutes later we are still standing around when we just need 5 minutes of someone’s time! Horrible experience and horrible service!

Really liked working with the lady I worked with. She understood why I need to switch my phone over asap and did everything she could to do it as fast as possible. Best phone service where I live. Never hit a dead zone which is amazing

Their customer service skills are lacking. They don’t answer the door or the phone. They are yet to resolve an issue without sending me to the Grand Rapids branch.

This is my go to place for all of my phone needs. Have had a wonderful and helpful experience all of the times that I went in. My most recent experience was having the go in to get a new case for my iPhone. Initially paid $50 for an otterbox when I first got my phone. Thought the price was very expensive at first but it soon paid for itself when I had to come back in to get another case. I had my case replaced for free. Really happy to not have to spend any more for a new case. The employee was helpful in answering all of the questions that I had. This is a place I am more than happy to recommend to anyone looking for a new cellar service provider.

Was given completely inaccurate/wrong information concerning the Switch Over offer by both the sales person and the manager. I was never told that to qualify for the offer there had to be a balance due on the phone OR an contract early termination fee from the former wireless carrier. Not at all happy with this - or AT&T wireless service in general.

Went to pay my bill, told me its an hour and half wait and I had to wait outside in the rain, pretty lousy customer service

They take to long to wait on you. They are to slow.

They are the only phone service that I never have to worry about dropped phone calls. I can always stop into the store an they will always help me with anything that I do not understand. My payments are affordable an can also do an auto pay. Been with them for 7 years now an wouldnt switch.

People are great, I liked the customer service. But, I had a 1630 appointment and wasnt seen until 1700, why bother with appointments at that stage. Would have given more stars, but I always wait there with or without an appointment.

The place is clean and nice, you just have to roll the dice on if you actually get a knowledgable sales rep. I heard I dont know, I can google it for you regarding at@t promotions and phone specs for a new flagship samsung device more times than I should have. I also was being given incorrect pricing on plans due to the rep forgetting a bogo offer. I think he was just annoyed and not interested in helping due to me coming in the evening before my planned purchase and he made it clear he had the following day off and wasnt going to be there to get my sale. Very unfortunate all around, but my experience shouldnt be negative due his work schedule. I hope your sales and overall life gets better. Im not going to give out his name because Id like to believe he was just having a bad day or week, and itll all get better for him soon.

They suspended my account payed the bill and they still keep legal charging me Ive been with them over ten years I suggest getting new internet and phone services

Terrible. Overbilled for family plan even though only having one line. When asked why I was charged for family plan instead of a single line plan they said it was my fault and that I should have noticed earlier. Goodbye extra $60/month. Also was told phone would work overseas in pakistan if I paid the extra for the overseas plan. It did not work, and I was still billed for that plus a bunch of roaming charges. Really great in a country that will not sell foreigners sim cards. Overbilled other times before too with nothing but a sorry we see the problem but there is nothing we can do. This last time they offered me a free month on a prepaid phone for inconvenience, and then proceeded to activate it on another sim from our current, doing absolutely nothing for us, wouldnt remedy this either. I was AT&T Customer for over 10 years and have now happily switched to Googles Project FI and am saving over $100 monthly with better reception and speed. Dont get screwed by these jokers.

Walked right in and got waited on. Patrick was knowledgeable and helpful in everyway. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes.

I went to upgrade my phone and they said my bill would increase by 10$ a month. Not to bad. However when I got my new bill it was 102 more then any bill ever. So when I contact att they tell me its to late to refund because its been over 14 days since my purchase. Even tho I just received my bill and I asked how much my bill was going to be. Att as completely robbed me. They increased my bill by 35 a month and to cancel they want 694 for the phone that was supposed to be a FREE upgrade. I will never recommend att they do not care about costumers only money.

April 27th we went to this Muskegon location to get my husband a G5 upgrade, i seen they had a surface 3 and got that to. I sled for insurance to be placed on it because of my children, and payed what we needed to pay left, a month later someone at work damaged my screen and i call to file a claim to find out all my other devices are covered but not this one, So now i have to pay all cost to fix it mind you i now have a damaged item that i have to pay every month for.

Rather than attempt to review AT&T, this ought to be a review of the location. The staff seems well educated and helpful, although they seem to be trying to hard to be a snooty Apple store-esque.
