These guys deserve 10 stars!After visiting the T-Mobil store on Harvey Street yesterday, I couldn’t make myself go back there today, (even though I had lots of questions, and still no idea how to work my new phone), so I looked to see if the store on Sherman Blvd was open.Thank goodness it was!I was greeted by 4 friendly people waiting to help me, without making me feel like an inconvenience.Meshach, Shane, Christoper, and Austin; thank you for making my phone buying experience a very pleasant one!

Anytime I have any issues with my phone, Ive brought it in here and these guys are always great to work with. Very helpful, dont make me feel stupid. Thank you Meshach Smith, Jordan Bishop and Brent ( sorry didnt get your last name. You guys are a great reason i stick with Sprint!!

Where to start. The four trips to the store without getting our problem resolved. The complete and utter joke the Assistant Manager was and the most unprofessional sales associate I have ever encountered or was it the district manager who failed to even respond to my email voicing my concerns. I would like to say sales associates Jordan and Brent were very courteous and helpful. As a Sprint customer of 10 years I am actively looking to change carriers after my experience at this store.

One of the worst experiences of my life was signing up with T-Mobile and the store in Muskegon Michigan. They will not tell you all the information that you might need if you are not happy with the service and want to cancel it. T-Mobile customer service is no help either please take my warning seriously and find another provider

Real nice of them to charge me over a thousand dollars when i havent had service with them for about 4 months and told theres nothing they can do to help me but make me call customer support but they cant help me because im not the account holder

They are ok but nothing about this store is better or worse than any other store. The customer service people are just as helpful as the people at any other cellphone place trying to steel your money.

I have been trying to get the advertised promotional. I have found several attempts with online order process are not possible. (AAA55) promotion goes to an error page. I have tried this again today without sucess. Seems to be a good offer/deal., However its not possible to get the promo as advertised, or is it? Can someone fix the online process to be more shopper friendly?? Your process of online ordering is not working properly.

Rude and lied to me... my service barely worked where I live, they said my bill would be $65 a month but the 1st bill would be a LITTLE high. It was $256 and some cents... I refuse to pay that!

Good service, honest advice. They seem more concerned with customer service then selling you a plan you dont need. Its the only one i will go to..

This store allowed someone to add a device and phone line to my account without my permission, didnt even send a alert and now I owe over 700 dollars in fees, which immediately went to collections. I have talked to 34 different sprit associates, 4 different departments, and the store manager, who allowed this to happen under his supervision, and no one has even attempted to even help me with this. Its been a month now and sprint company and 3rd party retailer told me their hands are tied. Very disappointed that sprint policy allows peoples identity, money, and accounts to get stolen under their supervision...I advise a different phone provider, and if you belong to this store, be warned you account can or will be compromised.
