We had a massive oil leak and have plans to drive to Knoxville, today. Thankfully the crew here allowed us to schedule a slot at 7am and got us taken care of by 11AM, just in time for our trip. We also got our scheduled maintenance items knocked out, too. We had all the brakes replaced (new hardened rotors and ceramic 👟 shoes), changed the transmission fluid, flushed, refilled brake fluid, replaced leaky gasket, and told us we have a 3 year/36 thousand mile warranty. The prices seemed reasonable and the warranty made us feel better about the quality of the parts and service we received. The amount of cars waiting for service and the amount of traffic coming in, shows Christian Brothers are doing a lot of things right to help and get peoples vehicles done right.

I dropped my car off for oil pan replaced and they said it’d be ready that afternoon ! Dropped off at 7:40am 08/19/21 and they said it’ll be ready by that afternoon ! Then they never called me and I had to call them right before they close only for them to tell me it needs to sit overnight. That I can get it first thing in the morning and then I call at 7:20 am 8/20/21 and they tell me it’s gonna take 2 hours before anyone can shuttle to get you so I walk the 3 miles bc I thought my car was ready to be picked up only to get there and then tell me it’s still not ready that there waiting on them to put oil in it but I see my car and no one is working on it ???? So I’m sitting in the lobby writing this review to let the internet know that if you live a busy life like me this not the place to bring your car lie after lie !

Dropped my car off the night before and before the end of business the next day, it was fixed and ready to go. No surprises, no unnecessary upsells, simply fixed and ready. Customer service was friendly and probably one of the easiest experiences Ive had with having a car fixed.I actually took my car to another auto repair business in town first. The price they quoted me seemed really high and it was out of my budget. The estimate I received from Christian Brothers was right where it should be for the type of repair. Saved some money and my A/C works perfectly, just in time for Summer.Auto repair is one of those services that you hope youll never use, but the next time my car is having problems, Ill call Christian Brothers first.

Christian Brothers was incredible from start to finish and this was my first experience with them. I got there, and within minutes I was checked and and had a ride to work. During the service I received a call letting me know that one of the services I had requested shouldnt be completed due to another issue. They explained the issue and were very respectful and NOT pushy when I stated that I couldnt afford that fix at this time. They said that was completely fine and they would keep a record of the quote for when I was ready. They called a bit later and told me they were finished and asked if I needed a ride back to my vehicle. The process was seamless and I will absolutely be returning to Christian Brothers any time I have car needs.

Its rare that I would say I love dealing with an auto repair shop, but I love working with these guys. I brought my Volvo in this week to diagnose an issue. It unfortunately ended up being a problem with my transmission. They were up front and empathetic with the diagnosis, prompt with service, and gave recommendations of where I could get the repair work done as they dont work on Volvo transmissions. I appreciated that they didnt charge me for the diagnosis. This is the third time I have brought a car in for service with this location, and I will continue to work with them in the future.

I felt absolutely taken advantage of and overcharged for while receiving no new diagnostic.I took my truck to CB for an engine acceleration issue. I informed the tech of other issues that were known such as the inability of the vehicle to shift into park and cracked battery terminal connectors. I told the tech that these were issues that were unrelated to the issue of engine acceleration and had already been addressed with a separate company.CB charged me almost $200 to diagnose the shift lever issue and battery terminal connector issue... which I already knew about and had disclosed.CB state’s that they would have to address the battery cables before moving on with a diagnostic and that they were unable to obtain OEM replacement battery cables which they stated were “over a thousand dollars each” and “on a 2-4 month back order” but would be happy to build new cables for $1600 which they would not be willing to warranty and would be in no way willing to guarantee.Within 5 minutes of searching online I found a dealer with the MOPAR items needed to do the repair that I had not even requested.After two weeks of waiting for this appointment and $200 charge for “one hour diesel tech service charge” I am still at square one.I am incredibly disappointed with the service I received and I feel like there was an attempt to take advantage of me during this encounter.

I had a great experience with this shop. I came in for a transmission problem with my 2014 Corolla(150k), it had a CVT so I was worried it was going to be a $5000+ repair. The mechanic that looked at it even took the time to explain to me the issues he was seeing, told me the codes, and they strongly advised me to take it to Matt’s Transmissions down the street just to confirm for a second opinion. I did, and apparently the Valvoline/Firestone that did the last transmission fluid change put way too much fluid in there. It saved me at least a few thousand dollars. I was very blessed to find this place. I can’t picture Firestone going about issue the same way. I’ll definitely be back for future repairs.

Came in earlier this week because I was certain a rodent died in my car. I did a little bit of digging around on my own, but could not find it anywhere in the ducting system. As a result, I took it here. Throughout the entire process, the staff kept me informed of everything they were wanting to do and always asked my permission first, as well as giving a price estimate. While getting the rat out was more expensive than I had hoped (simply due to how deep it was in my car), I was very satisfied with the quality and speed of service here. I love the fact that while my project was huge, an entire motor rebuild, Nick and his guys never had a problem. He kept me updated daily with pictures of progress and the issues they encountered and always was willing to explain the parts I didn’t fully understand. Truly appreciative of these guys and the work they did.

Taillight was out, serpentine belt needed replaced. They did it all within a couple hours time, charged a reasonable amount. Even had a Chauffeur to take you home free of charge. It’s been over a week now, no suspiciously new problems as of yet. Still tentative depending on the next couple weeks, but thus far they have proved themselves reliable mechanics.

So after I got my car back it was good to go the stuck by what they said it was done that same day

I moved to Murfreesboro a little over a year ago, and I have been dreading finding a mechanic. My mechanic back home was always so amazing and a huge help since I didn’t know much about cars. I assumed any mechanic I went to would probably try to to take advantage of me.That was not the case with Christian Brothers.They were a huge help, and came out to explain what I needed and what the issue was. When it turned out my part was a discontinued one, Nick showed me exactly how to find the piece I needed and gave me suggestions on where to look. When I did find the part, he managed to squeeze me in quickly after to fix the problem.I felt so taken care of, especially since it was a problem that would prevent me from going anywhere next week because of the weather.I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a mechanic that’s going to treat you right.

Literally the BEST experience I’ve had with a repair shop EVER. They were able to look at my car less than 24 hours after I called. Then, they gave us a ride back home while we waited for our car. Less than two hours after dropping our car off, they called to tell us they found the problem (it was a tire issue) but that they couldn’t fix it because they don’t do tire. They then offered to take my car to the tire shop for me. WHAT! They dropped my car off at the tire shop and I had the problem fixed by mid afternoon. They were so kind and didn’t charge me for looking at my car. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Highly recommend.

I dont think theres any other automotive repair business thats more professional, speedy, personable and reasonably priced. Ive often had mechanics tell me that they wouldnt be able to look at my car in maybe a week or so and Christian Bros is always on the ball. The only place i take my car! Took my car in for a check engine light and not even 5 hours later was told what was wrong! I had a choice to leave it over the weekend for parts to come in or come get it and bring it back on monday. (Which i was glad i had a choice) they were done on time on monday and the price was lower than the quote ( which it always is.) I didnt even get out of the parking lot before the check engine light came back on. I came back in and explained what was going on. And they dropped everything and took a look again, and told me they would call me to tell what was wrong. Which they did and they fixed it free of charge and they were nothing but friendly and considerate, And apologized multiple times! They offered to test drive it multiple times before they told me to come get it!! They are the best shop around, and very passionate about what they do!

Took my Jeep Commander to Christian Auto Brothers on a Friday morning since there was a crack/leak in my radiator and I wanted them to put a new side mirror on since mine was broken off due to an accident. They called me later that afternoon to let me know I had a large leak from the crack in the radiator AND the water pump had a leak as well. They gave me an estimate for it all to be fixed but unfortunately I couldn’t afford it all so I just told them to hold off on the mirror as the other stuff needed to be done for sure. They told me they would have my car done by Monday afternoon. Just as they said, they called me Monday around 130pm to let me know my Jeep was all done. What surprised me was that Andrew (one of the workers) said they went ahead and put the mirror on free of charge! This was just so generous of them! I have honestly NEVER had such amazing service from an auto shop before! They kept true to their word and went the extra mile for me which I can’t thank them enough! Andrew was extremely helpful and I highly recommended Christian Auto Brothers!! My husbands car also needs some work and we will definitely be taking it to them for assistance!

Just a great place all around. Fair pricing, extremely friendly staff with a lovely clean waiting room. My car went in for a new engine as my former mechanic said that was the problem. My car did not need a new engine and saved over 7,000 dollars. Took my moms car in last week and it just needed a new battery. I feel like Nick is always been upfront and honest. So I took my car to find out what was going on with it running out needed a thermostat radiator whatever but here is the issue $900 and where I had great AC no problem with my gas hand my car is returned to Me with both messed up no air my gas hand stays empty I live 10 miles outside of city limits and have a 3 yr old child closest gas station is 5 I right after leaving them 5 mins to close got a rude comment about they know nothing about all that & hung up on and dismissed so who ever in charge at this office corp needs to definitely contact me ASAP cause this is simply unacceptable and unethical my car should have come back fixed not more stuff messed up and definitely not hanging up on a customer who has paid that kind of money no deal thats completely bad for business

Christian brothers automotive came through again on making the repairs to my truck. They diagnosed the leak as the the fuel lines and the fuel cooler. They also recommended replacing the brake booster cause it was leaking as well. I was given an option to get an after market booster or a factory booster. I chose the factory booster. Christian brothers automotive has become my automotive shop of choice for their expert, honest, fairly priced service. They will pick you up and drive you home if you need.

My truck would not start, so I had it towed to CBA-Murfreesboro while in town for a horse show. They took a look at it, but it started fine for them. Really couldnt find a reason why as there were no codes relating to the issue. They sent me on my way without a charge. I told them they should at least charge me for a diagnostic, but they refused. I appreciated their honesty and desire to deal fairly and up front with me.
