Grant is the man!!! He got me in a 2021 Camry Hybrid over the weekend. The whole process took less than 2 hours from start to finish. Grant was upfront and honest from start to finish, I’d highly recommended him to anyone looking to purchase a new Toyota or any vehicle for that matter. This was my second purchase from Toyota of Murfreesboro in the past 4 years. Definitely one of the best places to buy a Toyota in TN.

I was told after my warranty was up to replace my control arms on our 2018 Sienna and spend over $1,700. The employee said it was a thing in the 2018 Siennas.I went and got a second opinion and saved my family $1,700. My next oil change 2 different Toyota techs told me my control arms look great. Toyota needs to replace some of their employees not my control arms. Toyota products are geat. Toyota is built on being the most reliable vehicles and they really are.Toyota of Murfreesboro Toyota is better then this experience. The other employees were great and very helpful.

Our experience was excellent from the time we stepped foot on the lot to test drive two models until we purchased our brand new Highlander Hybrid. Our salesman, Randy, was top notch. We found him to be knowledgeable and honest. Ashley, in finance, was also great to work with. Overall it was a great experience and we would highly recommend Toyota of Murfreesboro!

First of all, don’t bother looking at anything on their website. Everything is a bait and switch tactic to get you in the door and sell you a car for a 10% or higher markup and give you less money for your trade. Yes, I understand supply and demand during the pandemic. Website clearly stated the asking price for the Highlander we were interested in was $43k. The trade in estimator on their website said $10,500 for our trade. After doing a test drive and getting our first offer, the vehicle price was now somehow $48k and they offered $6500 for our trade. When we asked why the big difference, we were basically accused of lying (even though I had the website pulled up on my phone) and then we were told they didn’t know why the website would have those prices and it was wrong. They had not pulled our credit, all they asked was if we were planning on financing. Then when our sales rep went to get the manager for us to speak to, he came back and told us the manager just sold the car we were looking at. I’ve never experienced such rude and disrespectful behavior at a car dealership and I can see why people are raving about websites like Carvana. We left and went across the street to Chevy of Murfreesboro where we were treated a thousand times better than these guys and bought a much nicer vehicle than what we were planning on buying from Toyota. Don’t waste your time with this place.

We just purchased our second car from this location within a year. This time we worked with Lee Wilson and he was fantastic! He was so sweet with our kids- even got them some snacks! He was patient, friendly, knowledgeable and always met me when I texted him I was on the way! Lee was not pushy at all and helped us get to our desired payment amount. He provided us with great customer service! (also Tim went with me on a test drive and he was super knowledgeable and friendly as well!) Josh in finance was also great to work with! Overall we had a great experience!

I had an appointment for a Friday at 8AM. When I arrived I was greeted immediately by a very nice young man. I gave him my name and he knew what I was coming in to have repaired. I was offered a ride and told the repair would most likely take all day. I was sent a text with my estimate. I received a call around 3 that my car was ready. Picking it up was easy and once again everyone was very nice. I will definitely take my cars to Toyota of Murfreesboro again. The entire experience was very nice.

I bought my car here and have been getting my required services done since. However when I bought my car a couple years ago, I never received a second key. I have mentioned this a couple times when getting service in the past but nothing was ever done about it. This last time, I went to a different department and told them. They told me there was nothing they could do about me “not getting” a second one when purchased but that I could pay for one to be made. They asked me if I looked in the information given to me at time of purchase that should be in my car even though I told them I have looked multiple times but was never given a second copy. They gave me 3 different prices for 2 different options of keys, ranging from $100-$315 but never offered to “replace” the key I never received. I even told them that I would pay for the programming if they would pay the cost of the actual key itself. Let’s just say, if you buy a car from them, make sure you have a second copy because they won’t replace it without making you pay. Don’t get me wrong, everyone in the service department has always been very kind but just something to keep in mind for the future. Overall I am giving them a 3 star rating. 5 stars for the staff in service but 1 star for management.

I have purchased three vehicles from here, with no problem until now. I have been in ontact with finance about my warranty being issued back to me. I have emailed 3 times, heard back once and called twice. I have still heard nothing back. The calls and emails were to Mike Smith in finance and the last call was to Will the finance manager. I just waited on hold for 18 minutes to talk to Will and no one ever picked up. My issue is simple and the resolution is pretty simple, I just need someone to call me.

I took my corolla there to be diagnosed, and it was but they did not respect my vehicle, I get my car is a little old and little warn out but you just dont throw stuff back in it, they didnt put my trunk back right, my dashboard cubby hole is missing, and through the rest of it on my back seat. Plus I wasnt told why my ecm wasnt under warranty anymore, just was texted price for labor+part, and they did swap that this year under a recall. Ill probably not come back to this dealership really.

Over the weekend I visited Toyota of Murfreesboro to purchase a new Highlander. I had seen this vehicle online for 48,175 and liked it so I went to test drive it everything was great so I proceeded inside to work a deal on the vehicle with my 2020 Camry trade in. The first deal offered was a little low so I countered it. The salesman went back to the manager(Tim Barnes) and returned with a new deal offering more for the trade which is great. Wrong. all of a sudden the price of the highlander is 53,175. I asked to see the manager (Tim Barnes) and the explanation was we raise the price of all vehicles right now. My response to this was I saw the vehicles on the lot with add on prices on the sticker but not all of them had add on charges including the one I looked at. The 48,175 was on the internet as well as the sticker when I arrived and nothing was said about it until I tried to get more out of my trade. I told the manager this is bad business and he stated it is what it is take it or leave it. So I left and called another dealer that showed to have a highlander we liked quite a few miles away but worth the drive they said sure come on in even though it was close to closing time. Upon arrival the customer service was miles ahead of Toyota Murfreesboro. The entire process went smooth and actually got the highlander for the less than the advertised price! Toyota of Murfreesboro is NOT BBB accredited and now I see why. Buyers beware I am not the first person to experience this according to BBB and probably will not be the last.

Our experience with Toyota of Murfreesboro was the best!! We had the pleasure of walking in and requesting Matt Breaux to work with and as per the reviews and ratings we had read he did a fabulous job. He spent the majority of a Saturday working with us to find us the perfect vehicle all while respectfully keeping us in our budget and answering our 100 questions. We also worked with Ashley Calderon at the end finishing up all the paperwork and financial part of buying a car and we were extremely satisfied with her. She also answered about 100 of our questions as well. This team was also fabulous with our 2 year old son we had with us and showed him lots of attention and helped to make a long process enjoyable for him. We are loving our new car!!

I had to take my Toyota in for an airbag recall fix and was very pleasantly surprised by my entire experience! The staff were friendly & very efficient and I didnt have to wait for hours or come back at the end of the day. Over the phone I was told it could be an all day service but I chose to wait there while they did the repairs. They actually made a point of finishing my car quickly so I didnt have to wait long! I was only there for a little over an hour! Great service team!!!

Why is pricing never upfront, they will calmly explain what repairs or maintenance your vehicle needs is way that its imperative without mentioning the overpriced cost! For example my cabin airfilter apparently needed to be replaced. Mind you this is in the glove department with one click it comes out and one place a new one in. Why is this a $150 charge for labor and parts, robbery!

I had a rather unpleasant experience here. Most of the sales personnel are unfriendly and rude. Something I was surprised to see with sluggish auto sales right now. I believe that the sales manager needs retrain most of the sales staff. I was assisted by Will and he was friendly but was very inexperienced. He told me the vehicle I was buying had the same features as the one I drove but in a different color. This wasn’t the case and the rear storage container in the Tundra was not on the vehicle I purchased. Unfortunately I did not realized this until a day later when I went to put items in the storage area and found my vehicle was not equipped with it. I guess that’s on me but definitely a learning experience. If you buy here, please make sure what your getting and don’t believe your salesperson.

Purchased a new car today from this location, after a long distance move which could have been a very stressful situation, however Lee made the entire experience great! He was personable, knowledgeable, and wonderful to work with through the entire experience. Lee made sure to communicate with me frequently to ease any concerns I had while I was still relocating and once on-site he went over everything thoroughly and efficiently. Windshield wipers went haywire while traveling durning a rain storm with the whole family in the car, swung in to service department, they said they could work us in much to our relief. We understood that the likelihood of a total repair was slim, but enough to get home safely would be great if possible (30mi). When they came back we were told “lots of missing and broken parts, sorry can’t do anything, but if you want we will replace it for $610.00 on Tuesday” We thanked them for the attempt, but with no other option slowly drove home in the rain, not much fun on 840 and 65 with heavy traffic and pouring rain. I popped the wiper shield off and low and behold the linkage had only became dislodged on the passenger side (just a press fit spline) I reseated it with a c-clamp and a 14mm socket, worked just fine. If I had been told, hey we can’t repair and feel good about it, or anything that was true I would be fine, $78 and no missing parts, and nothing broken but $610 sounds to me like someone trying to screw me. Buyer beware, look out for yourself and get your replacement parts back.

The waiting area was large and clean. There were snacks provided. They also have a shuttle service that will take you places in Murfreesboro. My driver took me to college. Only reason it’s not 5-star is because of the wait. I know that I took the shuttle and was not there but the total service time took almost 4 hours. Still very nice place.

Just wanted to say Will was great to work with! We had to wait on our 4Runner for a couple of weeks, understandably so, but he got us exactly what we were looking for. He made the process efficient and easy and kept us updated the entire time. When the 4Runner arrived he let us know ASAP and we were able to get it within hours of it hitting the lot. We are located in Georgia and were told by every dealership around here that what we wanted was impossible to get (2021 4runner TRD Pro Lunar Rock). I was very pleased with the professionalism of the staff. My newest car was purchased with Ray, who has been superb about following up to make sure I’m still pleased. I recently went in for my first service appointment and was very happy with the speed as well as the care taken. Though I merely needed an oil change, I was very happy to see the care they take here in making certain their customers stay safe; another customer’s vehicle had a recalled part and they quickly let her know about it while assuring her it had been ordered the day before her scheduled appointment. It’s very comforting to know that if there’s ever a recall on a part, I can count on the staff at Toyota of Murfreesboro to take care of the problem.

Service manager gave an invoice, explained everything, and then later changed the prices. Had to pay double the original price as didnt honor the original price. Had to pay an arm and leg to get service done. Friends be aware of what they will charge ahead of time. Very concerned of such malpractice. Should have honored the original price.

We bought a 2019 Toyota Highlander with about 33K miles and literally the next day it intermittently stalling and idling rough. After calling numerous times, leaving messages, and not receiving a call back we just showed up and dropped the car off. The next day they call and say nothing was wrong with it which is not true. We called again the next time it happened, no answer, and will be taking it back for hopefully a better result but based on previous experience expectations are very low. Bottom line is I recommend avoiding this place. Just go to Beaman Toyota.

I want to say that Lee the guy who sold us the Camry was more than a salesman! He was very knowledgeable in every detail of our car. He made sure to show us EVERYTHING our car could do before we left Friday night. He stayed over almost 3 hours to make sure we knew how to set up everything in and outside of the car. Whereas before we left not knowing a thing about how to set up anything. And this makes the 3rd Camry we bought from Toyota of Murfreesboro! Lee was very nice and a joy to be around . He went above and beyond to help us... I would say to Toyota of Murfreesboro that you are very lucky to have someone like Lee working for you and the knowledge that man has of the cars blew us away. I would say to anyone wanting to buy a new or used vehicle Lee would be the man I would ask for. He told us about every safety feature and EVERYTHING about the car in less than 20 minutes and helped us get it set up before we left the same night. He is an truly Amazing person and from now on I won’t go to ANYONE else. What a wonderful car buying experience, better than any I’ve had in the past. After searching for the usual used car that I’m accustomed to buying, my husband and I decided buying new was the way to go during this chip shortage. Luckily, we have a Costco membership so after filling out a few questions on the Costco website, we were referred to Max Breaux at Toyota of Murfreesboro. He followed up with us shortly after submitting the request and was knowledgeable, polite, funny and low pressure (such a relief). He took numerous follow up calls and emails for a week without making us feel rushed. After I put a deposit on a car that was in transit, another dealership responded to an inquiry of mine from a week prior (a little late if you ask me) and was acting very deceitful and pressuring me to buy from them instead. Because of Matt’s excellent customer service and the lacking CS at the other dealer, we decided to wait for the car that was in transit instead of buying one in stock not too far away. Matt made Toyota of Murfreesboro a joy to purchase a car from!! I will be back to this dealership and I highly recommend you see them (and Matt!) if you need a new car!

I scheduled the 5000 miles. But the dealership was soon busy that I even waited for longer period of time. 5000 check was just tire rotation. The service adviser told me that even though I am early, still my van will be service on time in which I agree. But they were so busy that I still waited longer. One thing too is why do they wash the vehicle but not dry it. My van was really clean but since they wash it without drying, I have to clean it again.

Let me tell you my story about my experience at Toyota of Murfreesboro. My story begins on Saturday April 24th when I saw an advertisement for an 2006 Toyota Tundra with 157425 miles on it and the asking price was 12999 and the internet price was 10881. Immediately, I went to the dealership that morning at 9:30am to see the truck because it was a great deal if the truck was in decent condition. I could not see internet pictures of the truck as the advertisement for the truck posted on Toyota of Murfreesboro website was put up online that morning. I have been shopping for a Toyota truck for a few weeks now. I arrived at the dealership and met a sales associate who was extremely friendly and asked what I was there to see. I explained that I am there to see the 2006 Toyota Tundra listed and he proceeds to find the truck as we look at over vehicles. About ten to fifteen minutes later, he comes back and tells us that it is in the overflow lot and he drove us around there to look at the truck. As we pulled up to the truck, I noticed that the truck looked in decent condition for its age and I ran several obd 2 tests on the truck and confirmed no codes and the truck passed all emissions standards. The truck had the following issues when I looked at the truck. The rearview mirror was deteriorating from sun possibly and was damaged, the serpentine belt was squeaking, the tailgate handle was broken, the air conditioner knobs one was loose and laying in the cab, but all three knobs were there at that time. There are some scratches alongside the truck on the paint as well. The bug shield deflector was broken. All I could do was start up the truck and listen to it run (no test drive) because it had not been through its 160-point inspection at that time. I told my sales associate that I wanted to buy the truck for the 10881 listed on the website. He said great and that many people are buying vehicles very quickly so I should place a deposit on the vehicle. We went inside to do all the paperwork. (Great experience so far in this purchase 5 stars here, but this all changes very quickly.) We sat at a table and the sales associate offered us water or soda while we wait and do the paperwork. He gets all my basic information and proceeds to go inside the sales manager office to get approval for the sale. My sales associate talks to Omar Abdelaziz ( a sales manager) about the approval and comes back out and states that he has bad news that the truck is priced wrong ( at auction price) and it would be 13999 normally and 12999 out the door with the 160 point inspection. I said no. You should honor the price of 10881 listed on the internet on their website. He went back in and renegotiated with Omar…. My sales associate came back out and stated that the price would be 12999 normally and 11999 out the door with the inspection. I stated again no. I want your sales manager to come out here and tell me why he isn’t honoring the internet price on this truck. (Omar is literally sitting ten feet away in a glass room from us the entire time.) Our sales associate came back out for the third time and offered us 10999 for the truck which I accepted even though the internet price is 10881. The truck still must go through 160 inspection (this is a must have before a customer can drive and the inspection should fix any major issues with the truck) and I have to wait until Monday to get my truck. Monday comes around trucks not done. I go to look at the truck and several items are still not fixed on the truck after the 160 point inspection. The tailgate handle, the rearview mirror, the truck shakes from 30 miles an hour on up to 70, the taillight is flickering, license plate holder light out, only one knob on the air conditioning system, no rear speakers working. Most of this I find later that night at my home after driving the truck home for the very first time. I cant write a full review but this dealership will give you the runaround and I would never buy from here again. I have to repair my tailgate handle now

Reasonable service = knowledgeable mechanics, pretty pricey and presented with additional maintenance options to up the ticket if you so choose. About the only bargain is the free coffee when you walk in. Have since sold my Toyota for a $1,000 more than they offered me. Not going to miss this dealership. I took my vehicle in for regular service. When they brought the vehicle back after completing the service, I went to get in the car and saw black grease on the white door just below the window. I got the service rep and showed him. He blew it off saying that is not grease, I said it was and then he touched it, and it was grease. I also down a quick walk around the vehicle and saw that the back was only partially washed (“complementary wash”). A 1 foot stripe from top to bottom of dirt on a white car. Major obvious. I brought to that attention and blew it off again saying that they run it through car wash in the back. I told him if that is normal, don’t not wash my car again. Mostly bad experiences with this dealership starting during the purchase.

I had been looking for a 4Runner briefly before deciding to go to Toyota of Murfreesboro just to look around. My wife and I had been discussing trading in our SUV on a Toyota. I began talking with “Lee” about some different options. He took us out in a few different trucks we might be interested in. They did not have the exact truck we thought we were going to buy, so we decided to buy a new 4 runner the dealer had coming.Anyone thinking about purchasing one of these trucks, should know that it might make more sense buying new because of how well the truck holds value, and even in certain instances you might pay more for a used 4Runner. So we traded in our Land Rover, in which case,“Lee” gave us a really fair offer on our trade.“Lee” called me soon after letting me know the status of our new truck. He said that the truck will be arriving within 5-6 days. Though the truck we had originally ordered was what we thought we wanted, We decided that what We what we really wanted was a very hard to find TRD PRO in the “Moonrock”! When I told “Lee” about my change of heart, he didn’t miss a beat. He told me he would do whatever he could to get me that exact truck. To be quite honest I was skeptical about him being able to get one in that short of a window.Two days later I received a call from “Lee” . He said he had the exact truck I wanted and I should probably get there as quick as possible. I was there in about 30 minutes not wanting to miss out on this particular truck. Soon after I was the proud owner of a TRD Pro in “Moonrock”! every sales person on the lot might have Been a little envious knowing how sought after that truck was. “Lee” made it happen for us! So if you are in the market for a new ride, you might want to contact “Lee” and give him a shot! We took our car in because our AC stopped working. Turns out there was rodent in our dash chewing all the wires and thats why our AC stopped working. I was informed about the cost of the new harness that needed to be replaced but not an estimated cost of the work itself. I was shocked at the bill. It was 3 times what I thought it would cost. Also when Ive taken my car in for service before, when the car was returned, it was vacuumed and not dirtier than when I first took it in. Instead, the windshield had handprints all over it. I could hardly see through it. As much a we paid, the windshield shouldve been wiped down at least.

Nice dealership. Went in for an oil change. They reset my tire pressures to 33 lbs without asking. I run 44 in my E rated tires. Nice that they pointed out a nail in my tire but quoted me over $100 more than I paid for the tires elsewhere. Nice that they washed my 4Runner but they left it badly water spotted and looking worse than before. Maybe should have asked if I wanted it washed.

Just make sure that all the lies your sales man tells you are in writing. Bought from there an love the car it was used with low miles. Payed cash. Check engine light came on. From out of town. Dropped car off at 730 am. He said it is scheduled maintenance for my warranty. They kept my car until 230 never looked at my car. We just went and picked it up..Would have taken 30 minutes which was checking fluids and rotating tires resetting the light. They did not look at it. We texted the number they provided 2 times and called 3 or4 times was told they would call us back in 5 minutes never called us back. 2nd worse toyota dealer I have ever encountered. Most dealers are wonderful. Not this one. If you are from out of town and have warranty work dont go there they only want money. Would leave no stars but not an option. They should have told us from the start they were not interested in warranty work.

Same BS as most other dealers Ive dealt with. If you absolutely must deal with these people, go in with your own financing up front and dont believe anything they say about how they can match your APR. Salesman lied up and down about it and then the financing could not come close to our pre-approved APR. And dont expect actual costs on anything. All they want to show you is your monthly cost.One day auto makers will figure out how to eliminate the whole dealer aspect of buying a car, but sadly it will probably be long after Im six feet under.Only positive about this place is that they had the vehicle we needed and their selection is good.

I took my tacoma in for a Scheduled service that only required an oil change entire rotation. When I scheduled this appointment it was already booked out 2 weeks ahead And I figured it had to do with covid and covid issues. But when I got Is there it took 10 minutes for a service person to assist me In general. Then I proceeded to wait 2 and a 1/2 hours for my service to be done which I figured out why considering I watched several mechanics just playing on their phones and not really doing much of anything which kind of made me a little upset because it was wasting my time and everybody elses that was there waiting for their vehicles. Its crazy that I get much better service at a Jiffy Lube than at an actual dealership so I will be taking my business there from now on.

On September 13 I had my appointment at Toyota Murfreesboro to replace the windshield on my 2021 RAV4. I bought this car on July 23 of this year, just 2 months ago but what I did not know was that I had bought a new car with the broken windshield.At my first car maintenance appointment I let the service guys know that I had purchased a car with a broken windshield. The treatment given to me by the counselors staff was very good, and they immediately made an appointment for me on September 13th. The day came and I took the car to the dealership and left it there for the job of replacing the windshield. After finishing the job and having picked up my car when I got home I discovered the lousy and bad job that the windshield repair company did. The glass is detached from the plastic and moisture enters the glass, the rubber gaskets on the glass are incorrectly placed, horribly on.That same day I went back to the dealership to tell them about the bad job, and Im still waiting for them to tell me when they are going to have my car glass repaired professionally. On Saturday the 24th I am going to drive to Florida in that car and I am really worried about the humidity that enters the glass and worse at night because I cannot have good visibility to the outside. I need you to please make an appointment as soon as possible with the company responsible for that bad job and do a good job. Thanks.

I bought a 2019 Santa Fe on 1-9-21. Love the car and Emily who worked with me, however at some point who ever was taking pictures of the car (inside and out) had a paint pin to mark on the back window ( per Emily) which pictures they had taken. They got paint on the car itself on the drivers side, front and rear door and chrome door trim. Also got it on the seat belt buckle on the front passenger side. Emily had it taken back to detail and they got it off the window and the seal belt buckle. However they could not get it off of the car itself.. my car is Blue and now I have white specs of paint on it and I was told that was the best detailing could do with it.I spent a lot of money on this car and really expected more of an effort, I know it is not a Toyota but one of your used cars but really expected more concern over the problem. Who ever the took the pictures does not need to be wheeling it around and paint on cars inside and out.UPDATE - JD contacted me and I brought my car over and they took care of the paint on the car and filled my car up with gas. I really appreciate him taking care of my car, was relieved they wanted to make it right! Thanks JD for your help today ( 1-23-21).

They tried to charge me $200 for an alignment and $150 for a simple rotate and balance on a Toyota Tundra. I would advise going to the Toyota dealership in Manchester where they charge half the price. Absolutely ridiculous but they will never change unless people stop paying them those kind of prices.Edit: they called me back and worked with me on price. I won’t give a five star review for the simple fact I had to come back again but they did make it right.

Came in yesterday ready to buy a car, walked the lot for 20 minutes with no assistance. 3 sales guys up front having pal time went and asked if we could get some assistance. We had the Toyota Venza in mind, and that’s the one we were checking out the most. The salesman proceeded to tell me, that he didn’t even think he could sell me a car because I didn’t live In Murfreesboro, we drove and hour just to get absolutely nowhere. Then proceeded to tell me every new car on the lot is between five and ten thousand dollars over MSRP. The market adjustment I understand because the market is crazy, but what bothered me the most Is that he literally showed no interest in doing business with me and my wife. Absolutely unacceptable, Ive been in car sales for over 5 years and I’m currently still in sales right now. If this is true you should probably put it on your website that you don’t sell new cars to out of county customers. Anyways long story short I hopped back in the car and we found and identical car at Beaman Toyota on Broadway in Downtown Nashville within five minutes of sitting in your parking lot. We were greeted by amazing staff and someone that actually wanted to do business with us. We left with an awesome car, and we had an amazing experience. 1.2…….. the .2 got the sell. 0 stars. It took almost 3 hours for an oil change and rotation! I added a tail light bulb change and a slow leak, nail, in the tire too but still!Quit trying to upsale everything and just do the job that is asked to be done. In emails and in person! Ex. After 2 hours I got an email to upgrade my transmission, spark plugs, and fuel injector cleaning. I know the tech leaves the truck on the rack while waiting for a return email, wasting my time! And at the end in told I have a seal leak on my tire sensor I need to fix...it has been lit up on my dash for 9 years cause of the cost to replace it.Just do your job! Ask about the extras once youve done what the vehicle came in for first!But the customer service rep was nice enough to take $ off the bill for such a long wait, thanks DeAndre!

As for the service technician he was outstanding as well. Steven Barrett should be recognized a lot more and will excel in being a technician. I have been to this location twice and both times were not the best but this past Saturday made me realize I would not be back. After spending 99 on a oil change they would not apply the coupon because I did not give it to them when I first got there and it was not a physical coupon anyway. Then they wouldn’t call another location for my warranty info. I had to call just for them to not be able to do anything. Tried to charge me 274 for a new tire. Just one. The audacity. Left and got a good quality tire for 100. I like to go to dealers for my service but I will not be back. The snack attendant was friendly though. Kudos to him.

Really appreciate their attention to detail and follow through. At check out they made sure I completely understood what was done and review inspection findings top to bottom. They even gave information on up coming services needed and what I can expect. Went in to purchase with my personal financing in tact. First off we were approached by a young man from sales, we replied to him about an interest we had in the 2021 Supra. We asked to test drive. His response was that we couldnt unless we actually submitted a confirmed interest in the purchase. Our response was how do we know if we want to purchase if we cant drive it???? A gentlemen seen us frustrated and came over; he happened to be the owner of the dealership I believe and of course he made it happen. Moving on to the deal. The dishonest Sales manager wanted us to go through toyotas financing; Keep in mind we let the salesman know and the Sales manager know that we had already got the excact number approved. The sales manager also stated that that was the only Supra they had and he had no idea when another would come. This is where dishonesty escalates. We seen another one on there overflow lot that apparently came in off the truck from delivery. Also he asked for 5000 down we said no. Then he asked for 3500 down. Why would we put anything down if we already had a 3.99 interest rate deal with our credit union. We ended up going to wyatt johnson in nashville and found a black 2021 GR Supra 3.0 for 55,000 which only had 650 miles on it Vs. The Silver 4 cylinder they had at This toyota for 53000. DISHONEST!!!!!!!! The one we purchased had every available option down to a first aid kit. Even came with the Scotchgaurd front bumper complete paint protection skin. Please be aware of this dealership!!!!!!!

I recently bought a car about two weeks ago. I had the best service I have ever received at any other place. If you go, I highly recommend asking to speak to Jay. He was extremely kind regardless of how many questions you gave him. His patience was extraordinary and he definitely knew what he was talking about without having to check with another employee. I cant see why anyone wouldnt ask for him. I can gladly say that I will never go to another car dealership other than this one and will always request Jay because this was my best experience.
