Love this dealership! The customer service manager Lacey Ward went above and beyond! Knew the answer to every single question I had. Even took the drop hitch off my old truck and put it up for me till I could come back and pick it up cause I forgot and left it. In the process of getting another one from them now for my parents. The service advisor I was working with kept giving me different prices, and when the invoice was sent over with services needed versus the suggested it wouldnt allow me to just accept an sign what was needed. I called Kimberlee and she said the system doesnt allow you to just sign whats needed, which makes no sense. Also, my tire gage was on when I brought my car in and they didnt bother to reset it. If I go to the express oil change places they will do that with no problem. I needed new tires, but because of the poor service I went somewhere else, and paid a little more for better service.

I Went in today to check out the brand new 2022 Frontier. I met two very nice people, the test drive went great and I love the vehicle. Once we got back to the dealership, it became a whole different story. The sales rep ran me through some questions, and went back to his office, in his office, he ran my credit score. He did not ask for my approval to run the score, now I have a hard inquiry on my credit report. Once he finally came out of his office we talked numbers, he quoted me $20,000 over the sticker price on the vehicle and told me I would require a $30,000 down-payment. There was no point in me sticking around and trying to negotiate so I left the store. Later I called the dealership to complain and was greeted with a very unfriendly voice. I informed him of the situation and he responded with I dont know what you want me to do, man. I just wanted an apology for the hard inquiry and the terrible service after the test drive. I am Very unsatisfied and disappointed with the customer service and significant up-charging. Please be cautious and through when or if you plan on purchasing a vehicle from Murfreesboro Nissan.

Ive been die-hard Nissan since 2007, I have taken many people to buy Nissans in Murfreesboro. So, approximately a year ago I traded in my 2015 Quest SL and bought my wife a new Rogue. I had a maintenance package on the Quest for free oil changes up to 100k mileage. One of the conditions of us buying the Rogue was that it had the same maintenance plan. So today (less than a year from purchase) my wife was charged $70 and the maintenance guy told her the maintenance plan expired in may. Guess integrity left the building. Screw me once say goodbye... Im actually glad this came to light before I purchased the new Frontier. Lets see if Toyota has integrity when I buy a Tacoma. I did attempt to talk to the Manager but, I guess Im not worth his time. The guy that did take my call told me I need to come in and talk to finance. Look I did not read every word because I figured the sales supervisor would have integrity and wouldnt steer me wrong.I hate that we have to part like that but, I trust until I cant. Im a 100% Honorably retired Combat Veteran that cherish good values.

Not a good experience today. I had an appt for 10:30 for an oil change...arrived around 10:15 and got checked in. I expected the wait would be around an hour but when it was approaching near two hours I checked with one of the technicians for the status. I was told that work had not yet started on my vehicle but that they would get it next in line. They did, and it was taken care of within the next thirty minutes. But I wonder how much longer it would have been if I hadnt inquired? I dont know if its a staffing issue or what but I wasnt the only one left sitting in the waiting area for an extended time. Some of them were already waiting when I arrived and were still there when I left.

Update review! 2021Back in February of 2020 I went looking for a new vehicle, I gave the sales man everything I wanted in my new vehicle and none of the wants were met. Fast forward to this April (2021) I reached out to Shane Matney about the experience and asked if he could help. Without hesitation he offered to help put me in the vehicle I wanted/needed. Needless to say he went above and beyond to help me out. Im so very grateful! I upgraded to a 2021 Titan SV 4x4. A week later I noticed a small rip in the carpet and again without hesitation Adrian Osborne helped me set up a time and a loaner vehicle so I wouldnt go without. I am beyond pleased with Boro nissan!! I will continue to use them in the future and recommend them to everyone I know 😊

This place does not lack professionalism! We were instantly greeted with a smile by the receptionist, and she hunted down an available sales representative to make sure we were taken care of. I had the pleasure of speaking with Devin Lewis and although they didn’t have what we were looking for, Devin made us feel very comfortable and didn’t pressure or hassle us like most places do! While we were sitting and waiting we noticed the receptionist walking around to different tables offering everyone water and making sure everyone was being taken care of! You honestly do not see that at most places! This place is definitely the business you want selling you your next vehicle! Needed emergency service before heading out of state for a funeral. Needed new battery and new key fobs. Drove Rogue into service bay before 7 a.m. Monday where I was met by Kamal Collins, my long time service representative. My Rogue replacements were completed that afternoon. We left on our trip Tuesday morning and returned Friday without any further problems and the peace of mind that our Rogue would safely carry us many miles.

Came in yesterday afternoon to see where my fiancé’s tag was. The woman at the front desk assisted me so quickly and looked up his information in the system and let me know an update in less than 5 minutes since the title clerk isn’t there on the weekends. She is seriously so bubbly and sweet! I didn’t catch her name, but I have mom brain lol! Murfreesboro Nissan should be proud to have such amazing employees! They advertised a price on a USED Armada, I went in and they raised the price by $5000, I have purchased at least 6 NEW cars from the previous owners, and whoever owns this dealership now are taking advantage of people.(do your research on pricing, and service recommendations)The service department used to be straight up.last three times I went in for oil change, the on two of my cars, they wanted to sell me batterys, I had just put new batteries in!and they raised prices almost double, they pulled out a sheet to show all the facilitys pricing in town, I went to a few and they were half the price they had on their comparison sheet.Then they wanted to sell me $4250 worth of car repairs, new brakes, transmission flush, I had just put new brakes on, and I asked why would I need a transmission flush when you just replaced my transmission for the 4th time 3000 miles prior, their response, oh we dont have that on record? (how do you loose someone who has had so many issues that my glove box is full of receipts of times they repaired my car, HOW!Sorry to even have to write this, but stay away from this dealer until maybe they find out what loyalty is.

Kamel the Service advisor and Terry the SM help us from start to finish. I have been to many Nissan Dealers and this one is BY FAR the best. They explained all the work needed. It was complete the first time correctly and quickly. The waiting area is clean and has plenty of snacks/drinks. They called me with updates Very often. They used a tablet on check in with a texting service to also keep my updated. They gave me the best experience at a car dealer. I have owned over 7 Nissan products and will continue to go to Murfreesboro Nissan. Car was clean when I got it back as well. Loaner/Rental car service was outstanding as well. I have bought a few cars in my past and buying a car can be a very emotional and stressful Experience but that wasn’t the case here. Steven Halbrooks was my salesperson and he wasn’t the aggressive salesperson you would expect! He was knowledgeable of the cars and was very patient with me. He listened to why I was there so he knew how he could help and then he went to bat for me. And got me exactly what I was asking for! Even going into finance was a very relaxed experience. Originally contacted Murfreesboro Nissan concerning one of the new 2022 Nissan Frontiers they were expecting to receive. Initial contact by Arisha concerning availability. Went to dealer to confirm my trade-in value and condition. Curtis Prysock was the salesperson (aka Phat Cat in the Hat / Courteous Curtis). He was very nice and helpful. Went to drive the Frontier after it arrived on the 22nd. Test Drive was great. Also, spoke with David Beer who is the owner/partner there. I wasnt exactly sure if I was ready to purchase or not, but I would definitely return to this dealership when the right combination of colors/features becomes available. These folks really made the pre-sales process feel great!

Every time I come to Murfreesboro Nissan there are issues. I had an appointment for 7am on a Friday. I dropped my car off Thursday night at 7pm, completed the no contact form and left my key in the drop box. I then proceeded to “check in” through the link sent to me via text for my vehicle. I checked in at 12am Friday morning so everything would be ready to go for the 7am appointment. It was after 11:30 am before my car was even inspected- even with an appointment! Then my car wasn’t ready until after 2pm. It took over 7 hours for an oil change, tire rotation, and recall part replacement. That is unacceptable. Then when my husband went to pick up the car, they refused to let him use a gift card for the service department that Murfreesboro Nissan mailed directly to us. The card states that it can be used “for the purchase of a vehicle or any service in the service department.” However, the advisor continued to argue with my husband that he couldn’t use the card. The first advisor working with him was in the process of utilizing the gift card for our transaction when another advisor walked up and said he couldn’t use it and directly told the other advisor “we will be having a talk in the morning” implying they won’t accept those gift cards in order to help them meet their sales goals. Next, as we are driving home, the car started to make a ridiculously loud noise that it had not made prior to being serviced at Murfreesboro Nissan. Needless to say, we will not be back to Murfreesboro Nissan for any service or purchase. The service appointment we had prior to this one was for an oil change and it took four hours even with an appointment. That visit prompted us to seek out a new and trusted mechanic of which we have found. The only reason we came back to Murfreesboro Nissan this time was to get the recall fixed.

Very disappointing that a car with 51,000 miles is already having mechanical failures. I was quite upset when I arrived with my vehicle to have the BCI error code repaired. It was no fun standing out in the 90° heat waiting for a tow on a practically new car. Our trip out of town for that day was, of course cancelled since the car failed. Mr. Scott Ward listened to my complaints. He didn’t argue with me or defend the car’s failure. He said he was sorry. I really appreciated that. He explained what he thought was wrong. He called me when he knew for sure and gave me the total cost. He was polite, professional and kind. He did exactly what he said he would do; a rarity in this days of pitiful customer service. My experience with him was far better than any experience I’ve had with Murfreesboro Nissan including when I bought the car last September. He gets a “10+“!

This was my first car buying experience and thankfully Blake Shultz was the young man who approached me. He was not pushy or obnoxious. He was very knowledgeable, personable and professional. He answered any questions I had. I will recommend him to anyone I know of who’s looking to buy a car. There was no high pressure (or I would have walked away), except from a finance guy (not Mialique) who I never would have bought a car by. Blake was beyond helpful and if this dealership had more like him they wouldn’t need or want high pressure salesmen. After I purchased the car Blake helped me clean mine out and transfer items to new vehicle and took his time to explain everything about the car, especially the navigation system. Spoke with sales person Blake (nice young salesman) and a sales manager (lady Ashley?). Spoke about a 2014 Nissan Murano Cabriolet convertible. After time of reviewing their vehicle and our trade, I was told $22k minimum for my trade. Drove almost 4 hours to deal with “BS” because the vehicle is already over priced and they wanted to add $1499 for made up things that the are obligated to do to a used vehicle. Because I am educated on the market, pricing and the trade market…. Mgr offered $2100 less for my trade (1.5 month on NV200 SV with 1400 miles) which meant “kick rocks” they didn’t want my business! Don’t waste your time with these dealerships that have NO RESPECT for you and that is killing customer by over pricing cars and adding on additional NEGATIVE EQUITY!
