Took it in to get a flat fixed. I was told that the tire did not have a leak. Walmart aired the tire up and I went home. The next morning the tire that supposedly did not have a leak was flat!

I tried to get tires here but ended up going to another location. I called ahead to make sure they had what I needed, was told they did so came in a few hours later. But only to be met with a very rude lady. Not only did she snap at me when asking if I could be helped with something, but was rude the entire transaction. I tried to explain that I had called earlier but she had no interest and kept telling me that I didnt speak with her and those that I did speak with dont know what they have, etc, etc. I dont understand why a customer service representative would tell me they had the product I needed when they didnt? Either way, she situation was handled with attitude and not in a pleasant way. Diane is not very nice.

Had to change out my battery. I had my 2 batteries mixed up on when I purchased this but apologized when I realized I was mixed up

I got my car tires changed and they lost one of the rim covers. I call and they ask me to come back. I went back and they said “ oh I remember this car it had the piece already missed “ I said you weren’t here when the tires were replaced. He said no I wasn’t here but I saw a note that said that. But I can go look around to see if I found it and a minute later he said no, i didn’t found it. I told him to check the video cameras and he said just the manager can check them and casually his wasn’t there at the moment. Awful service!

Ok I went to Walmart today for 2 things. 1st being that I needed an oil change and 2nd my son needed drinks for a fundraiser. The gentleman in the service department was very easy to work with. Although he did state that this was his second day to be working there. Im good with that but the 2nd thing is what gets me. I was going to purchase the drinks at Walmart but I chose not to because Walmart will not price match Krogers price for the drinks. Kroger is currently selling the drinks 3 packs for $11.00 so I choose not to purchase the drinks at Walmart. Yes I understand there is a savings catcher on the app but Id personally like the savings up front and not on the back end where I have to spend it again at Walmart. Dont get me wrong I do like the savings catcher app. Just wish I had the option.

I took my car to get tires put on and they said they couldnt do one tire bc the drum came off with the tire. Went home and had no problem taking the wheel off, drum stayed on the car just fine. Took the wheel off myself to have them put it on the allegedly problematic wheel. They said they had the tire I wanted and would put it on my wheel. 30 minutes later they call and say, we dont have the tire you want. They confirmed with me twice they had the tire I wanted before I came. Never going back here again for any auto service whatsoever.

After I did an oil change I got a leak in the oil case and they said your car was leaking before, but it wasn’t, and they said we can’t fix it, that coast me a lot of money to get fixed, I regret that visit so much!

This is the worst of experiences. Never will I return here. I asked if I cpuld hava a thicker oil put in and the guy said he would talk to management. Came back out and said I was good to go.I sat outside and watched....they did the oil change and put air in tires. But didnt do the other inspections the paper says they did.Than I asked the lady at the auto counter about it. And says Tough luck. Its already been done. Much like your tattoos. I asked to talk to a manager and she said they were busy.Is this seriously your costumer service at this place? I only paid so i could get my keys back.Never again....

Usually go to the one on Rutherford (5 stars there) but, since I moved, I tried coming here for a routine oil change.Asked Diane for High Mileage oil, like I always get, but I was told that would be a job where they have to take the oil off the shelf and charge me for that AND labor. Never a problem at the other location, but whatever. Was quoted about $25 for synthetic oil and told it would take a few hours.So I wrapped up some shopping and went home waiting for a call, thinking that if I was told it would take hours and that they specifically asked for my phone number that they would call. Nope. Had I been told that they dont call, that would have been one thing. But service was done on my car within the hour, and I just didnt know to pick my car up for 4 hours later, time I needed my car to go about my day.So I finally get to the store to ring up, and remember when I was quoted $25? I was charged $55. So the front desk rep (who was super helpful, only reason this is 2 stars instead of 1, you go!) called up a manager, who was on lunch, so we had to wait for a front desk manager who wasnt aware of how the Auto Dept. was run.Turns out, for them being responsible for losing 4 hours of my day and being misquoted about twice the actual cost, the best they could give me was a $10 gift card.Save your time. If you NEED to go to a Walmart for maintenance, take the extra 5 minutes to drive to Rutherford. But I would recommend just avoiding Walmart as the managers there apparently dont understand the value of customers time.

For the second time Walmart Auto Care had the car battery I needed in stock even though it was an odd size (very small). And the service was friendly and fast. I will definitely be returning to Walmart for my car nerds.

The people working here were very helpful (as always) and had my cars oil change taken care of pretty quickly while I was shopping in the store. The person at the counter helped me find prices for some new tires that Im going to need, and gave me plenty of options. A good experience as always. Ill definitely be coming here for oil changes in the future.

Had my oil changed recently. Day after my car starts making a low rattling sound when I accelerate. I figure it might just be getting used to the brand of oil they filled it with and ignored it. Cut to two weeks later and the sound has become louder and more frequent. Now Im hesitant to bring it back to Walmart cause Im not certain they wont mess my car up more. So I go to Google to figure out what the sound might be. Most common suggestion is low oil. So this morning, I checked my oil and what do you know, its dangerously low. Put in more oil this morning and theres no more rattling.So either Walmart forgot to put oil in my car or caused a leak I have yet to see any evidence of yet.First auto service Ive had at Walmart and will definitely be the last.

Was in and out within 30 minutes for replacement of a tire! Actually was less than that, like around 15 minutes! I didnt know that they did tires, but I will DEFINITELY be back! They dont align, so that was the only thing that stopped a rating of 5 stars. Customer was nice, mechanics speedy... definitely a place that values the customer AND their time!

Walmart is good because they open early and they usually have a big selection so more than likely they will have what you need.I drive a lot for deliveries so this is the second time that Ive had to make an emergency trip to Walmart for tires after a morning flat. both times I was the first one there right at opening and both times it was over an hour and a half to get a tire put on. I dont know if thats low or normal but it felt slow to me.

Got my oil changed, drove all the way home, only to shine the headlights on my house and find one of them is out. I called to ask what happened because when I dropped it off to them everything was in working order. She says I don’t know what to tell you and proceeded to quote me a price on the light and the installation. She offers for me to speak to the manager about it. So..upon arrival, the manager walks up and stands in front of my car for me to pop the hood. The lady from the phone call says she the one that just called. I asked if he was going to waive the labor since I just drove all the way home and back. His reply..”NOPE”. I mean how rude! It wasn’t about the $17, it was the fact that nobody saw the need to inform me that in the small print of my receipt read “recommended headlight replacement”. Keep your $7 labor and I’ll take my business elsewhere...William!

I was surprised by the service. I ordered tires online, had them installed, and balanced. They let me know that a rim was bent and supplied me with economical options. In and out in about an hour. Ill see how the tires hold up and update my review accordingly.

I bought some tires online for my car and it came but it delivered to another Walmart on memorial and i was ok with that. But when they were booked for the night they sent me to this Walmart and i agreed to be installed here. After i arrived and talked to the auto care employee he said yeah we could install it. So i proceed to park my car and wait for it to be installed. Not long after one of the technician said we are not able to install you tires due to its being too wide. Ive looked online and the width of the tires that i bought was about 0.4 wider than the one i got on. I have to leave tonight and i guess this auto care dosent want businesses or what. But that was just outrageous this is the first time ive got rejected from Walmart for installing my tires that are 0.4 wider then the one i got on now. I didnt ask if i wanted factory tires on, i bought these tires for my own reasons not the technician. Factory or not i was not happy coming here and my tires that i bought was not installed. I dont know what the deal was with that technician but how are you going to run a car business with car products that the company wont install and request that another business would do it.

I have used this WalMart auto shop for years to do some of my tires and oil changes. Im very experienced and fussy about cars, so I carefully watch and check what they do. They would have had 5 stars, but their tire gauges are off and while both sides are the same per side, the 2 Lefts are 36# and the 2 Rights are 33#. Yes they checked, but NO, not factory recommended, which isnt as big a deal as being the same for safe driving.

Very friendly and curtious staff. They did a good job with my vehicle. I will go back again for future automobile mantinence.

Had road hazard on some tires purchased on my mothers car in IL few years back (my mother is elderly and rarely every drove anywhere so the tires had maybe 1500 miles on them). Every tire had a slow leak & multiple trips to Walmart over the last 18 months to fix the leaks failed to correct the problem on the 2 front tires. Tires wore prematurely since they were under inflated a good portion of the time (I was stopping at gas stations to inflate them at least 1-2 times a week). The Walmart on Memorial in Murfreesboro replaced one tire since the leak could not be repaired. Old Fort Walmart they said the other front tire had uneven wear due to non-existent front end issues. I worked in auto repair for 14 years and can til the difference between tread wear caused by under inflation and tread wear caused by worn out front end parts. They refused to replace the tire and priced out the cost of a new replacement. I paid for the tire, didnt bother buying their worthless road hazard and will never come back. Next time I need tire work done Ill be taking my vehicle to a real tire shop.

I only give one star not because of the work but rather the lady working inside at the register was rude and absolutely no help

I arrived at 6:45 this morning because one of my tires developed a leak and I needed to replace it. Their greeter opened the garage door at 7am and proceeded to tell me that she didnt know when the garage employees would arrive and nothing could be done until they showed up. I responded that I was fine with the wait. She was obviously not a morning person. Twenty minutes later she gave up on the hopes that Id leave and finally checked me in. During check in a second customer, 20ish female, drove up for an oil change. The greeter in a very rude tone commented, Shes not even at the right bay. While she shook her head. She then got pissy because I needed to double check my tire size. I let that roll off. I overheard her complain to her coworker, I done told him we didnt have nobody here. I ignored her. Then I heard her say it again to a second employee. So as I asked for a manager I caught her in the garage mocking me to two other coworkers. If he doesnt like it here he can go bug-bye as she waved her hand in the air. That did it. I confronted her and asked her name. Diane is by far the rudest Walmart employee. Both I and the only other customer in automotive left without service.

Came in to have tires mounted on my wheels (off the car). Was told it wouldnt be a problem. So i go to eat breakfast. Come back, theyre still not done. So i wait another hour around walmart...... still not done. I ask why they are not done, oh, we cant do them. So instead of calling for me and informing me that they cant do it, they waste my time. All the manager tells me is didnt you work at firestone? Why dont you just go there? JUST REMEMBER. These lazy kids and one lazy adult are paid minimum wage for a reason. They can not get anything better because of their lazy, ignorant attitudes. Ill gladly take my money elsewhere 🤣🤣

Horrible, my wife had a screw in her tire and they didnt have her size in stock so they just put her spare on her car and didnt even check the air pressure in the spare and was just gonna let it go, but I was sitting in my truck outside the shop watching them and I had to pull her car back up to the door and have the young boy air it up bc it was FLAT.. problems Everytime we go there..

Friendly staff that tell you everything they can, but the time your car spends there depends on the line, the services the people in front of you are getting, and the services you are getting.
