Would recommend you go here! Was a refreshing experience as we had a bad experience at a different dealership a couple years ago. We will come back here. Having sat and waited and waited in car dealerships in the past i was skeptical about going back to another. I met Chris and Austin on the sales lot and it was POURING with rain. Young and Hungry with their matching rain proof(karate Kid) Jackets they were eager to help. Nothing was a problem from the beginning even a good bit of banter to start the sales process off. Austin stayed cool calm and collected while Chris a new sales man was pleasant and more than whiling to help with any questions. Having taken the car on a test drive i knew it was the right one for me. Now was the back and forth and i must say i was happy when i left knowing i have the lifetime warranty as part of the deal. Note to other salesman. 1. You want a sale? you got to be willing to do what no other salesman wants to do. In this case it was Austin and Chris getting out in the rain then buying the customer lunch. These are just the little things that make me want to buy from these guys again. Brought my F150 here for a check up since I purchased a premium maintenance plan with the vehicle. When I dropped my vehicle off I told the guy I need new windshield wipers because mine are 4 years old and not scraping properly anymore. These are covered under the maintenance plan and the technician is suppose to check them. Clearly he did not and just checked the box good. Then at check out, I asked if they got changed, he said no and preceded to tell me that my plan only has 4 visits left on it. Ignoring the fact I needed my wiper blades changed. The plan is suppose to cover maintenance up to 8yrs or 100k miles if you bring it in every 7500 miles. To trick you Ford tells you to come every 5000 miles to burn through your allotted visits before any major item that is covered under the maintenance package goes bad. I paid $2280 for this package and will get 14 oil changes and tire rotations and 2/3 air filters. What a scam, right? Even if the wiper blades were $500 each they’d still break even on the deal, come on.

This dealership has a highly professional Service department. They’re very busy but have a lot of people working this area.They have a huge, comfortable sitting area with tv and snacks, which was impressive.I was assigned to one person, Tanner, who was responsive and helpful. Although they kept my car longer than I normally leave my car for service, they did what I needed as quickly as they could.The professionalism of this place is remarkable. I will definitely be bringing my car here again. I own a Lincoln, but they knew how to update my software and figure out why an engine check light came on.This is a good dealership to use for service.

The service department is terrible with communication, I had an appointment on Saturday morning never did I even get to talk to my appointed service advisor and if I had not text them first would have received zero updates until Tuesday afternoon. I understand they might be busy but learn to communicate with your customers. I will exhaust all other means before I bring another vehicle to Ford of Murfreesboro for service.

Highly recommend - Couldnt have had a better experience anywhere else. My brand new expedition had an issue and after calling to multiple dealerships Alex C. came to our rescue. We had the car towed to him and he did everything in his power to get it diagnosed quickly so repairs could be done ASAP. All other dealerships could not even diagnose it for 1-2 weeks. Not only was everything done when promised but he communicated throughout the entire process. You cant go wrong getting your car serviced at Ford of Murfreesboro!!!

For 2 trips in a row a simple hour oil change took 3 hours to complete 4 months ago and almost 3 hours this past Friday. I was 30 minutes early to both of my scheduled appointments both times. In trips prior to these last 2 times even during Covid last year I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Absolutely no concern that I had been there that long. I watched as at least 10 other customers came in after me and left way before me. Wont be back.

Had a great experience with them. We live 3 1/2 hours away and had to travel but I bought my truck over the phone from Austin Wells and he made everything so quick and easy. The service department doesnt seem to talk to each other. I spoke with someone Thursday about dropping my vehicle off that night for a recall service to be completed on Monday as I was going to Florida for vacation and was told by a gentleman that was fine. Then I get a rude response when I called to schedule a method of pickup after hours with I sent you two texts that it was ready. What part of vacation was missed? It was obviously not in the file for the car and no communication was established. Outside of that, vehicle work was done, and on that part they get 5 stars.

I had a wreck last month and my car was with American Car center they are the absolute worst on handling business, dealing with customers and a complete rip off. I came to Ford and Jordan was my rep. He was patient, kind and very understanding. They worked hard to cut me a deal and got me a new car despite having to deal with other issues. The atmosphere was lovely and everyone their were nice and helpful. They truly helped turn my world around. Because being without a car and getting the runaround from my old car people was the absolute worst! Thank you so much Jordan and the whole team! I love my car!!

I just bought a beautiful Ford Edge from Robert here at Ford of Murfreesboro. I dont think Ive ever had a car buying experience that was so easy and hassle free. Robert was personable and all my questions were answered during a quick test drive. Afterwards, the dealer let me take it overnight for a 24 hour test drive. Very helpful since I needed to see how much space it had for transporting musical equipment. I fell in love with the car and the fact that this vehicle featured a lifetime warranty. (Make sure to follow ALL recommended maintenance!) So after agreeing on a great price, I came back the next day to make it official and the purchasing experience was the quickest Ive experienced at a dealer. After a few days, a light came on that needed attention. I brought the vehicle back in and the exceptional service department was right on it and fixed the minor issue very promptly. It truly made me feel like I was very important to their business. From sales to service this dealership has your back!

I felt completely duped and taken advantage of from the Quiklane experience and the customer service provided by the sale associate Brandon. I was charged a 75% markup on a battery in which I told them where it was. I also received misleading information from him where he told me their costs would be cheaper than what I could get. I called the supplier where they got it from and verified that the cost was far less than what he told me. I have four vehicles that I generally have serviced there, but this is the last straw. The former manager Joel was a people person and a great guy, but these new folks have lost all sense of service. I’ve already left a voicemail and will be following up again until I receive a call.

The sales manager was FINE AS ALL HELL. Id go back and buy another car tomorrow if I could afford it! Micah was ok, too. Stellar team. Finance personnel need to be a lot more transparent in what exactly is included for which parts of the actual car payment. For example, dont just show what the payment is when GAP and warranties are included, but point out specifically, line-by-line, what exactly is being charged instead of initial here and here, sign here and here.- direct quote from Sam. Love the car, loved the staff. Please improve finance.

In October 2020 I purchased Ford Escape Titanium. I was NOT hassled about the price. The F&I gentleman, Big Mike was great and continued to be great by contacting me when the Registration was received. On December 24, we had ice & snow (unusual). My Escape would not start. Ford of Murfreesboro told me to purchase a new battery and bring the vehicle to SERVICE. I did so on December 31. That day I had the privilege of meeting Ms. KAYLA KNIGHT and Mr. JONATHAN GREEN. Kayla Knight was very knowledgeable and educated me to certain points of my Ford Escape features. Twenty days later it was, again, unexpectedly COLD with ice & snow. My Escape would not start. The SERVICE MANAGER referred me to call a particular towing service. I did and my Ford Escape was taken back to Ford of Murfreesboro that same day.Today is February 10, and I just arrived home WITH my Ford Escape. Ms. Kayla Knight explained to me what may be the cause the issue I am experiencing. Kayla was very nice and advised me if I needed anything further, please contact Service. I MUST say, Big Mike,Ms. KAYLA KNIGHT, Mr. JONATHAN GREEN, and Mr. STEPHEN WELLShave made my recent Ford vehicle purchase very pleasant. I want praise the sales associate Austin Wells for going out of his way to help me in my time of need. Unfortunately I cant say the same for the service department when on Friday afternoon after working on my car the technicians did not seat my battery correctly which landed me stranded for over 2 hours Saturday evening, which Austin Wells came out & called someone to get me in my car & seat the battery correctly. I bought a 2018 Nissan Frontier on 9/11/2021. My sales associates, Chris Webb and Eric Milam, were not satisfied with the detailing job done on Saturday, so they had me bring it back in for a redo. That was done yesterday and my truck is shining like a new penny inside and out! I bought the Permaplate package and I am very pleased with how the truck looks! Absolutely no service after the sale. Once they get your money youre out the door and nobody will answer your questions. Ive called up there 8 ask a question about the warranty I purchased in every time I get is transferred 3 times and cut off or sent to A voicemail that is full. Take your business elsewhere the service is horrible here. I told them if they didnt get it this time I was going to leave a bad review nobody seems to care so here you go. Is buyer beware.

All Ford related periodic maintenance was completed in a timely manner and she even took the time to make me aware of a potential coach safety issue. My first need was met and they ordered the parts for my other need. I purchased a truck out of Florida from a reputable dealer there that ended up being a complete and utter disaster. I took the truck to Dominic and the service department at Ford Murfreesboro and they helped me out. They were able to help me fix what had to be fixed and helped me send the truck back to the dealership I got it from. I am great full to them as I was able to get out of a bad deal. Dominic was very quick to identify the issue I was having and had it diagnosed and back to me in a day.I will highly recommend and will be back!

Be careful. I tried to buy an explorer, but the whole experience seemed very shady to me. This was several days ago but its really been bugging me. I submitted an application and a sales rep reached out to me. He got back to me with a finance offer. 1. They didnt run my credit as I submitted it and said I submitted 3 applications, I didnt. 2. The price was $3100 higher than the listed price. When I said something about it they said oh, sorry we fixed it. They did,but they also dropped the offer on my trade in by $1000. After I saw that I walked away. I continued to recieve alerts for 3 days about them running my credit.maybe, they just made a few mistakes but by not being upfront about it made me nervous to do business with them

It had been over 10 years since I had bought a new to me vehicle and everyone at this dealership was great!Landon the sales rep was great, the sales manager was awesome, the finance lady was great as well, I told them on day one what I could afford and what I was able to do and they made it happen, so I traded a 2004 suv and 2006 Nissan for my 2014 Ford Explorer.And I love it, I would recommend Murfreesboro Ford to everyone, They never once talked down to me, made me feel over whelmed, I went to several dealerships in Murfreesboro I can’t believe how rude some of these salespeople can be. Esp when tou tell them what your price range is and what your ableto do and not do. I don’t regret walking into to their show room... like I did several others. On a return trip from Florida, we started noticing noise from the left rear of our 2016 Transit van. This was alarming as we have historically had issues with the brakes on this vehicle. Murfreesboro was on our schedule to stop overnight, and we found the dealership was less than 3 miles from where we were staying overnight. I called the dealership at 0725 the next morning and Ryan Cox answered the phone. I explained the situation and he said to bring the van in for a brake inspection. I got there at 0755. At 1100, I was pulling out of the dealership with a fixed van and a surprisingly small bill. The issue it turned out was the bolts holding the brake caliper had backed out and the caliper was loose and laying/rubbing on the inside of the rim. Thinking of how catastrophic this could have been at highway speeds had it wedged in the rim somehow is worrisome to say the least. The manner in which Ryan kept me informed, and then assured the integrity of the vehicle and the safety of my family speaks to his character. This Hoosier family appreciates him very much.

Update: The number I was given to call is not in service. So I will reach out once more.I’ve never had a worse experience with a dealership in my life and that speaks volumes this being my 12th car. I took my Ford Escape to Ford of Murfreesboro to have a mystery coolant problem diagnosed. Not only did my vehicle sit for almost a week but upon receiving it back I was told it just needed more coolant( which they added) and was charged $120 for this service. I bring the vehicle back because it’s having the same issue and I’m told this time that their “engine guy” was around this time and could pull the spark plugs out and see that their was coolant in the engine. They said they did not do this check last time yet they charged me for a full inspection and diagnostic. This happens to be a vehicle Ford recalled the coolant sensor in the engine on, something is very wrong here and Ford hasn’t offered any help whatsoever and has actually charged me money to DAMAGE MY VEHICLE. $7500 for a new engine on a vehicle I’ve had less then a month.

Very dissatisfied with my brake job that paid nearly $500 for. Front rotors on my F150 were replaced but the rear rotors werent machined as advertised on coupon. Brakes still have the warped rotor shimmy, although its slightly better than before. I shouldve stuck to the honest mechanic on Manson Pike. I wont be doing any business at Murfreesboro Ford...ever.

If youre looking for great customer service make sure you ask for Austin White. Great guy and he will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and well taken care of. We were happy with the buying process. Austin took care of everything. We had a minor technical issue with the vehicle a few days after purchase and Austin took immediate action and helped resolve our problem. Cant say enough good things about this young man. Took my 2012 Ford Escape in for an estimate to detect and repair an oil leak and for an oil change. They called with estimate. We said we would pick up the car and think about it.The next morning we discovered the major oil spill on our new concrete. They left the oil pan plug loose or striped it out. This was the second time they left did this. We wont be back.

Update: Aaron still remains amazing. The service team will not return phone calls. Once you have purchased a vehicle from them, you are no longer a priority. Money was take from my glove box. (Service tech had NO business being in it). Still have not heard a word concerning that. Purchased a console safe. The safe didnt work and was told they would be emailing the manufacturer. Months have went by. IF I reach someone, they act as if my concerns are valid, yet once the conversation is over, so is the service. We have purchased 4 vehicles in the last two years.. 2 from FoM. As is stands right now, I wouldnt buy another one from them. Lousy service.Aaron Johnson was our salesman and he is FANTASTIC! Personable and funny! Will definitely be our go to guy in the future!! This been a nightmare. Dealing with this people, the worse place in the word. My daughters car is been in the dealership since May 11/21 and is been a month and 2 weeks. Waiting for this part they supposed to have it already because I brought her car for a recall. Plus they want me to pay for something is part of it. We just realized that. So, please be aware of this place. I’m moving my personal contacts to get to the bottom of this issue.

Ford service group is awesome! They were very professional and courteous. I was blown away at how fast they figured out what was wrong with my Escape and got it into the shop. If I could rate them in the negative I would. I bought a used tahoe on July 9, 2021. I paid cash, and have requested, my tags and title multiple times. It is now August 26, I am now driving on expired temporary tags because they have failed to reissue a new one of those as well. I also found out the vehicle had 2 open recalls that were not addressed and I was not informed of them. When taking the vehicle to have the recalls fixed - one being brake issues - they found a leak in the oil pan gasket. I do not trust they inspected this vehicle at all, or if they did, I would not trust the service dept. I have filed complaints with the State of Tn because of the treatment I received every time I called. Do not buy from Ford of Murfreesboro.

Once you step in the service center, advisor will avoid looking or talking to you. Stood there for 20 mins before I approached someone to ask about my vehicle.. when I dropped off the car I was told they will be able to take of a recall and after leaving there for a day when I went to pick up they just gave me the receipt and didn’t explain that they couldn’t do the recall and have to come back and two weeks and leave my car again.. of course I got this information after waiting another 20 mins while everyone avoid you.. waste of time in the service department

Pricing is fair for good quality work and they always check when finding any unexpected problems before doing anything. Ive been to many places that werent this way, they do good work and you can trust them. What more would you want from mechanics?
